Majestic Minima is in the perfect location for my visits. It is clean, comfortable and has extras which I find very convenient (cutlery & crockery). I had a couple of issues with my room initially, but they were rectified as soon as practical. The staff were all very helpful. Housekeeping even very kindly found me a softer pillow at my request! The laundry and vending machine were welcome assets this stay.
I was concerned with my late flight that I might have to get my Taxi to stop at Tynte Street prior to my destination, which would have been quite inconvenient. However, my flight was on time & I managed to get across town quickly. Luckily, the staff at The Old Lion who kindly said they would wait a few minutes for me, weren’t delayed. The shower in my room was not pleasant. Water spraying everywhere. I did mention it, but it must have been difficult to rectify.

The room was basic, but clean and conformable, so just what I needed for a couple of nights. The location is great, with plenty of cafes near by and a pleasant 25 minute walk to the CBD.
The check-in procedure was not so convenient. There is no reception at Majestic Minima, so you need to check in at another one of their hotels around the corner. That's OK, but it closes around 9.50 or 10.00 pm in which case you need check in at a different location further away. Because I had a late flight I arrived around 9.50pm and there was miscommunication between staff at the two hotels where you check in, such that I had go back and forth between them, adding extra time and taxi charges, which as a bit of a pain. Also, the door to the room was wonky and hard to open.

Communication about the booking was very good from start to finish. Friendly check-in staff. Easy place to find. Parking was good unless you have a large vehicle. Room was very tidy. Room is very small, although king size bed was great and comfortable it filled 90% of the room. Aircon was extremely noisy so had to turn it off while sleeping. Bathroom extremely small, as was the shower, very clean except for the shower door seals which need mould removed. For the price it was good value and close to many restaurants and chemist and small shop for food etc. Taking all of this into account, we would stay again if they fixed the aircon, if possible.
Noisy aircon which had to be turned off during the night - luckily it wasn't too hot a night. Mould on seals of shower doors.v

For a getaway on a budget, it was a great choice. The location was really convenient, bars, restaurants and the zoo is close by. Check in is in another hotel around the corner, but really easy to get to, not a problem at all. The reception staff and cleaners were lovely. The bed was super comfy, and the overall state of the room was clean and simple. The WiFi and air-conditioning was fine. And the fact that it's a pink building makes it super easy to find, for you, ubers and for food delivery services. The artworks on each individual room was amazing and my daughter was so in awe of it and seeing the variety of artworks. 9/10.
The only minimal problems was the mould in the shower lining, and the TV set up is a little out dated. But that was only if I were to nit-pick.

Bed very comfortable Hotel rather new Lots of things provided, hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffe and milk and I even saw an iron
You cannot check-in at the hotel, you need to walk to another hotel to find reception but is is really close but you need your google map. What I disliked most and other guests felt the sane way, onntop of the room fee I was charged an extra 50aud deposit, which will be refunded to me not when i check out and that they manfed tk check the room but within 7 to 9 days which I do not get. They should refund their guests straight away.

It was in a quiet area, even during the day it wasn't super busy. Good location to get to Hindley Street and other touristy locations. Nice and clean and there were plenty of amenities available as well as the washing and drying machines in the basement and a vending machine on site. we also learned that there were breakfast boxes available.
The parking situation was a bit frustrating as we had booked two nights of parking only to find that on the first night there was none available and we had to park on the street however they did refund us the fee for that.

The hotel is located in a lovely street with lots of interesting restaurants and cafes and the walk through the park to the centre of the city is really nice. The hotel room was simple but comfortable and had all the facilities required to have a nice stay, including bowls and cutlery for breakfast. The art work on the walls added a nice touch.
Nothing, except make sure you read the email and messages sent by the hotel telling you to check in and pick up the keys from another hotel located nearby ( I didn’t read the messages!).

I have stayed several times for $99 per night, the price has risen to $150 - (over Christmas) but so has the cleanliness. I noticed the showers/bathroom was cleaner and the carpet edges had been vacuumed better, it felt clean, the little balconies are cute. Was concerned about parking car as it is a little longer but all good. Quiet and I slept well.
Thought there was a toaster in the rooms, didn’t see one. The kettle had a couple of small rust marks on inside. Just from a couple of drops of water sitting.

The location was perfect. North Adelaide is a beautiful suburb to be for a weekend with all the restaurants, shops, cafes and plenty places to visit. Majestic is in an amazing location, easy to walk distance to the CBD and be visiting everything around.
If I have to choose something that I did not like was the fact that none staff was at the location. I understand the after hours checking due having a sister location near by, but I reckon that have a receptionist during office hours just to help the guests for any type of information/question will be great.
