Location excellent. I walk with two walking sticks so I don't like to go too far. Loved the shower in my room, 403. Also loved the view of the landscape. Liked the staff. One man remembered me from my previous stays! Unfortunately, I did not remember his name, I loved laying in bed and watching the rain and lightning. I had two times whereon I needed help and staff were responsive quickly and solved the difficulty.
Had trouble with the housekeeping. This is possibly due to my leaving the privacy sign on my door until 12.00 each day - when my daughter would pick me up.. But the floor wasn't swept for five days. And my medical complaint weakens my arms and hands so I found it difficult to pull down the bed coverings. Outside on the street, it was hard to organise my daughter's park to pick me up. And Coles parking is a long way for me to walk. No disabled pick up. Only the fence to sit on when waiting. And it is nit sheltered from the rain

Great location for us. This was our second stay. Very friendly staff, comfortable room with good amenities. It's near a busy shopping centre but very quiet at night.
The bar was not open while we were there. The bathroom was a bit grotty in a few of the corners but I am very fussy. You have to call reception to open the garage door each time you return to the car park, which is not a big deal but it would be easier to be able to use your room key-card. We take seriously the cards that say "if you want to use your towels again, leave them on the rail." We don't need clean towels every day, but they still gave us new towels every day. It's disappointing to see that environmental issues like this are not taken seriously by the cleaning staff.

The location is very convenient and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance.
The cost of use of the car parking facility is unnecessarily high, considering the cost of the accommodation. The delay in obtaining a tax invoice for the stay, due to the deposit process in place that delays the close out of the account for ~1 week is something that should be addressed, as business travellers are required to complete monthly T&E accounts with full documentation.

Good location, had an amazing dinner nearby and easy access to airport with a quick drive. Shopping centre right across but noise and traffic wasn’t an issue. Staff were absolutely amazing, so lovely and accomodating
Our tv in the bedroom would link to cromecast but then would automatically turn off after a given time so we couldn’t watch a full movie without turning it on and setting it up again every 10-15 minutes which was a shame! No problems with the living room tv :)) and our aircon was brilliant when we checked in but when we returned from dinner, we couldn’t get it on again for the night. The remote and settings would say on but no air would come out

Location was in the hub of Moonee Ponds. Easy to get to really great restaurants and shopping.
I stubbed by small toe on the doorstop which was missing a rubber stopper. My nail came off. Yes - OUCH!! After we asked for first aid kit, which was brought up promptly, we told staff member that the doorstop is a hazard, he found a rubber stopper and put it in. This should have been checked and replaced before we arrived.

Clean, very spacious apartment, well equipped, contemporary, great fit out, friendly staff. Would suit a longer term stay whether holiday or work. Restaurant onsite if you needed one. Lots of food and drink options, close by in the next 2 blocks that we utilised.
Parking is a bit tricky having to park at a supermarket car park and walk through it ( and it was crazy busy ) with your luggage and then cross a road to get to hotel to check in. The pouring rain didn’t help as we got drenched doing this. Sofa bed mattress thin ( according to teenage daughter ) and not at all comfy, but it was luckily only 1 night.

We really liked that we could self-cater and make our own meals. This cut costs for us. The washing machine was very useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When our taxi failed to arrive to get us to the airport, the reception staff were so helpful. They were polite but firm with the taxi company.
There was a system for communicating that we did not need our towels changed, but despite saying we did not need them changed, they still did so. Maybe the staff thought they would be criticised if they did not provide new ones!! Also a plunger to make coffee in the room, would be helpful.

It was a beautiful place to stay with a great location. The Sebel was easy to access too with decent size car parking underneath (compared to other places I have stayed at) and had lots of places close by which was great, also the staff where fantastic and the restaurant attached was delicious, and room are well presented and clean. Great place to stay all round.
Sounds silly but the toilet roll holder placement isn’t practical 😂 have to twist all the way around to use it.

Had a wonderful stay at the Sebel Moonee Ponds. I was there for work and it met all my needs. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spotlessly clean.
I had trouble operating a few of the appliances but the reception team helped out straight away. Maybe a good idea regarding the air conditioners is to put a note in each room saying they won't turn on if the doors or windows are open. I had trouble figuring that out on my own after reception had closed.

The service is excellent, with fully equipped facilities, and the front desk staff are very willing to assist. Although it is more than 20 minutes drive from the city center, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is surrounded by sufficient amenities, making it suitable for longer stays.
