Where do I start? We wanted to finish our month long tour of Australia with a flourish so pick this apartment in Docklands, Melbourne. Picked the key up from an extremely helpful and pleasant woman in the office who explained everything to us including how to get to the property. It was on the 20th floor of the Nolan building with stunning views back across the city. It was clean and immaculate two bedroom luxury apartment (sharing with our adult daughter). It was a comfortable bed, powerful shower, well equipped in every category (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, lounge). It had paid for private parking and there were plenty of local cafes for breakfast and a shopping centre near by if you wanted to cook. It was a short walk into the city or you could travel further by the trams which stopped virtually outside. Flawless.
Just disappointed that we could not stay longer.

The service at the reception was friendly and courteous. They were able to allow me to check in a few hours earlier which was a big plus. The beds were comfy, aside from a strange stain on one of the sheets. Views were spectacular and you are able to take full advantage of the sea breeze. Price was very cost-effective when compared to other options. The trams are in close proximity and give you easy access to the whole CBD. There are plenty of shopping plus food options within a few minutes.
Generally aged rooms with obvious patches from previous repairs. Strange stain on one of the bed sheets. We stayed for 5 nights and asked them for some extra shampoo as we had run out (there were 6 people staying), which actually required a but of negotiation. Would have appreciated if they were a little more receptive to this request due to our stay duration.

- uninterrupted of the docklands - tram accessible. However if you plan to use tram you need to plan ahead they don’t run til late. -close to southern cross station near sky bus terminal as well. - pool is heater and clean - small gym is also accessible but we didnt use at the time - kitchenette all the basic you need is there
- filthy spare blankets. I tried contacting for replacement but no response - emptying bins upon leaving is fine but need to provide enough for replacement throughout the stay.

it is a nice apartment, big enough for the family of 5.
although we stayed 6 days, they only provide dishwashing powder/liquid, washing machine powder and thrash bags for 2 days. They should at least provide for the No of days that we were staying, in particular, the trash bags. I had to ask and beg for two more bags. The lady on duty was also very unfriendly and customer oriented. She speaks very harshly. in addition, I was asking about where and how to park, I did not receive any instructions until I received the key. We are not familiar with the city and do not understand how the city works.

It was a really lovely apartment. Very comfortable and brilliant views. Good facilities. We were very happy with our stay. The negative comments are just a bit of feedback to make it a perfect stay!
The traffic and train noise in the bedrooms was surprising and did interfere with our sleep a bit. Perhaps a warning to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper might be helpful. It would have been nice to have a service to change towels, etc. after 3 days. It would also have been nice to have a coffee pod per adult on arrival, we only had two for five adults and had to wait for the office to open the next day as they were an unusual brand that the supermarkets don't sell.

Mostly great. Prefer more milk.on arrival. After a long journey for 3 people its nice to enjoy a couple of cups of coffee and tea .and a small milk is not enough. But overall a great stay.

The unit was great and very clean. We had ample room for all 4 of us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a generous balcony. Staff were super friendly and we had no issue with our after hours check in with clear directions to our room given from the key lock box. We were able to leave our luggage until we left Melbourne with no issues also. The view over Marvel Stadium, the city and also some of the water at docklands was great. The price was also very good for our 3 night stay. We will be back.
Bathrooms are slightly dated but it didn't detract from our stay. A full length mirror in one of the wardrobes would have been great. The unit we stayed in could also benefit from a paint. The washing machine also had issues.

It is situated in perfect spot next to the water. Free trams are less than 1 minute walk from front door. Great kids entertainment near by although check open times as it wasn't open during the week.
We had our two kids. The main bedroom bed can be split into 2 beds which is great , but that meant the kids had the walk in robe and the main bedroom bathroom while we had a pokey little room. It made the kids stay though so that's a plus. Under cover car park is really low. About 1.9mtrs. My ute with canopy just scraped in literally. Not that many cafes in the area

The location is a convenient walk to The District shopping Centre and to the Central Pier Tram station. I like our 3bedroom apartment which accommodates all the six members family. We had all our needs for cooking. The apartment also has 2 bathroom with baths. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. We also had a beautiful docklands view from the 18th floor.and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne because our apartment was clean and like a home for 3days! Yvonne at the reception was lovely. The communication through email was prompt. We stored our luggage temporarily at the office reception on our last day so we could stroll around the city. Their service was fantastic!
I wish the bed mattress was more comfortable. It was a bit too soft and bouncy for my body type I supposed. The old and stained extra blanket/comforter, I believe needs replacement.
