Great location with easy access to food and basic amenities. Good clean neat room. The housekeeping did a fab job daily. The receptionists are very warm and welcoming. They were generally very helpful as well. If I ever come to Melbourne again, this is a hotel I'd definitely go back to especially because of its prime location and clean room.

They didn't have dental kits and when we asked the receptionist, she told us that we should bring our dental kit. In my many years of travel history, this is the first time I've come across a hotel which doesn't provide the basic item, a dental kit! Also, the receptionist's apathetic and in my opinion not a very polite response, just annoyed us cos we checked in almost at midnight and when we woke up and realised that the basic item wasn't available, it was just annoying. They could have at least had it as a payable item. Also, the aircon was noisy if I increased the fan speed. The room also had a flickering light. These are things they might want to work on.

The entrance to the hotel should be described more clearly.. I could not find it!! The entrance is not Little Collins Street- it os off a lane way !!

Location is good--- few minutes away from tram stops at Elizabeth and Collins Street. Walking distance to Flinders St Station The hotel is adjacent to Dodee Paidang which is a popular chain of Thai restos in Melbourne Staff are responsive in terms of changing the bed sheets and lending us some cutleries

Bedsheet and the bed lining- while the staff and cleaners are quite nice and responsive, it seems that the bed sheets need a bit more laundry or less dust. I was recovering from flu when we were there and my throat was a bit sensitive. And so, whenever I would lay down, I would keep on coughing a lot inside the room (which was not the case outside while walking around the city) and would have difficulty sleeping

The location is excellent for those wanting to explore the CBD. There is also a tram stop nearby and it is a short walk to Flinders station. The room was simple, but had everything we needed and it was clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we were given some discount vouchers for the Blahnik cafe in the laneway, excellent food!

The only minor thing was the bed, it was a bit too firm for me. Also, we couldn't work out the air conditioning. For some reason when we put the temperature at 18 degrees, we would walk back into the room and it would read 23.5 degrees. So we struggled getting a comfortable temperature.

Location, cleanliness.

Some, not all staff… not the greatest impression when their tone and body language is saying “I don’t want to be here” When the room key needs to be reprogrammed, the last thing I want is for a staff member to communicate with me as if I’m 5yrs old telling me not place it next to my phone. Communication occurs in both directions and listening is also required. Having responded that the key card was in a different pocket, I was met with an almost identical primary school teaching of not having the mobile phone next to it. Not helpful, definitely not a positive interaction. If you can’t communicate and aren’t respectful, you can’t expect the customer to return. No customers, no business. No business, no employees…

Very clean, able to cast your streaming services to the tv, great friendly workers! Location is smack bang in the middle of everything and right near free tram station as well! Bathroom was spacious and shower was good and roomy and there is a Thai restaurant right in the basement which you can order from a QR code if you just want to grab it to go back to your room or dine food was delicious and didn’t wait long! Will definitely be back to stay in the future

Only thing that was a little annoying was the card that you need to access the levels on the elevator sometimes didn’t work and had to try multiple times

Staff were extremely helpful, we had requested a room with a bathtub but were allocated a room with a shower, we went down and spoke with the staff and they fixed the issue within minutes. Every other time we interacted with the staff there they were always polite and helpful. The location is really good with easy access to trams and trains, there are also plenty of great places to eat close by, we will definitely book there again next time we are in Melbourne

The hotel is like the Tardis - huge once you're inside, but tiny from the outside, the entrance hidden in a small but busy alley, surrounded by great restaurants. The room was large and the bed enormous, all very nice and comfortable. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, once we were checked in. Also there were laundry facilities available.

We arrived by rented car, flustered and stressed, because the hotel entrance is halfway down the pedestrian alley and there is nowhere to stop on the adjoining street, so after twice around the block full of heavy traffic we were forced to park illegally to unload luggage and begin check-in. We had paid for parking, but nowhere had it been explained how to park in the public car-park opposite, until after we arrived at reception, where relations were initially strained. However, this irritation soon subsided because the hotel and its staff turned out to be so pleasant otherwise.

It had everything at the Door! So many cafes, restaurants, public transport and events, Art galleries, Museums, & parks! I loved the café culture. It was clean and tidy with comfortable bed and great room servicing with nice friendly staff.

Well the TV could be more user friendly, we tried everything to get it connected with smart phone, so didn’t bother in the end, not every guess would have a smart phone device. and shower bath is great and shower was great but not good for senior guests, hopefully you got accessible showers for them.

Location, convenience, access to the city, beautiful location, great restaurants nearby, great sized rooms, good desk for working, comfy bed, great shower, good sized bathroom, secure, air conditioning, had a fridge and a safe for valuables. Great location to go for a walk each morning, close to great shopping! Overall, an excellent place to stay. Will definitely stay again when back in Melbourne!!!

Wished I had been able to stay longer! I really did not want to leave. I absolutely cannot fault the Causeway 365 in any way - it was brilliant! Nothing negative to say.
