We were delighted with our stay. Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were clean, spacious and well set up with fridge, microwave, toaster etc all available if you wanted to self-cater. The breakfast, although simple, was a great bargain for the price. Jennifer had arranged for adjacent rooms for my elderly companion and me, and went to the trouble of ringing me prior to our arrival to check whether my friend needed a shower chair and so on. Room was amazingly quiet.

The only aspect that needs updating in Room 11 would be new carpet.

I travel up to four times a year and this was the most comfortable bed I have ever had. The pillow was very good too. The sofa in the room wasn't too low and was also very comfortable. The heater worked well. Car charging (type 2 plug with long cable) right outside my room. (Fast charging). Excellent strong hot shower. Table and chairs. Bedside tables. A bit noisy in the day time but I didn't hear a thing at night where it mattered. All units on ground level. Ample parking. Loved how the milk is given to you in small bottles. Compared to other motels and hotels I have stayed in this year, this was luxury.

I didn't like that Sunday breakfast wasn't served until 8am. We had to leave at 7.30am. It would've been nice just to let us get some bread and spreads for toast and small cereal if there was no hot breakfast. No shower cap (but supermarkets near by). There was a mini snack bar (no alcohol) but the nuts and choc bars were not in the room when we checked in. (They were listed on a piece of paper as were the soft drinks and water). We bring our own snacks and drinks anyway.

The lady who runs the place, Jen, was delightful and had very thoughtfully pre-warmed my room for my arrival. She said I was welcome to leave the heating on whilst I was out in the evening, as I was there in mid-winter. The room was meticulously clean and parking was right outside the door. Also, there was fresh (not long-life) milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The decor was slightly dated but perfectly adequate, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a spa bath in the bathroom which was not available for use. (I wasn't looking to use it anyway). I was only there for one night.

In spite of being right next to a major highway, I had a lovely, peaceful night. Thank you so much for providing me with a peaceful haven. Oh, and excellent value as well! I will definitely stay here again.

Well located and beautifully maintained. Room was spotlessly clean- and the shower pressure was amazing- one of my priorities in motel accommodation! Room was spacious and the bed super comfy The owners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed at various places in Bendigo and I can say without a doubt this was the best value for money

That I couldn’t stay longer!

The location was perfect as it was on the main road, however the rooms are at the back of the property so you can’t hear the traffic. The staff was fantastic, very accommodating & friendly. The reception I received when I arrived was the best I have ever received in a motel. The bathroom was very large & comfortable to use, there was even a makeup removal washer! The room was so clean & well presented with everything you could need. I was able to get a microwave to use. As I left early in the morning I really appreciated the bucket of water at the front door to wash the frost off my car windows. The in house breakfast menus sounded very yummy too. I wish to thank Jennifer for all of her help & consideration with my trip, it was very appreciated. I will be back again :)

There was nothing that I could fault or ask for. Everything is there that I needed.

Staff- Jennifer was lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was absolutely spotless. Location was convenient and I hardly heard the other house guests.

Room was pretty dated and location is on a main road. Unfortunately spa not working, but massive bathtub in a budget venue was still great. Good value for the price and friendly service.

Absolutely clean room, although older style. Husband and wife proprietors look after you so well. A very comfy bed. Really appreciated top quality of the toilet paper. Not that cheap stuff you get elsewhere. Bucket and squeegee was good for getting bugs off the windscreen. The room was warmed in advance for us as we were arriving late. Thanks.

Owners were really accomodating, even when there was an issue in my booking.com booking. My stay was also very time sensitive, and I expressed this to Jennifer and she helped me work around it and got to check in earlier so that I had time to freshen up and get to where I needed to be.

Spotlessly clean, and fresh room that was quiet, dark and warm for a great nights sleep during mid winter. Location was convenient, and price was great value for the quality. Staff were friendly and our room was serviced as a bonus. We would highly recommend.
