I loved my stay at The Heritage Bendigo! It's absolutely clean place: towels, bedding, the whole room is very clean and we'll equipped! Location is amazing!!! Very close to Bendigo town where you will find lots of touristic places such as Botanical garden, Golden Dragon Museum, Lake Weeroona, restaurants, cafe and much more! Swimming pool area is very spacious, clean, fun... the water is solar heated and you will never miss a water fun!!! Fernando and Jen are the owners of this place and they are up to help with anything you need!

I don't have anything to complain. Absolutely nothing!!!

From the moment I got to The Heritage Bendigo, all the staff were very hospitable and looked after myself and my family. The room was comfortable, clean and good for a travelling family. I especially enjoyed the electric blankets as it gets very cold in Bendigo of a nighttime. We were given any extra things when we needed them which was great, because as we were travelling with a toddler and at times need extra milk, plates and cutlery and other miscellaneous. Breakfast was continental but a great way to start the day.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, very happy with my stay.

Check In/out was lovely, friendly and easy. Room was immaculate condition, and bed was super comfortable. My daughter loved the pool even though she didn't get to use it for long!

The only thing I didn't like was the Pillows. I know this may sound like a strange thing... but the Pillows were so big, that my partner and I both had stiff necks the next morning. My daughter had insisted on bringing her pillow from home, so she sleep well 😉

Really friendly and helpful staff. Some thought has been taken re styling to make the motel not like every other vanilla country motel. Pool and surrounds were in great condition. We used the BBQ to feed 4 families (motel provided bbq tools, even tomato sauce) and do was very pleasant sitting outside. We'll be back next year.

I wish the single toiletries were removed in favour of bulk supplies. Good for the environment to change.

Even though the motel is located on the main road, the rooms are positioned in a courtyard away from the road. Our room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, everything was spotless and clean. Kitchenette well equipped - a small fridge, toaster, electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. The ensuite bathroom is a classic design, i.e. it has a shower, a toilet, and a real door that can be closed (not like some latest designs where the toilet is basically in the bedroom without a door separating the two spaces). The bathroom was spacious, again, everything was spotless and clean. Excellent shower, luxurious bath towels, toiletries, and facial tissues were provided. The bed was excellent and quite firm (not sagging). This motel provided very good value for money.

Not sure about the $25 to use the spa but probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

Last minute trip due to our cairns holiday being cancelled & here did not disappoint, we absolutely loved it! The room was so clean & comfortable, the pool was a fab bonus & the staff are so friendly it was like home from home! Close to the centre of bendigo so a lot of things to do or just stay at the motel for a relaxing day!

Can’t complain about anything everything was perfect.

I booked online and then received a courtesy call form reception to let me know that they closed at 8.00 pm and keys would be left for me and then when I arrived after 8.00 pm there was actually the Son waiting for me to escort me to my room ... Great Service !!!!! The next day I had to leave early and later in the day received a call to say I had left something in the room and they would be happy to post it to my address, Great Customer Service !!!!! Something Lacking in Todays World.... Thanks....

We stayed overnight at the motel on our Goldfields trip. The Deborah Goldmine and the Bendigo Tramways station are nearby. The room and huge bathroom were clean. Both have undergone some basic renovations to create a comfortable and pleasant unit. The bed was comfortable. We were welcomed cheerfully and offered helpful advice upon arrival.

While the motel is located close to the goldmine, it is a distance from the CBD. However, the use of the tramway and its stops will give access to the CBD and other tourist sites during the day.

Car parking bays were wide, clearly marked with rose bushes complimenting the area. Water and window brushes are provided at the bays to clean windows - very useful when travelling in the country!! Inside was a surprise: exceptionally clean; well appointed with everything required for a short stay - fridge/microwave/toaster and coffee, tea etc... Extra pillows and blankets are in the wardrobe together with an ironing board and iron. Good split system for heating and cooling!!
