Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a high-rise building was very comfortable and spacious with a great view over the Docklands area. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean but lack of shelving in the shower enclosure. Kitchen was good, but lack some helpful cleaning items. Receptionist Christine was very friendly and helpful to make sure I had the correction instructions for after hours access to our apartment. She also came up to help when we could not operate the coffee machine provided. Appreciated the free car parking provided. Also loved the convenience for getting the free tram in front of the building to go to the city. A great location to explore the Docklands area.
Checking in after hours and getting the keys were a bit complicated, especially finding the right building to get to the reception entrance door to get to the locker hanging at the door. But the detailed instructions messaged to me gave me all the steps clearly. Getting to the car park was also a bit complicated. We were relieved when it all worked out! The wardrobes in the rooms could do with some shelves for personal items. Each bathroom definitely needs a shelf in the shower box for shampoo, soap, etc. The carpet and walls could do with a clean.

The location is just fantastic for my Melbourne office, short distance on foot. The apartment was much bigger than required and the balcony fantastic.
I understand that signage is required everywhere in accommodation as many people are inconsiderate of basic behaviors but it still irks me. The couch was a bit grubby looking which necessitated me to put a towel over it to feel comfortable to sit on it.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with balcony apartment it was good size for the 4 of us, and in a great location. Short walk to supermarket, good walking distance to DFO, Casino & Restaurants. Short drive to CBD and Obrien Icehouse. Trams and e-scooters virtually at doorstep. Great Thai restaurant also around the corner highly recommend. Pool was a good bonus too. Ice cube tray in freezer. YAY!..it's the little things!
Parking can be tricky if you don't know the surrounds. We had 2 cars and only 1 car spot however you can park across the road in the woolies carpark for a flat fee we discovered the next day. We ended up getting a second car spot on the 2nd day for $35 at Winston Apts . Couch could have been bigger for the size of the apartment it was a bit small for 4 people and a bit stained however it was covered up by a mediocre throw rug....Not a deal breaker though.

Great location, right at a tram stop and part of the free tram zone. A Woolworths right across the street and many food options nearby. We parked the car and didn’t move it for 5 nights, it was great. I liked being able to prepare meals, though a few more kitchens items would help. Like a pasta strainer. Was convenient having a washer/dryer.
Both of the AC units in our apartment did not function on the cool setting. Any temp around 19/20 degrees Celsius on a sunny day and you’re really uncomfortable and stuffy. The lounge chairs were very stained and yuk, they have loose covers on them but theses covers do not stay in place. Shower recess in ensuite has no shelf or anything at all to place your toiletries on. There used to be a shelf, so this really needs repairing. There was nowhere to store clothes, we had to keep them in our bags on the floor.

Excellent location, quite close to the finish line for Run4Kids, which was the reason we stayed. Also close to the Collins St tram line to get to some great cbd restaurants. The view from the balcony at night was beautiful and having a supermarket so close was handy. The salt-water pool was lovely - no chlorine smell. The staff on the reception desk were very kind and flexible, allowing us a later check out so that we could shower after the run.
Getting into/out of the carpark was tricky. The instructions were as clear as they could be, but the carpark fob is not remote control and needs to be placed against the proximity device which can't be done by the driver in the car, so it is handy to have two adults to get the car out. Winston apartments are over 2 buildings that look alike - make sure you return to the correct building if you want to get to the correct apartment!

We had a 3brm apartment on the 27th floor and the view was like nothing we had ever experienced before, it was insane. Beds were comfy and apartment was well laid out for our needs. Staff were excellent and carparking was super easy and convenient. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Marvel, 2 mins to Woolworths and Restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
Bathrooms were not clean. Half rolls of toilet paper, hair on the floor and a build up of hair and grime in the corners. Showers had mould in grout and shower door wouldn't open properly. Apartment definitely had some wear and tear. Also unsure why the only king bed wasn't in the main bedroom.

The 2 bed balcony apartment was brilliantly located with water views and views to the city and flooded with sunshine. Free trams and cafes are at the door and it's perfect for a multi-day stay in Melbourne especially to suit a party of travellers with differing itineraries. The indoor pool, gym, washer, dryer, dishwasher, decent fridge and aircon were all great facilities. The beds are super squishy. We got a late checkout which was very much appreciated as I was travelling on crutches post-surgery.
The floor coverings need a complete refresh. the couch cushion gaps need a vaccuum.

Close proximity to free public transport. Nice views. Value was good for a group of friends. Includes parking. Communication was good when it came to locating the site.
Not the best when it is cold and windy. Pretty sure when I booked that booking.com said that I will be paying on site. This is false. The bond is taken on the day, but stay needs to be paid before hand. Room I stayed in, although nice definitely had its wear and tear. Still comfortable and would recommend the rooms. Just would have been nice if dishwasher powder/tab was provided. Also even though there's lots of food places near by, they weren't really open at the times you'd want them to be. Lucky that the tram was just outside to take to the city centre.
