Nice unit, spacious, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower and plenty of storage space. Easy access. Great reception service. Newmarket train station 10 mins away, 404 bus at the door and 57 tram 100 m away. 1 block away from the entrance to Flemington race course. Woolworths supermarket just near train station. Cost was reasonable. We would stay here again.

The cupboard door over the fridge was not able to be fully opened as it hit the carpet square. It would have been good to have a 2nd towel rail in the bathroom and somewhere to hang the hand towel. There was dust/debris on the floor in the unit near the entry way - seemed like it might have been left by cleaner or fallen out of a rubbish bag etc. It wasn't a big deal - I just swept it up. Apart from a pizza place and a pub about 10 minutes away there were no restaurants/food take away places. There used to be one in the building but it had shut down. Not a big issue as the public transport was so good.

I loved the bold and colourful decor, cool flatware, and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest Ive ever slept in. The 1 bedroom apartment was super spacious. They provide feather and non feather pillow options. It was also a fantastic location in Flemington right next to the racecourse and a 10 min walk to a supermarket and restaurants. Parking onsite for $20 was very handy as there's nothing close by. The balcony was massive too!

The bathroom had peeling paint at the bottom of the wall and the whole apartment had a very strong smell like chemical cleaning products (I did air out the room and it faded). The main street outside is a major truck route so there's lots of traffic noise even up to 10pm. Bring ear plugs!

Very well equipped apartment with lots of extra including dishwasher detergent, clothes washing detergent, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Ample supply of tea and coffee sachets, and pods for coffee machine - often there are only a few in the apartment. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Tram stop nearby that went to the city, and also a supermarket in easy walking distance.

I was at the Quest apartment over a weekend and on both nights there were concerts at the nearby racecourse and showgrounds. The music was extremely loud, with one concert starting at midnight. Even with the doors and windows closed, it was still very noisy. I would check if there were any events before staying here again.

We Loved how lovely Stanley was. We dealt with him the majority of our stay. He was kind and always happy and very helpful. There was a burst water pipe right outside our room on the first night and Stanley was on his own. My sister and I took it upon ourselves and took turns emptying the buckets as they filled so Stanley was able to contact the plumber to shut off the water and so he could still be able to handle the front desk for the other guests if they needed him. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comforting. Just 100m walk to the tram with ease to the city for shopping and dining, and then only a 5m walk from where we went to the Christina Aguilera concert. A truly wonderful place! Thanks again Stanley for being amazing!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Very luxe. A lot of windows with beautiful light filled rooms. Location was great for everything I needed that weekend. Very quiet. Independent Italian restaurant downstairs had great food and staff were super helpful. Secure parking.

Balcony door didnt lock. No full length mirror. This was provided following a request to the lovely staff member who came up to fix the safe that was left locked. The safe still wouldnt open even when my own code was entered. Sofa had wobbly legs that just needed screwing in properly.

We were very satisfied with our room. The bed was comfy, the facilities were all as described and the location is handy and accessible for where we needed. Reception was always very helpful and the price was very fair for what they offer.

The first day of housekeeping they didn't make the bed :-( As a person who religiously makes the bed, I look forward to someone else doing it for a change. Mini bar facilities would be very nice in the room, as would inhouse food services or restaurants that work in conjunction with the hotel. Minor, bathroom bin had to be pulled out each time to use, and the bathroom cabinets make using the sink to wash your face etc a bit scary as they overhang the sink. Also, for double room, the bed is not set up for laying in bed and being able to watch tele. Has full size amenities of everything. Very helpful when we realised we left an expensive item in the room once we got on our flight too!

I loved the rooms and how artistic it was with all the beautiful colours and how relaxing it was and the bed omg the best sleep I have had in a while so comfortable and loved the swimming pool and the view from the 19th floor amazing I just had the best feeling swimming early in the morning it was the best we will definitely stay here again very close to everything and transportation and the staff amazing very helpful when we didn't know where to go

Carpark bit hard at first but then you get used to it

The place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It's far from a dull standard hotel room that we've all been so used to. Everything in the room was beautifully designed and everything that we needed was provided. Felt like the designers went above and beyond what would have been deemed a really nice hotel room. We would definitely consider staying in Quest on all our journeys if this is the standard that they have adopted and would recommend.

Nothing to dislike at all. The room was fantastic. We didn't try the pool or gym but maybe next time.

The cupboard door to the fridge came off, clearly this hadn't been checked properly after the last client left, very disappointing and extremely lucky it didn't fall on our 6 year old. It makes me think the fridge had not been checked at all, because as soon as my husband opened the door he felt something was wrong and it came down and off the hinges. We phoned reception and reported it but we left early in the morning so I don't know if it was fixed properly.

Nice, well-equipped apartment. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. Right on the tram route. Lovely pool on the 19th floor—were having some issues with one of the filters for a couple of days. comfortable bed & air conditioner kept it cool enough to sleep at night. Helpful staff. Appliances were a bit complex to use, probably because we aren’t familiar with Australian control systems

The area around wasn’t really inviting to browse around. Had a good grocery store & everything needed though. Get a Myki card to ride the trams at the little store in the Woolworth strip mall so a person can explain plans, etc. to you.
