I was impressed with how they had the foyer with a wheelchair ramp that seemed to be hidden with in the structure. it wasn’t an added addition it was the main entry for everyone to use set in such a way that it couldn’t be anything else. ease of access. it is well done.

Not Much! The thought did cross my mind that a lot of effort was made to make it about the terrific views of Melbourne City. The thought did cross my mind if May be there would have been away to make it all window with out the frames but then realised that the structure needed to be there then I just adjusted they way I took my photos. views are beautiful by the way.

Excellent property and experience in all respects. Staff went the extra mile to make our stay truly memorable. Also they added some unique touches not found in other hotels. The complimentary Champagne on arrival, the complimentary Margaritas and Tapas at the bar in the evening and the Gin Tasting each night at six pm are all special and unexpected touches. The heated infinity pool and bar on level six is great with amazing views of the city. The room was clean and spacious with floor to ceiling windows. They are even Dog friendly. An excellent location close to Southbank woth tram stop nearby. Highly recommend this property and will defintely be back next time we visit Melbourne.

lovely service on arrival with a glass of champagne, room was stunning, very warm and relaxing after a 3.5 hr drive.

unfortunately on checkout when having my parking ticket validated it only allowed me less than 5 minutes to walk to DFO, put my luggage in the car, only to find it had expired on trying to exit, took nearly 45 minutes for me to get hold of someone and convince them that I had paid, please allow more time for guest to get to their car, this was the only downside to my stay and was very frustrated with this part of the trip.

The whole location, staff and facilities were unreal. We got the premium king guest room and loved everything about it. The view was beautiful and the room was clean and well looked after. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

These are incredibly minor dislikes, the first would be the tv in our room was scratched quite visibly, definitely still useable and not that big of a deal because who goes to a hotel to just watch tv… The second would be the lack of gluten free options available at breakfast and the third would be (this is super picky) the pool I feel wasn’t utilized in the best way possible. This is something that is unlikely to be altered - understandably - but I felt the pool could have been put in a higher position and at a different angle to the city giving a much better view. However it was set a very comfortable 28 degrees Celsius and had an amazing time looking over the Westgate.

This is the perfect hotel. It is a new building with views of the city in all directions. My room had a glimpse of the bay as well as the city buzz in the day and lights at night. the room was pure luxury, with everything on hand from a coffee machine, robes, amazing bathroom products including mouthwash and dental packs and a make up mirror and super-comfortable bed. It was perfectly designed with the bed opposite a TV screen and with views from windows each side. I had 3 zoom meetings, and a very affordable $30 allowed me to check in at 10.30am instead of 3pm. The room had a table and power point that allowed an office environment. The check-in, bar and breakfast on Level 7 was convenient and beautiful, with gorgeous views. Next time I plan to dine in, and take advantage of the free G&T at 6pm. It reminded me of a designer hotel in Copenhagan that encouraged guests to have a drink in the lobby. The final touch was the luxurious pool with magnificent views over the city. I think it really is the perfect hotel.

The Staff very accomodating to our dog! He was treated like royalty! All of the facilities were all very clean in our room and the hotel itself had a beautiful ambience! Room and amenities were lovely! Loved the height for the view on the floor we were on.

The size of the room was very small. I had the option to select from the standard, deluxe or superior room and I selected the superior room which to my surprise was extremely small. We weren’t able to close the door from bathroom due to the space and for a superior room, there didn’t appear to be any big additional room extras ie space.

The AC Hotel by Marriott was an absolutely splendid experience that we were not expecting. Location was convenient, great views from the room which was very sleek and modern. Details such as the lavender bags and the gin tastings really made the stay feel even more luxurious. Further, the breakfast was very well made with a superb spread of dishes. We had a later dinner one night at 8.30pm and were pleasantly surprised with the lamb rump and duck confit. Kudos to the chef.

The breakfast was very good but could had more variety. The room was clean the first day. The toiletries were good.

The room was very little, with not space for a long stay ( 7 nights) , there was no closet. The bathroom was weird, the sink was in an open space in the room and the WC and the shower enclosed in a very little room.

We were blown away by the welcoming staff going above and beyond for no other reason other than to make us have an incredible experience. I’ve never been treated so well by any hotel staff before! Just wow! Complimentary drink and snack on check in while we waited our turn to check in at the desk, free room upgrade and a complimentary Gin and Tonic made for us at the bar that evening. Out room got made up again and fresh towels delivered while we were out for the day too! Amazing! I just can’t believe it! Lovely room and beautifully clean.

It was a bit out of the way and a bit of a walk to Southbank/south wharf but parking was easy enough at the care park across the road so we walked everywhere and still enjoyed the location enough.

One of the absolute best hotels I've stayed at! Staff were a delight to interact with and so friendly. We arrived early and they happily allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored. Came to find out they had also delivered our luggage to our room once it had become available. You also receive complementary gin and tonics between 6-7pm as part of their service. Bartender also made some cocktails for us off their menu and he nailed every single one he made us. I unfortunately loved my stay so much I didn't even think to take photos. Highly recommend this place!

Not one thing. Think staying here was one of the best parts of my trip
