Fantastic location, right in the middle of so many great restaurants and walking distance to the city and Adelaide Oval. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel itself is older but apart from the bathroom fittings you wouldn't know. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside is that you're right under the flight path so between 6.30am and 11pm there are lots of flights going over so be prepared to wake up bright and early with the first flight in. If you're a heavy sleeper then you'll have no problems.

It was central to shops and restaurants and public transport. Good location and on-site parking.

The pool was not in use, very disappointed as it wasn’t stated online, and false advertising! Should make changes on the website. The rooms were not cleaned properly daily, stayed a week and carpet was never vacuumed or the shower, basin and mirror ever cleaned! Ran out of toilet paper one day, they should pay attention to this.

Perfect location for an absolutely incredible night of footy with a Pies win in an away game! Very clean room and super tidy, comfortable beds meant the stay was really comfortable. Reception was so friendly and check in was super easy (less than 1 min).

Room a little tired, no bed-side lamps and lack of powerpoints. TV was a little old and generally the place could do with a spruce up as looked a little tired. The planes overhead were a little loud but the last flight is at 11pm so not too bad.

Spacious room, great shower, quiet location, I cooked up a fantastic breakfast on the bbq by the swimming pool. Really nice guy on reception helped me cart my gear to the room.

All good. Just hope there isn't a make over/ renovation in the near future that causes the nightly prices to skyrocket. It's great when you can check in to somewhere a little ragged around the edges and not have to sell a kidney to pay the bill.

Great location close to restaurants, theater, public transport but surprisingly very quite. North Adelaide is a very exclusive suburb but the accommodation was amazingly inexpensive. Have stayed in this property before, years ago, and was pleased with the size of the room and bathroom. Overall a great place to stay. BTW the staff were brilliant and very helpful.

Renovations were underway so unfortunately no restaurant available in-house.

Clean and spacious room.

No proper breakfast served by hotel. Booking mentioned continental breakfast included but hotel provided ready-made packet containing tiny portions of cereals, milk, juice and nut bar. I understand continental breakfast contain crossiants, pastry, hot coffee, fruit, bread e.t.c served in buffet style as done by other hotels who mention continental breakfast in thier booking.

Shower is hot enough. And hot water comes out very fast.. bed is clean and quite location. Staffs are friend as well.

Breakfast need to improve …only I get 3 boxes standard breakfast for 3 night , why not is 1 person got 1 box in one day? But only got 3 boxes for 3 night. Well we need to buy more food to eat in the breakfast. Is that enough for all the rest of day breakfast? What is that mean for including breakfast?

I would off had breakfast if you provided more than just continental breakfast. Even eggs on toast would have been good.

Barbara made a mistake when asked to send in a photo of herself as she was getting in late. Then found that they wanted a photo of her licence which she was not comfortable with, and could not delete the first photo she sent to send the license photo.

Right from when I approached reception I felt comfortable and was treated with respect in a friendly manner. The room and bathroom were fab, very clean. The bed was super comfortable and air conditioning great. The Comfort Inn Regal Park is in a top location, near the city with many restaurants and hotels close by. Friendly assistance at the Comfort Inn was readily available.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
