Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

Breakfast has a good selection of food bit the coffee machine fodnt work well. The location is good for a conference but having 2 Melbourne Pullmans is confusing because people from interstate and some people going to conference by 9am went to the city Pullman first. They need to be more identifiable

Being charged $56 for tips when eating in the resteraunt when it wasn't discussed with me first. Parking should be free for guests paying for rooms

We enjoyed a beautiful view from our room, overlooking Albert Park Lake. The beds were comfortable and separated from the sitting and bathroom area. The car parking valet service was excellent, efficient, professional and very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, but our room was not serviced for the last 3 days of our stay. We mentioned this when checking out and were told that they were celebrating housekeepers week!!

Fantastic experience from the moment my mother and sister entered which continued throughout the stay. I booked the Pullman as a Christmas present for my mother to stay in the city and go to the Australian Open tennis. Staff organised early check in for her, organised a taxi and made her feel like royalty throughout her stay. She was over the moon with the room, great quality food, but most importantly all the staff that were lovely and went above and beyond to make her feel welcome. As an elderly lady she sometimes struggles getting around and heading into the city can be a bit daunting now, all the staff were great in helping her to the rooms, options for meals including room service and just been nice. I knew she would be well looked after and taken care of while enjoying her trip. Would highly recommend and was so please to hear how much she enjoyed her stay.

The staff were very friendly bright and fast. We asked for a cot on bookings.com but didn’t get one staff brought one up within half an hour. Views Modern room High room. Level 8 Comfy beds. But pillows weren’t Air con Complimentary Anniversary card and champagne on arrival

Facilities were great especially the gym and the pool. Room was large and the hotel’s location was really convenient to Prahran, Chapel St, St Kilda, CBD & Melbourne Park.

Customer service and waiting times at the hotel bar/restaurant was not at the standard of most hotels of this calibre. You are better off having breakfast elsewhere and not having the hotel buffet

A very nice large clean room with a great bed. My wife loved the extra mirrors in the bedroom apart from the one in the bathroom. The decor was up to date, especially the cupboards etc. were of good quality and we had a reasonable view of Albert Park which we really appreciated.

Although bathroom was updated it did not have a fully enclosure & water was splashed outside shower cubicle, requiring a wipe down after showering. This was something minor compared to all positives.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and clean, even if the carpet needed replacing. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful and greeted me with a smile.

No one at the front door when I arrived, to take bag or car for Valet parking. Also, an overall shortage of staff, especially at the bar in the evening. Staff noted it was difficult to hire atm with Covid and they were working extra. No view from my room, but I was attending a seminar so wasn’t there most of the day. Did check time to get room service lunch one day, quoted 20 mins, took over an hour!!!

Everything was fairly easy and comfy.

When ordering food, portion sizes aren’t great. Ordered 2 mains first night costing $90 and were both still hungry. Disappointing after travelling all day and just wanting a feed and a sleep. Didn’t eat dinner at the hotel again. Brekky buffet on the other hand was great.

Gave us wrong room which has less facilities than the one we bought. Staff were really nice and super helpful and they change our room without a problem. Charged me extra than mentioned on Booking.com may be for using credit card.

Helpful and friendly staff, food was very good. We got upgraded which was lovely. Pullman not far from city centre, 15-20 minutes Uber ride.

We were upgraded which was lovely however room needs upgrading. We were at start of room number so heard the lift every time.
