Staff were friendly. Great location. Clean and tidy. Surprisingly quiet given its central location and the activity outside.

Just hard to access information about the hotel and about Melbourne. Just basic things like the laundry. There was also a bit of conflicting advice. The leaflet in the room and the poster in the lift indicated that we could pizza from Blossom and have it delivered to our room... but the staff at reception didn't know anything about it and indicated that we couldn't but that we could go through to Pullman and use the restaurant. Also there was one chair at the bench by the window. A second chair would have been brilliant.

The location is central. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The green clean initiative is fantastic (opting out of having the room cleaned for an incentive), we really appreciated the breakfast voucher and wine. Our room was quiet and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location close to trams and shops and for a great price too! Staff at the front desks and the cleaners are friendly.

Despite the below I would definitely stay here again! The bed was very springy and when either of us moved the bed would shake. I also would have appreciated more vegan and non dairy options at breakfast (soy or oat milk, baked beans, mushrooms) but we still enjoyed that. The AC in our room was a bit loud even on the lowest setting but eventually we got used to it. Whilst staff were friendly and helpful they did seem a bit understaffed, especially at breakfast on the weekend and at the front desk when checking out.

I had to move out of The ‘standard queen’ room I booked at 4am because the fan in the airconditioner was rattling so loudly that I couldn’t sleep. There was also a 1cm gap between the door and the frame which meant hallway noise was loud and the light came through. Second room at 4am was better. The next day I expressed my unhappiness about the situation and was upgraded to a premium king room for my remaining nights which was much more pleasant. I very much appreciate the staff fixing my issues and doing what they could to make my stay more pleasant. Couldn’t ask for more than that, instead of leaving unhappy I left with a smile.

A bit aged, but perfectly clean. They don’t do a daily cleaning service

I was given an early check in which helped my jet lagged state a lot. The room was spacious which made it easy to unpack after a few months of living out of a suitcase. The location is great because it's very close to shops, cafes and public transport. The bed was very comfortable and the room could be darkened for an afternoon nap. The option to not have the room cleaned everyday was offered and a "green credit"of either $25 towards food or a bottle of wine was the choice. I used mine for free breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is currently replacing their lifts so one is completed and the older one was often out of service while being completed. It did increase the number of people in a lift at any given time but this is a temporary problem. Everything else was fine.

Great great great location! Right in the middle of the bustling Melbourne area where foods and shopping are all within walking distance. You can't get a better situated place than this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next Melbourne trip.

Unfortunately, parking isn't available on site. Have to walk 1 block to carpark. Staff didn't explain very well how the carparking arrangement work, so it was a bit confusing at first. Not much facilities (no gym, pool, etc) Check-in/out was a bit slow, it got so busy in the morning and had to wait a bit. But generally, it had been an enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend the hotel for its great location and competitive rates.

i stayed for 5 nights and encountered multiple staff members, to be honest, the staff were so lovely at this hotel and truly made the trip memorable… For the first time in years, I felt like the staff actually wanted to be there and were happy to help on multiple occasions, they were friendly and gave great advice. The rooms were simple, comfortable and very clean. The location was great and the breakfast was delicious!

I loved this hotel, only thing that could be improved would be to sound proof the room doors as the hallways were very noisy.

We were warmly greeted on Check-in with Estiban being friendly and courteous. Room was a good size and comfortable but the bathroom was a little on the small side despite the good sized shower. Plenty of power points and USB charging stations around the room.

Not much to complain about really apart from the bed was a little too hard for our liking. There was no information folder in the room and we weren't told the wifi password on check-in, however that would have in the information folder if there was one in the room

All good. Location is great, bed was comfy and room was clean. On a cold day the heater worked well and really good shower. Tea and coffee was in order , good linen and towels. Room was a decent size. Breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately the room I was staying in had a door that could be unlocked to another room so the sound proofing from that room want great and the woman next door coughed all night. Their internal computer system went down for close to a day so there was a lack of clarity over the booking and inclusions.

The location is in the heart of the city, with lots of shopping and eateries just a min walk surrounding the hotel vicinity. The room and bedding alright except the room given to me was facing the building walls despite request prior booking to have city views. Overall it meets my expectation and friendly and helpful staff.

Only 2 lifts and one was out of order during my stay. The other lift is very slow. Besides, no staff service lift hence sometime we have to wait for the housekeeping staff to send up their bedsheets/mattresses etc before we get to use the lift. Hotel did put up an apology notice on the lift working slowly and have also suggested we can use the fire stairs to walk down to reception which I did due to rushing for time, I walked 10 storeys down to reception.
