Quest Cheltenham

Great location - very close to trains, buses, main shopping strip and large shopping centre - Southland. Great service from staff - Serena was fabulous. Check-in was easy, and the building and their car park were very secure. The parking cost $20 for the night. The room was very clean and roomy, and amenities were good. It sufficed everything that we needed and I will definitely stay there again.

Location great for me and my purposes. Clean and comfy.

The additional credit card fee that was held for over two weeks. I was told that the length of time was not related to Quest but is a bank issue. I find this character believe as I travel a lot and have never had a fee held longer than five days. Mostly it’s three days.

Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to train station, beach not far away, plenty of options around for eating out, Foodworks grocery store pretty much next door. All in all a great place!

Water pressure not great in the shower.

Location - close to train station. Also nearby goods store and great coffee shop! Rooms well set up and bed comfortable. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Kitchenette useful. Overall, felt very safe as entry is via card.,

Quest cheltenham is a modern and comfortable apartment stay. Easy access parking with a Great nearby neighbourhood to provide all that an away from home travelled would need.

Our apartment view was of a car park.

Location good. Near station to travel to city. Staff friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was small and cramped. Had to close door to get into shower. There was no room next to sink to put anything. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

Convenient place to stay when getting back from overseas and not being able to go back home due to daughter and grand-daughter being in covid lockdown. Good and convenient neighbourhood, except for the view to Kingston Council building - with whom I am having a dispute!

Demolishing Kingston Council building would have improved the neighbourhood for us dramatically.

The location and the size of our room was fantastic.

Someone was able to unlock our room door with their swipe card and proceeded to enter whilst we were watching tv, this left my young child scared. I assumed no other swipe should open our door?

It was right in the middle of the two destinations we needed to be over our stay away. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

The dryer lint filter wasn’t cleaned so we avoided washing anything. The shower unfortunately didn’t have much water pressure.

The location was really easy to get in and out of. Just off a main highway that took us right to the local shopping centre. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay. A TV inside one of the bedrooms and the living room. A fridge freezer combo and a bath shower combo. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we entered. We only had 2 towels for 3 visitors, but could easily call reception before closing hours for another.

There was lipstick on a cup, which a little gross in covid times. It was quite a noisy apartment, both inside and outside the building. The people above us were banging and crashing at 1am. Outside on the street there were people playing in rubbish bins which was hard to ignore. Next time we'd just request a room away from that particular street.
