Wonderful experience. We have 4 adults and 1 kid to stay about one week. The apartment is just right for us. My son was so loving the place. It's at great location within walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants and IS within the free tram zone, that makes everything easier. It is at the sub-top floor which has a great view. And two balconies! I loved to sit on the balcony at night to see the great city view and the Melbourne Star even it's not lighting nowadays. The apartment has everything we need. We can cook and wash clothes just like at home. And when we made an impromptu decision to stay a few more days the staff was very helpful, we were lucky to extend the stay at the same room seamlessly. Next time when we are back to Melbourne we definitely will book again and if it could be the same room that would be more than great.

Overall very nice place and was exactly as described. Easy check in, payment, and stay. Room was very clean and tidy, provided towels, room services, and all basic amenities. Super comfortable beds, aside from the pullout couch which is expected. Also the reception smelled absolutely divine and fresh every time I walked through. Lovely staff too, very charismatic and knowledgeable. They also had some decor for the Taylor Swift concert which was nice for those going. Also it is very quiet and you don’t hear people walking on the floor above you which is a plus. 10/10 would definitely be staying here when returning to Melbourne :)

Loved the Location. Nice and quiet most of the time. Never heard noise outside in the hallway. Loved the balcony and the view. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. I’ve booked for next year!

Apartment became dusty very quickly. They are pretty strict with check in time. Arrived 12:30pm and was told too early and come back at 2pm. First time anywhere in the world that has happened. Didn’t even start the check in process. Was dreading coming back at 2pm to a long queue but was fine and Holly remembered me and my bags!

We loved how modern the property is, the layout of the room, the well equipped kitchen and stacker washer and dryer. Our room was on a higher floor and had a balcony with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issues we experienced were the sofa bed wasn’t overly comfortable - the foot of the bed was higher than the head and you could feel the springs. The design of the shower also resulted in a significant amount of water leaking out onto the floor each time it was used. We otherwise loved the room and property though and would stay again.

It was so comfortable to have a bottle shop, mart, and restaurant near the accommodation. It was not far from the city, so the accessibility was good, and the accommodation was clean and quiet. All the staff were so friendly and I could use it comfortably during my stay. It was so convenient to move around as a free tram was available near the accommodation. It was also a pleasure to open my eyes every morning while looking at the beautiful view. If I go on a trip to Melbourne again next time, I will stay here again.

Love this location & how easy it was to catch a free tram to the CBD. We absolutely appreciate you allowing smoking on the balcony. A few of our favourite hotel chains have gone the post covid “No smoking” throughout their entire buildings including balconies. So we won’t be returning to them!

Now this is just me being lazy but no dishwasher in our room and the bed was a little uncomfortable because 1.) the mattress you can feel the springs & it’s very “springy” or good for jumping but not sleeping and 2.) you could definitely tell it was 2 single mattresses as there was clearly a lean & gap towards the middle of the bed.

No parking availability from the hotel at all you must use external paid parking in this area. Not even a dedicated driveway to unload passengers or luggage. The benchtops were a little low and the sink very deep so washing up was difficult for an average sized person. But could use dishwasher of course

What I liked the most was the friendly, proactive and bubbly nature of the staff at reception which was very welcoming. They were accommodative of requests which contributed to our pleasant stay. The location was ideal being in the free tram zone to city, we were able to get back in less than an hour from Melbourne Park at peak hour after a whole day of watching tennis. The property was well-maintained and clean at all times. Overall QUEST met expectations and we would consider staying there again in the future.

The property is lovely! So clean from walking in and our room was beautiful. Location is amazing and is right in the heart of Docklands. So close to a shopping centre and 50m walk from a tram stop so access to the city is so easy (free tram zone). Service was awesome.

That there was no parking at the property. There was outdoor parking which they reccomended us too which was a short walk and was cheap however the car park was not in the best condition.

Kitchen equipment and crockery are well stocked. The washer and dryers are of large 8kg capacity, which is useful for families. Good location, with the Tram stop directly in front of the building.

Facilities can be improved. For example, the carpark was full and we were not able to get parking within the building. Also the toilet door in 804B is not able to close properly, and water from the shower in bathroom in Room 802 leaks out whenever we shower.
