I will be honest, I wasn't initially impressed with the room, but I was taught a very valuable lesson, never judge a book by its cover. The bathroom and shower were just amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were warm and friendly, and the adjacent restaurant and other facilities were fantastic. The complimentary sodas and snacks were a really lovely touch. Housekeeping was fantastic and I was really unwell on my check out day and asked for a late check out and the manager was more than happy to assist, and no extra charge was made. It was a very pleasant stay thank you.

Only down fall is finding out that the hairdryers were at reception and reception was closed.

The rooms are newly renovated, of a good size and have everything needed for a clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Clean sheets, nice bed, great hot shower and well maintained rooms. Good option for an overnight stop over when travelling. You can park your car close to the room. The reception staff are very friendly and customer service was excellent. A free drink in the hotel comes with the room which is a nice touch.

I found the building outside and the hotel generally quite depressing, but this is just my feeling towards it. The local area (suburban/semi-industrial) was not the nicest for me to walk around but as a clean, comfortable room to sleep in for a night's stop over whilst travelling it works just fine. The free to air TV signal reception (ABC/SBS) was poor in my room and it would lose signal constantly, so I gave up with trying to watching the news, but that is a very minor problem.

Location and parking infront of the room are great. Nice room with everything you may need. Despite several things we didn't like, we still will be staying in this hotel if price per room will be reasonable.

Wifi did dropped off constantly. Order by tap from room didn't work, so I had to go to restaurant to order my food. Bed is too soft and could be bigger. Even if occupancy is low (we stayed 30 dec-02 Jan and only couple rooms were occupied), management locating everybody next too each other. That makes stay rather uncomfortable because of the noise, and cars are parked next to each other.

Victoria at the check-in desk is delightful! She is helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile with anything you might need. Room 10 was clean and very boho chic! Love the decor - new and hip. The room was well equipped and serviced daily. The shower was really nice with perfect heat and water pressure - perfect after a long sticky day on the beach. A quick drive away from the beach and the city. Ideal for travel if you have your own car.

Not the property's fault, but other travellers came and went at all hours. Not ideal for light sleepers as the room is certainly not sound proof.

From the outside the accomodation looked like a typical motel from the 50’s but when you opened the door to the room I was pleasantly surprised. Clean. Comfortable bed. Newly renovated bathroom with really good water pressure. Complimentary water, soft drink, coffee & tea, biscuits even some lollies. Welcome drink to use at the attached hotel establishment. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful.

Nothing really. A bit noisy when guests leave early in the morning but nothing really to complain about.

We've been staying at this hotel for years and have always enjoyed the locality and meals at the hotel. The recent refurbishment is amazing! A gorgeous bathroom (loved the 900x1200 shower with a dumper and great water pressure), comfortable bed, great wifi, attentive staff, a complimentary breakfast pack, drink vouchers and 10% off our meal at the pub (which incidentally was also sensational). This motel has the best value for money we've seen between Gippsland and Adelaide since 2019. A special mention for Victoria, who checked us in. What fabulous customer service, she is an absolute asset to the motel!

I did order room service later in the night at about 8pm that pizza was the best I'd ever had. Even though it came on a plate with a knife and fork...lol.

As soon as I had checked in just after 2pm. I had a shower got changed and went to the Bar and was told the kitchen had just closed. So I went KFC for dinner/lunch. Also in the afternoon the shower was fine but in the morning the temperature dropped in and out completely as I was showering. Very annoying.

We used Nightcap before and will again. It represents good service, good amenity and at a good price. Plus, for us, it is located ideally when we visit this side of Melbourne. Parking is good and secure enough. Access to the Sandbelt restaurant is great. Plus, there's an onsite drive-thru bottle shop for those "dining in" or on their way out.

It is was it says it is and, indeed, its even better than that. No dislikes at all.

Super friendly hotel staff. Simply incredible. It was exactly what we need, a clean and simple room with good beds and a decent shower and snacks/drinks. We booked the triple room and were not disappointed. There's a restaurant next door and we got some coupons for drinks and discount at the restaurant, which is actually full of locals. Theres a playing area so the kid was super excited to play for a bit after 2 months of travelling

Nothing to dislike, really

This hotel was the perfect place for our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The nights were quiet and the beds so comfy. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Able to eat on site at the bistro was a bonus, food was awesome and all round one of the best hotels we have stayed at in this area.

The room was a little smaller than we thought for a three person stay.
