room, clean and location

I didnt like when staf took a scan copy of ID, as Photo ID is to verify details not for saving copy in thier system which could get hacked or broken into and our ID could be at risk

Decent size of the room, given the proximity to Melbourne CBD (15-20 min by tram) Excellent location for those driving to Melbourne (covered free-parking on-site, and very close to the tram station) Excellent value-for-money Fantastic customer service (we unfortunately left some of our valuables upon check-out, and their staff contacted us afterwards and agreed to arrange sending the items back to us via postal service)

Nitpicks: - No elevators to the rooms (but it was just two flights of stairs to our room anyway) - The location is easy to miss when driving through, so best to check carefully before driving there But overall nothing to really complain about

few minutes walk to tram. Lovely housekeeping staff clean and well set out rooms. We will book there again.

would have preferred unit with a balcony, they probably would have moved us if I had asked. Overall a good place to stay.

The location is very nice. Petrol station, 7 Eleven , Tram Station and Bus stand is in the front of the Hotel. The free way is just 100-200 meters away from the Hotel. Main City is just 20 meters away from the hotel by bus or Tram. The zoo is 2.5 km away from the hotel. The Race course is also very close to the hotel.The hotel staff is good ,special thanks to Mr.Lee and the owner of the hotel and also other staff too. Room Cleaning 🧹 staffs are very good and nice.

Hotel Needs some Renovations like out paints and cleaning of the galleries

We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment for six nights and found it to be exactly what we needed. It was clean with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals. The bathroom was also clean and modern with instant hot water. The flat was serviced every day - beds were made and fresh towels provided. There is plenty of secure under cover off-street car parking and it is also close to tram stops.

The complex of apartments does look rather run down from the outside but we are pleased we didn’t let that put us off. The apartment itself was great!

The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Tram stop right out front of the motel which is super handy. Zoo is about 1 mile from the hotel. It is no frills but we stayed 4 days and were happy with the stay. Not close to restaurants but the tram into the city runs often so convenient to Melbourne SBD. Price was good.

Wish there had been a local restaurant but we got around that once we were used to the Tram. All in all a good stay. There is no local place to buy a MYKI transportation card so one needs to buy at the airport to catch public transport. We ended up getting an Uber into the CBD to purchase one at the train station the first day.

The receptionist and whomever was working there were extremely kind and accommodating. Cleaners were so good as well. Amnesties provided was good and lots of space.Near tram stop for easy access tonthe city. Good price if travelling with lots of guests.

Because I traveled with a lot of seniors, it doesn't have elevators and they had use the stairs. It wasnt a hard climb as it's only two stories high but would have liked to be informed about the usage of stairs. Hard to access from the road due to traffic but perfect with tram stop nearby. Mattress slightly on the softer side.

Our room in the motel section was very nice. The room appeared to have been renovated and the bathroom in particular was very modern and functional. Convenient location near a tram stop was handy for quick access to the city and environs. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location of the motel near a major roads junction makes vehicular access and egress a little tricky at first, but the staff were quick to explain the method; once we understood it, it wasn't problematic to us on the few occasions that we used our car. The location also means that traffic noise can be a factor; but with the window closed, our room was well insulated from the noise. As we like to have some airflow, we only opened our window a fraction, which kept the noise to a non-disruptive level.

Very clean and well maintained inside each apartment. Beds very comfortable. Staff easy to talk too and very accommodating. Within an easy to walk to (about 200meters) tram station and a little further (maybe 400meters) was the train station. There were stairs involved to get to the train station. Very good value for the money compared to some other places in Melbourne.

Security felt a little lacking, the main doors to each building were left open at night...that was a bit concerning. They did have a big gate that they shut at night, but the complex looks easy to get into from the side streets. The outside of the buildings weren't as clean as they could have been, cobwebs and dust and leaves etc. very visible everywhere. As the building doors were wedged open all the time I was constantly watching for creepy crawlies.
