Location location location!!!! You can walk everywhere. The cute alleyways full of coffee shops and food and right out the front door to the right and up the street. It’s 5 star location 3 star hotel and 5 star staff. Especially Guill. Staff so helpful friendly and do all they can to help out. We felt safe and secure and loved how amazing the location was. We will be staying here again for sure. Best value for money in Melbourne. If you want a 5 star hotel don’t stay here but if you’re happy with comfortable and amazing location book now. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Rooms and lounge a little dated but you’re not in your room much. It’s comfortable and all you need. Save the money and stay here and use your money to explore Melbourne.

Have stayed here before. Location is excellent and everything is very accessible. Room set up is perfect for what we wanted/needed - ability to so some self-catering/tea etc + lounge. Separate bedrooms for the 2 of us.

- It is very hot in the rooms, even with the air con on. Would be good to have a portable fan available. - Was REALLY disappointed to see that the rubbish all goes in to one bin. there should be separate bins/compartments for paper/cardboard, recyclables, general waste and food scraps.... everyone else has to do this, why not accommodations such as Punthill?

The apartment itself was nice (except the window was hard to close as it was an old style), and the front desk staff were all very helpful. Good location (right on Degraves St). (Elizabeth St is not the most pleasant around there, but it is conveniently located near the station and supermarkets.)

The car park. It was so nerve wrecking even in a Corolla!!! Seriously narrow turn to get in/out from the Lingham Lane. The slope after the roller shutter is so steep it scraped the bottom of the car although I went so slowly. If you have a tiny car and are a very good driver, this is very conveniently located. Otherwise, I’d recommend you park elsewhere.

Wonderful property for the price. Excellently located near Flinders Station, Melbourne Central and Southern Cross Stations. Room service was fast and discreet, staff were pleasant and offered great recommendations for nearby food and drinks. Room itself was spacious and clean.

Internet was extremely slow, unable to load RSS feed for news and other articles. Asked about the bathroom exhaust fan not working, was assured it was working fine but the whole bathroom was like a sauna after showering. 3 layers of windows is a bit excessive but otherwise fine.

Very convenient location, the staff where very kind and helpful! Clean and comfortable space, felt like we had our own apartment and enough space for our son to roll around. Loved our stay here and the beautiful streets and laneways that surround, will definitely be back!

Only thing I could mention was maybe upgrading some kitchen items and having some essentials like salt, pepper, oil. We tried to make spaghetti and struggled with the pot available, we booked this place for the kitchen, but we got there in there end. Would still definitely stay again!

1 bedroom apartment - location location! Sensational position in the extremely fashionable laneways of Melbourne CBD. Close to everything. DeGraves Lane outside the front door. The reception staff are amiable and helpful. Comfy bed, great sized room for 2 people, huge kitchen, great bathroom with good pressure in the shower. room was quiet. It's a very cozy unit. tasteful decor. gREAT VALUE FOR MONEY,

limited equipment in the kitchen despite its size. No glasses, no strainer. The soundproofing to the unit above us was not great. 2 televisions but neither were smart TVs.

The staff were very helpful. The location was fantastic with cafes within 20m and Flinders Street Station less than 5' walk from the hotel. Trams were close by and it was a short walk through interesting arcades to get to the main shopping streets. Fantastic value for money in the heart of Melboune

A bit noisy at night and the bed was very soft. Great for some but not so great for me. Neither of these have stopped me from re-booking when I come back to Melbourne in November. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean

The suite was very nice, no shortage of supplies & towels. Had a really nice ‘help yourself’ service over the public holiday. But when we asked for a new bin bag we got a service. Great place will be back. Very central to transport & food. We asked for room for 3 guests and a folding bed was provided.

She was starting to show her age. The shower leaked a little & the Carpet was starting to wear. Overall this was nothing compared to the positives. We were after accommodation for 3, but the room only slept 2, so a folding bed was provided, which was fine.

The location was the biggest bonus, walking distance to so many things, ngv, aquarium, right next to Degraves St with all the cafes. 2mins to trams.

There was a problem with the shower in that it was set up for handicapped which was okay but as there was no screen the water flooded the bathroom. I did rectify it by putting rolled up towels to create a barrier but really that was a bit of a nuisance.

I've been away from Melbourne for 13 years and went back to visit family. I loved how close the venue was to Flinders Street station and yet in the apartment itself I didn't hear much hustle and bustle of the big city outside. I also enjoyed the bathtub and spacious bed and clean modern rooms. I will definitely be back and hopefully turn it into a yearly visit to Melbourne.

The only thing that was lacking was extra sugar and milk which didn't add up to the coffee and tea supplied. But it wasn't a big deal as there are shops across the road and around the corner. Apart from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
