No breakfast available. As it is a very old property, very pleased there was a lift and it was very clean and tidy. We asked for a specific room away from main highway and the Motel complied.

The Motel requested we wash our dishes or there would be an extra cost. There was no kitchen sink, one had to wash the dishes in the bathroom bowl. I feel with COVID and other flu type viruses around, that dishes should be removed and placed through a dishwasher so they are cleaned at the correct temp. As there is no kitchen sink, clients would just tend to rinse the dishes in water, rather than wash with hot water & detergent. Definitely a downer for me.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Woolworths. Staff member went beyond generosity in helping my family arrive to a wedding on time. Another staff member helped locate my fathers wallet. Great wonderful and helpful staff. Loved the shower. Coffee & cooking facilities plus fridge was helpful.

I thought spa bath and toilet could had been cleaned better. It needs a good scrubbing for inbedded dirt; use bathroom magic eraser pad to do so plus gumption. Shower curtain is too long. Lighting in bathroom dim. Spruce up the waking hallways needs a good power wash. Noisy people arriving early hours of morning need to keep in mlnd everyone can hear you, my room facing carpark, interrupted sleep two nights in row after long haul international flight- draining!

The place is a little bit expensive for what it is and the pool was a disgrace but the location and easy access to everything was amazing, such a short walk from the train station and the facilities available was great so we still want to leave the best review we can

The pool was a disgrace and whoever looks after it should be ashamed of themselves. A clean pool on a long weekend in the Perth heat at an expensive hotel is not a very high expectation or a difficult thing to achieve

No knives to cook, had to buy one to make my dinner Had to give a cash deposit with no receipt issued and then staff could not find my accommodation card that proved I’d paid a refundable cash deposit. I did eventually get it, but had to wait a while which would have been a problem if I was in a hurry to catch a plane !

1. Location is close to where we need to be. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Easy check in/out. 4. Nice hot showers. 5. The balcony!

1. Flickering lights in bedroom left unattended until after we checked out even though it was reported within minutes of checking in. When followed up, reception advised they couldn’t find the maintenance man. We stayed 3D/2N but it was never replaced. 2. Bed lamp on the main bed isn’t working. 3. Painting in the bedroom was left on the floor, the nails holding it up were crooked. 4. Main door frame cracked. 5. Car bays a little too tight specially if 2 big vehicles are parked side by side.

This is a great little spot. It's close to public transport. It's the perfect central location for going in any direction to see Fremantle, Perth, Mandurah or Midland, Swan valley. The manager is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. I hesitate in giving a good review in case there's no rooms available for when I visit. Pool for warmer weather, pubs and takeaway within walking distance.

Decent location with amenities close by. Rooms were adequate to accommodate us during our trip. Staff were fantastic in assisting with enquiries we had.

Overall cleanliness of the rooms was a bit disappointing but also understanding of the location/price we paid.

We had a 1 bed room apartment and it was clean and very functional. Everything there that was needed. Freshly renovated bathroom with fabulous rain shower, a new fridge and even a small balcony. Very friendly and capable staff, free parking and good value for money.

Very loud as main streets on both sides and right on the corner of a major junction. Hard to sleep.

Convenient location for public transport to Perth or Fremantle. Staff were great. Had minor issue which was dealt with immediately. Pool was welcome relief from a 43 degree day! Bed was comfortable.

Nothing to dislike considering the price. Old style motel so walls a bit thin.

Location and friendly staff. The room sizes were quite large and had everything you needed. You get what you pay for and the room is very affordable. Free on-site parking.

Rooms are dated and bed was rock hard. No air-conditioning in room, just in lounge area. Located on busy hwy so can be a bit noisy at night.
