Apartment suited us with 1 large bedroom having its own ensuite and TV and another 2 bedrooms for adult children.

The apartment was not clean. Bathrooms were mouldy, kitchen cupboards all needed wiping down and corners of the rooms were dusty and not cleaned properly. My son bought bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bathroom before he would use it.

Checkin. Leaving bags at reception until we left for the airport. Location. View. Transport access. Attractions, supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. Balcony. Great kitchen. Resolved issue with a damaged appliance straight away. Quiet streets.

No firm pillows. Only 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 washing machine detergent for a multi night stay meant we ran out. Glass windows/sliding doors were very dirty in bedrooms.

Location was perfect !! Supermarket and shopping centre close by. Pink concert was at Marvel stadium so a short walk for myself and my 3 girls. South Wharf DFO a short uber ride away and city shopping access made easy with free tram located a short stroll away. All in all it was a pleasurable stay !!

It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that the room needs a little make over and revamp. It's a little tired. The bathrooms flooded a couple of times. The rooms were clean, a brilliant layout and plenty of room for 7 guests. Nothing much to not like though.

Great view of the river. Everything you neeeded was there.

THE ADDRESS we were given was the key pickup rather than the place we were staying so we got the uber to drop us and all the bags off at the wrong place. The place we actually ended up in was a better location though. But maybe let the people know they might actually be staying at a different location and that the address is just a key pick up location.

The beds. The mattresses needed to be upgraded, they were hard & you could feel the springs. I spent the second night on the couch. For the money you paid per night and the importance of a decent bed I would have prefered they put money into the mattress not European appliances in the kitchen that are not essential compared to a comfy bed. I had been trying to get in contact with reception via message on Booking.com & phone for days to book a car park & then emailed & they finally replied saying they had been on phone all morning, then I asked for a second key for the 3rd guest & he told us that the office was shut,come back tomorrow with not one bit of care to go out of his way to help us.

Great spot to go to Marvel Arena for the concert. 5 minute walk. Fabulous views over Docklands. Comfortable and has enough space for 4 guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony overlooking the water was a treat. We had a lovely stay.

A bit tricky to access the reception for the key. Pull up somewhere nearby, go into reception, fill in forms, then given key to parking level. Not sure if another way is possible...? Finding the stairwell to our tower was a little hurdle but the receptionist, who suggested I wait for him to come up to show me, was tied up with other customers; but I asked another driver and they pointed the way. The receptionist was helpful in assisting with an additional parking spot for my son and girlfriend too.

Great location, proximity to trams. On site parking was very convenient. Fantastic view.

Overall cleanliness was disappointing, dishwasher was dirty and had a broken lid on the tablet dispenser, marks on TV and lamp. In need of some repairs, broken toilet cistern and toilet brush, chipped, warped cabinetry in ensuite. Kitchen was missing a frying pan, there was a cracked plate in the cupboard, lacking dishwasher tablets.

Staff were super helpful, especially for handling later arrivals for other family members who were also staying at ACD and when my wife accidentally lost the room key in the rubbish disposal chute. Great location with nearby restaurants, Woolworths complex, bottle shops, tram stops (part of free CBD tram service), short walk to Marvel Stadium and views over marina/Yarra river.

Best location and amazing view. Very modern, clean, spacious and well presented. Easy walk to the free City tram and we had a car park. I loved it here and would definitely come back.

getting in and out of the car park was quite fiddley. if the driver was on their own it would be very hard as you’d need to get out of the car a couple of times and race back to the car before the door started closing. Would be better to have a remote that could be used from the car. However the positives of the property outweighed the negative.

The apartment was great, bedrooms were a good size, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant everyone had their own bathroom, there is a laundry if you are staying long enough to use it, well equipped kitchen. But I have left the best to last......the view......AMAZING!! There's floor to ceiling windows in the entire living area and in 2 of the bedrooms, so you get the whole view. There's also a balcony so you can have a cuppa and enjoy the fresh air. There is parking available in the building (at $20 per day) so that is very convenient and quite reasonable for city parking. They also let me leave the car there a little longer after checkout which was very appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The kitchen was a little tired, the cooktop had seen better days. But we were only there for the weekend and had no intention of cooking so it wasn't an issue. The apartment caters for 6 but only had seating in the lounge area for a snug 4 which was fine for us as there were only 4 of us.
