Close to the city. Walking distance to local woolies and district outlet and harbour esplanade. Close to free tramline into and around the city. Room service was good when needed.

View from my window was very industrial. Light in the bathroom was very unflattering - could be repositioned. Would have been helpful to have an info booklet/map of Melbourne city upon check in. Only had 1 frying pan in my apartment - would have been good to have a saucepan/grater etc more cooking resources. The pillows were either very thick or lumpy. The sheets were not very breathable.

Size & layout of one bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable. Location of Nesuto Docklands ideal with Harbourside nearby, walk to free tram & tram to other routes. For driving it was generally not too difficult to access routes to other destinations. Plenty of parking available also for visitors.

Locating lift to apartment accommodation from guest car park (levels 3 & 4) can be tricky, once shown it’s fine. Reception tells you to go through glass door however there are two lift locations in car park so you need to go to the left corner lift walk past those lifts then through a secondary glass door which has a stairwell, to the right you will see a passage & a single entry glass door with security swipe pad this is the entrance you go through to find lifts to the accommodation floors. Maybe a diagram on swipe card folder would be helpful to guests.

Spacious and modern room with comfortable beds. Washing machines and dryers available for free on 2nd floor. Good location, only a 5-10 minute free tram ride to the city center and grocery stores and restaurants on ground level.

There were phishing attempts in the booking messaging app. Our first room (308) was next to garage exit and the door made a lot of noise, also at night. This was solved by asking for a different room, which wasn’t cleaned after the second night. It turns out you have to ask for cleaning, which wasn’t made clear at check in. Be careful with the shower door as there are no bumpers on either side when opening.

Overall the room 620 was excellent. Bed was really comfortable and not close to reception, so the level of noise is very low. The location is perfect, is close enough to the CBD, and is very close to free tram service.

I understand that housekeeping is a very demanding job, considering the time constraints and other factors. However, I believe that placing bed sheets on the carpet while organizing the quilt may not be the most hygienic way to make the bed. Carpets often harbor bacteria brought in from outside as people walk around the room with shoes.

The property was quite clean and tidy, and the location was great being right next to a full sized Woolworths and mini shopping centre, it had all the facilities needed within a small walk! The staff were excellent, even when my partner and I messed them around a little bit with the bath situation but soon it was sorted. They allowed us an early check in as we were there quite early, and we left peacefully in the middle of the night without hassle. There were new towels and amenities updated each day which was fabulous, and it was like a 10-20 minute Uber drive to quite a few places making the taxis cheaper as well. I also lost something and called in a panic to find it, it was found and sent back to me in like 2 days which was insanely great service! Would 100% stay with these guys again, highly recommend to everyone!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like but there was just a couple things. One side of the bed had a giant yellow stained patch on the quilt, not sure what from but I’m just assuming from being used a lot, there was quite minimal amounts of plates, bowls, cutlery and cups so it made cooking a little bit interesting especially having to clean the dishes for every single meal (only 2 bowls, 2 mugs etc.), and the bath in the pictures was very deceiving. The bath was tiny compared to the pictures of what looked like a spa bath but the double shower was a much better and larger option. They dealt with our request very well which was nice and then changed us to a double shower room instead once we figured the bath was way too tiny for my over 6ft partner. Aside from that, they were great.

A great place, right above Woolworths, chemist warehouse and many other smaller shops and cafes. It has all the mod cons, i especially like the “info book” on the tv, the lighting and many of the other features. I have a disability and the hotel catered for this really well and I didn’t feel it was problematic or that they went out of their way to help me, they staff were great I will definitely be back

The car park…..it was really hard to get out of, i paid $30 per night (totalling $90 for three night stay), the QR code was so hard to use and each time i left the car park i had to call for help. It was probably just me not scanning correctly but it shouldn’t have been so hard. Maybe we could just scan our door key like we do to use the lift or get in the door of the room.

We made our own breakfast in our room. The apartment was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We liked the 'rain' shower head in the bathroom the air conditioning meant the room was a comfortable temperature. It was good to have access to a supermarket on ground level. Handy to tram.

We had a three night stay and it would have been good to have had the rubbish bins emptied as they became full. it would have been nice to have had the body wash, shampoo and conditioner and towels refreshed. There was a lot of street noise when the balcony doors were opened.

Clean, modern, has a gym. Awesome double shower. Location has a Chinese restaurant next door as well as a Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and plenty of places to eat at the Dockland shops across the road. A two minute walk gets to you the tram that will take you into the city for free (tram 86).

The bedroom has a lovely large bed but it’s fairly squished in the room. You can sleep in there comfortably but there’s not much room to move around. The wardrobe door is mirrored but they’re slightly tinted which seems to go against the point of them?

Everything was great. Amazing room with an amazing location. Down stairs on the ground level there were so many eateries and shops nearby so this was great! Coffee Club was located downstairs near Nesuto which was amazing because i love to have coffee club in the mornings every time i visit the city as we are from the country.

The bathroom grouts need a bit more cleaning and the utensils in the room could do with a better clean also as cutlery was dirty. Luckily there was a woolies across the road so we popped over and bought some plastic cutlery instead.

New building in 2023, attentive staff, good help on requests. Good location, close to tram and supermarket and in free tram zone. No noise on the dockland side, a bit more noise on the street side. It seems issue management processes are in place and well executed in case there is a complaint.

While basically clean, it seems there was not cleaning after construction, and some spaces were apparently never cleaned up to my stay - told the staff and the housekeeping took care of it. Had some issues with amenities (rangetop didn't work etc) and had to move rooms, but staff was very helpful. Aircon was quite noisy in two rooms I stayed in, but I might be a bit more sensitive than others. Moved to a room on the opposite side, which had road construction work instead (over night), but that was bearable.
