Great location, close to Marvel stadium and Docklands shopping. Comfortable family room with complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries. Outdoor pool. Staff were lovely. Easy check in. $15 parking close by.

Great property located in the Docklands with a shopping mall across the road and trams to the CBD running downstairs. When we arrived our room was not ready and we got a drink voucher while waiting, which was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and understanding, trying his best to keep us satisfied despite the delay. The room was bright and spacious with a view overlooking the ferris wheel. There's a minibar in the room. Bed was wide and spacious; if you require slippers and toothbrush ask the reception. Wifi was good. Did not eat at the restaurant.

Cleaning could have been better, I'm guessing the housekeepers were in a rush? Sink was not wiped, there were still traces of makeup and body hairs. A ventilation outlet in the bathroom would be appreciated especially during winter as there is only a suction outlet for steam. It was really cold showering at night as the heat was blowing only in the room.

Quiet, comfortable room. Location very convenient for tram to city. Pleasant surroundings.

I needed a late night snack after a night out. Room service ended at 9.30pm and there were no options nearby to buy a snack or supplies. I was told by reception that the nearest convenience store was back in the city- a 15-20 minute tram ride away. Even fast food and other outlets in the retail complex across the road were closed by 10.30pm. So if guests are likely to want to eat after 9.30pm, I advise buying supplies in advance or staying elsewhere.

I like the hotel ambience and location

I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. We have booked for 2 night later extended 1 more day. But I feel like housekeeping service was done as expected. They use the same bed sheets pillowcase for 3 nights. Bed sheets were bit dirty, and there was wine stain on the flat sheet, pillow case had makeup on it. But they didn't change it. Housekeeping staff came and changed the towels and made bed but didn't do other things floor was dirty, vaccum wasn't done. I didn't understand, is it your hotel policy to clean the room properly only after checkout or what? All other services were very good, only not satisfied with housekeeping service.

Overall customer service were excellent and they helped us out with extending another night as we decided last minute since we wanted to explore Melbourne more and the procrss were easy and efficient, room service really efficient and prompt! Location of the hotel was really convenient to trams, literally right in front of the hotel and being the first and last stops for the trams. All the facilities were really good, we used the pool, steam room and the gym also, basically decent price for a valued service!

We found that the towels shelf under the sink were quite dirty and not clean so we decided not to use the towels and the room comes with two toilet papers, we had one brand new toilet roll however when they tidied the room, they took it and forgot to replace them and they took the slippers we were using in the room and didnt replace it as well. ☹️

I am a little late in writing this much-deserved review for the Four Points, but here we go. Four Points went above and beyond for my 6-year-old birthday. It has been our birthday tradition to stay at four points once a year. Four Points staff was extremely welcoming and made my son very happy by giving him some chocolates at reception during check-in. When we went into the room, they had a lovely card and cake for my son. He was beyond excited and truly exceeded our expectations. The funny part is, I didn't even ask for any special treatment, but they knew it was a birthday and surprised us all!! It was one of the most memorable trips that we still cherish! A little kind gesture and attention to detail from hospitality businesses goes such a long way for customers.

Nothing, it was perfect. Staff were excellent, and paid extra attention to the needs. Thank you is all I can say :)

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and something that I would always rate a hotel on. Shower facilities were excellent- decent products in the shower rather than cheap rubbish that I can sometimes feel when I wash with other hotel products. I liked the room service menu for breakfast and the meal was delivered at the right temperature with great coffee.

Trying to stream Netflix took me some time. The prompts on the tv didn’t match what I needed to do. It took me half an hour to find the screen that told me I needed to link via a tv streaming app. I recommend a little cheat sheet to be left in the room regarding streaming services.

Not much, it was an OK view and we got slippers and robes but only after we asked where the robes were. The breakfast was OK.

The rooms and hotel are in serious need of renovation with scuffs and dents and stains everywhere. The person who checked us in (Sven) was bordering arrogant and did not give us any information on breakfast and did not understand the new style bank cards that don't show details on them. The location is a 10 minute walk from the nearest car park and there is not much around the hotel. Not a great location for visiting the city.

We got the breakfast included in our accommodation rate, and it was a good variety and value for money. If you are staying there, I would highly recommend you have breakfast included. The wait staff are pleasant and very helpful. The coffee machine broke while we were there and the wait staff got us barista coffee from the bar, very nice. We were there for the Magic round of rugby, and the tram stop is literally right outside the hotel door, so we caught the free tram 70 to and from the games, who doesn't love free transport?!

Considering the hotel is very busy, I would leave the bar open longer, it tends to shut down around 10.45pm and I saw people just arriving into the hotel probably after a flight, asking if they could have a beverage and were told no. The Sheraton is a big brand and surely should have more palatable hours on the weekend where the property seems to be full. Also the toaster in the breakfast dining area is slow and you need to put your toast in twice. Perhaps during the peak days i.e. weekends, have a couple of pop up toasters available for the crowd to use. Took 25 mins for toast as there was a long line.

was great that rooms were next door. Rooms were very clean and comfy, breakfast was yummo, bar was good, Sven was most helpful upon check in, as was another young lady who we asked to call us a cab, loved the iced tea in the foyer, we will be back!

I was disappointed to find that the payment was taken out of my account prior to check in, so I paid for both rooms. Other hotels I have used the book now pay later and you pay when you check in, and each couple pays their own rooms.
