We used the hotel as our base for teh Australian Open. The tram was just around teh corner and it was perfect to get there and back evry day. The breakfast was amazing, varied and good quality food. Very comfortable bed and good size room for a 4 day stay. The tapas bar has very good quality food and very authentic (I'm Spanish and normally reluctant to try 'Spanish offof' abroad)

It would have been nice to have the room a bit earlier when we arrived around 12:00 after a long journey but they were very nice , let us get changed and they took our bags to oour room after 3 pm.

The property looks very clean and modern. It is situated right in the CBD so, going around places is easy.

Although the property looks really good however, the speaker in the room (JBL) that was provided wasn’t even working. The toiletries that they have provided was only good for one person (except for the shampoo, lotion and soap which were in big plastic bottles). Those disposable things that you usually get from a hotel were provided but only one set was given to us (there’s two of us in a room. Two paying adults). Most hotels i have stayed in would provide multiple sets of toiletries and disposable stuffs to all paying adults. They would even refill them the next day whether you use them or not. But with this one, they also didn’t refill them. I was really disappointed.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning off a cruise ship and planned to store our baggage and check in later, however the staff said a room was ready for us - unexpected and amazing with two tired kids in tow. The rooms were beautiful and clean and all staff we encountered went above and beyond. we had breakfast included and this was amazing - a full buffet with hot food, cereals, coffee, juices, fresh fruits, pastries, cheese and cold meat.

my only complaint was that there was no highchair available for dining.

The service is defo 5-star, especially the buffet brekkie & staff! The brekkie serves everything and all sorts of coffee. You can even order the chef’s special like Egg Benedict, omelettes without surcharge. The foods are yummy & fresh. Meanwhile, the staff are extremely helpful & light-hearted all the time, making you feel homed. In the room, there’s also a complimentary JBL speaker, which is unexpected, unbelievable and legend! The sofa and beds are extremely comfy. The Hollywood style rooms are bravo & chic! I’d definitely come back if I’m in Melbourne again🤩 I’m over cloud nine staying here.

So far, this has been the best hotel I've stayed at in Australia, and I've traveled extensively recently. What made our one-day stay special was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff. I want to extend my gratitude to the hotel manager and the reception staff for their outstanding assistance. Moreover, I was impressed by the concept of art throughout the hotel and the meticulous attention to detail in room interior design. It truly enhanced the overall experience. I am already looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. The location is superb as well, adding to its appeal.

Rooms comfort and design is really nice! Breakfast is incredible and staff is helpful. Location is good but since its close to the station you also have a lot of dirty areas outside.

They took ages to give me a company invoice. Always saying that was responsibility of Booking to give it, even it its stated on the website that is the property that need to give the invoice. This was completely unnecessary.

Everything was quite perfect, from check in to checkout. Great room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast and great location.

Despite being on the top floor the view we got was onto other rooms across the internal yard. We felt quite exposed and kept our blind down the whole time.

Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcomed. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. The location was great, close to everything. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. I just wanted to shout out to the breaky staff that the food and selection was awesome, and they were all very happy and helpful.

There were no plates or cutlery, no biggy just something I'm not used to.

Staff were excellent, accommodating and friendly, gave great recommendations for restaurants and how to get to event. Bar service and snacks were great

Buffet breakfast was a little lacklustre - and while I like the eggs are done to order, it was weird to then get own toast, hope to time it right so one or the other isn't cold.

Convenient location, staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly, breakfast was awesome, a great buffet to pick from and cater to all.

That the fitness centre was not open and no pool available on site.
