Location, facilities and good sized apartment, plenty of free parking, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Bathroom door handle was broken, everything else was in working order. You have to download an app to learn how to operate the reverse cycle ac, tv, etc. it says on the website that they had late check-in till 10 PM which gave us some flexibility to arrive at our convenience as we were driving from Canberra, but I received a phone call from reception at 8:15 PM just as we had arrived into Bendigo to see how far away we were as check-in was closing at 9 PM, just as we had stopped at the supermarket to buy some food and groceries. So we had to leave and rush to check-in before they closed for the night.

Great suite of rooms with excellent facilities. Teenage kids got a room each which they very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

It was very hot weather when we stayed and the bedrooms had to rely on the single airconditioner in the living room and big fans (supplied) running flat-out to push some wafts of coolness down the hall. It sort of worked, but everyone certainly needed to keep their bedroom doors open! It would be fine in cooler weather, or if the master bedroom had its own AC unit.

The hotel is reasonably conveniently located on a main road, and easy to find. It was spacious and comfortable, and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was especially handy as a family. The kitchen facilities were a welcome addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room at the rear, so there was very little traffic noise although we could occasionally hear the train in the distance.

The hotel is not near the centre of town, so guests should be aware of this. There's no tram or train into town from near the hotel. I downloaded the compendium via an app, but there was not much there that I couldn't have found on the web. There's no real view of anything, just suburb, but it wasn't unpleasant.

Quest always offers value for money and Quest Bendigo was no exception. Large, spacious and with all the facilities of home, it made for a wonderful stay. While there were a couple of maintenance issues that could be improved easily, the apartment was more than we expected and we'll definitely return.

Although I'd rate my stay overall as excellent, management might think about ensuring a better cleaning and maintenance program. We only found out on the last day the washing machine leaked and had to put towels down to stop water soaking the carpet. Batteries to remotes needed replacing and the office happily gave those to us but must have forgotten to follow up on the blown light in the main toilet that went unfixed over our 5 night stay. Curtains were also left hanging from broken hooks...although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay it's those little things that are an easy fix that would lift ratings higher...

Renovations since my last stay four or so years ago that have brought these apartments up to a very good standard. The apartment was large and well appointed. The cleaning staff were friendly and thorough ... change of sheets after 4 days was a bonus!

You definitely need a vehicle to enjoy Bendigo from this establishment unless you are all over the public transport options before arrival. The parking spots filled very quickly each afternoon, but we didn't miss out. The main road entry and exit involes a "blockie" essentially to get safely on your way to the central attractions.

The size of the rooms and the cleanliness of the whole property was to be commended. The staff right from the time you arrive to the property to the time that you leave all make you feel welcomed and treasured. The fact that they decide on cold days to go to the rooms are checking in to, and turn on the heaters, tells you how much that they care and want you to enjoy your stay

The weather as for the property with lovely sized balconies, and a nice although little swimming pool, could just imagine what a stay on a nice Summer's Day would be like.

The whole experience from the moment of checking in, to the size of the rooms, the comfort, the good speed of the free WiFi and simple log in details, everything was great. The location of the property and the size of the carpark was ideal for what we were in Bendigo to perform and if ever in Bendigo again, I will make sure that I stay here again without any hesitation

NOTHING apart from the weather could have been kinder for us to use the nice looking area and BBQ area that we could imagine would be brilliant in the hotter weather months.

A big room & large bed. It was a two bed room two bath room. Was good my wife had one & I had the other. The other room we used for a changing room & had our suit cases in it also. It had free internet also, handy for googling everything. We had two nights there.

It is quit old & dated. Not much maintenance done. Range hood broken on one side. Shower door would not slide. Drier did not heat only blow cool air. Timber swollen so door would not shut.

Better than expected,we booked a one bedroom apartment but received a two bed two bathroom apartment , shower pressure was excellent,beds ,pillows, blockout curtains were great , interaction with all staff was pleasant and a credit to themselves and the company.Being from interstate it was a good place to base ourselves from in a modern up-to-date accommodation, highly recommend.

Other quests who continually fail to grasp the concept of shared surroundings ,not every one is interested in their conversations at all hours of the day and night

Tracie and staff were amazing. Everything was sorted easily and quickly. Apartment was spacious and comfy and (mostly) very clean. Whole apartment looked like it was renovated. Except for old (very clean though) carpet. It was a delight to stay here!

New silicone ( in-between bath and shower screen) had not been installed properly, making cleaning of silicone difficult. Dust and hair (SO AWFUL) was in the silicone in bathroom.
