The Hotel was very nice and has excellent for access to get from your room to the conference center with ease, this was also the case to the facilities as well, restaurant, exercise center, and so on. The front foyer lounge, sitting areas and cafes within the premises was great and very covenant indeed. The bed was extremely comfortable and was as described (was not 2 singles put together) other facilities were great and i can't fault all of the staff that I came into contact with, and were more than accommodating in all aspects indeed. The view to the lake was very nice indeed and was quite clean and tidy.

there was nothing worth to mention. for the room, however i will say that despite the quality of the food for room service was possibly excellent if it was still warm / hot when it arrived at the room, the price for this access was considered to be extremely excessive - I understand that there should be a a relative increase for the service, but then the product should be 'on point' for such a cost.

The little play area was perfect for my 2 and 4 year olds. Dress ups, books, puzzles, colouring etc etc. they loved it! The pool was also a hit! Towels for the pool were also provided which was great! Our room was super spacious. Bathroom had shower over bath which was perfect for the kids. No views out the window but that was perfect for us as it was nice and quiet. No traffic noise at all. Parking was available at $25/night and although you couldn’t come and go as you please without being charged per hour, we were able to leave the car out front to check in and leave again. Staff super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Great location. We stayed in the superior king room. Room was spacious & clean. Big comfy bed. TV with a good variety of channels. Tea & coffee making facilities. Mini fridge. Clean bathroom with complimentary products. Blackout curtains which were awesome, meaning you weren't awoken at the crack of dawn! Hotel bar was a good space with a variety of different areas to sit and enjoy, had a good choice of cocktails, which were very tasty. Didn't try the food, but looked nice! Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Great room with a view over the park in towere 2, bed was large and comfrortable good pillows. The breakfast was good with a small choice of cereals, continental type foods with cooked breakfast options available. the only problem with breakfast that needs to be sorted was the coffee machine was over complicated and most clients on the two mornings we were there could not operate without staff help. pool and jacuzzi were good for a dip, gym also available. the whole area was very clean.

Very happy with the gifts and how they prepared for our arrival, the balloons, wine, chocolate and even the birthday card for my husband, it was more than I expected. We are also happy with the facilities in the room and its amenities, we feel like special. :) Also, the food in the restaurant and the breakfast are something we can recommend and would consider of coming back. Thank you all from the staff and to Chris Hainsworth whoever he is, my family is very happy with the gesture provided.

I maybe a bit picky but the colored pillows on our bed smells like it has been used a couple of times and wasn't washed.

Location was handy, had an early starting conference in the hotel, but a little bit away from the city.

Checking in is a bit confusing, they run two brands of hotel from the one location, if you are checked in under the cheaper brand, it's not at all obvious that they want you to check in at the same counter that does not have any branding of the cheaper option...

The beds were way more comfortable than we expected. Great water pressure in the showers. Reception staff, valet staff breakfast service staff and housekeeping staff were all exceptional.

My husband and I stayed her a few years ago, January 2019 I think it was, and the breakfast buffet had a larger range, including an omelette bar, more fresh fruit selection, more juices to choose from and mushrooms were in the hot food selection. Also this time, the fruit juice dispensers kept running out and taking a while to be refilled.

Room was clean. It was quiet around the hall and the neighbouring rooms which made it easy to sleep. Easy access and long hours to gym & pool was great. Reception staff were friendly. Parking was easy, there were enough spaces. Love the location near Albert Park & walking distance to trams.

The circulating room air was dry when the heater/cooler was turned off. I had to turn the air-conditioning on to to 17 degrees to have some moisture in the air as the air was drying my mouth/nose. Sauna was not working.

We had a function at the Pullman, which is joined to the Mercure/same building. End of the night, it was amazing to not even leave the building to go back to our rooms. I also ordered room service when I arrived to the hotel, and it was actually delicious.

Minor but there were no power outlets near the beds for phone chargers etc. I had to pull the couch out to find a plug for my phone. I’d reconsider this layout, or consider bed side lamps/sconces with USB outlets etc.

Have all the necessities required, though having toothbrush and toothpaste provided will probably be more favourable, as there aren't any shops in the area to be able to get these, in cases where we forgot to bring them for a quick overnight stay. Other than that, love the room that I have been provided for the night. Love the on-site carparking that is available for anyone who drives in. Couple of sections to look out for, took a little while to find my room with the numbering of the rooms being in different towers, but eventually found it. Thank you, though for a great mini stay away from home.
