Kings Park Motel

So super clean, comfy bed, pool and guest room were great. Wonderful location. Great value for money. I stayed at Crown Towers recently, and have to say my experience at Kings Park Hotel was ten times better. The 3 biggest comparable standouts would be the fact that my room at King's Park motel had a view, and it was cleeeeaaan, and I could put things in the mini fridge.None of which I can say about Crown Towers. Oh and there was free parking right outside my door.

Nothing really. I like the old motel style a lot. They have renovated rooms if retro is not your thing.But the important thing is the bed ..and the bed is good and big and clean and comfy.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable, including chairs and a dining table which was very welcome. The office also sold snacks and milk which proved very convenient. We made use of the twin hotplate also a microwave cooker,

Our room was up a flight of outside stairs and both being well into our 70's it tested our strength and balance to get our luggage to our room. Not a fault of the motel but the other two units on our floor were occupied by a family which kept very late hours so both the TV and loud conversations until after 11.00pm on both nights was the norm, unfortunate for us.

room was exceptionally clean, comfortable. convenient location. staff who greeted us for check in were professional efficient and friendly. room had bar fridge, small table and chairs comfy bed and clean shower toilet bathroom. pool looked nice but didnt use unfortunately.

we were woken at 5:30 am on a sunday morning by another guest leaving (or possibly cleaners but more likely another guest). we have young children so were really looking forward to a sleep in. not the propertys fault per se but maybe bring ear plugs. Parking is a little tight/pokey

Being in a room right on the front of motel was good the noise of traffic was very quiet Rose was great to deal with The room was very nice and comfortable Completely enjoyed our stay

The key to room was the only let down as the key tag controlled power to the room so each time you needed to go out of room the key and tag had to come eg children sleeping and parent need to go out of room all devices went off to which may startle a child if they awake possibly could be a different way in this so you could leave room with key and still have lights or tv on

Wi-Fi was fast enough for YouTube movies. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Longue room was spacious and cosy. Housekeeping was of a good standard and staff were very friendly and responsive.

Wi-Fi was not strong enough for video calls. Shower door did not completely seal cubicle and it was easy for water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. Motel could have informed guests in advance that the pool would be under maintenance.

Room 4 was ground level which was perfect. The room was in excellent condition. The facilities enabled me to heat my food and the bed was fabulous .The shower was hot and there was a shower cap too which was a bonus It was close to the hospital that I had to attend I left without getting tax receipt so emailed the hotel and they emailed me back with the document. I had a great stay

location: right across Kings Park. Room: Double glazing meant we could sit at the window gazing out at the beautiful Park and not hear the traffic going past. window blinds meant you can still see out whilst people cannot look in. It was great having a toaster, good size little fridge and microwave in the standard room as well as a table and 2 chairs. staff: very helpful, try to accommodate where possible. This is our second stay and when we need a place to stay in Perth this will be our choice again.

lighting: a pity the entrance light and the room light were on the same switch. very bright light comes on above the bed. plumbing a bit noisy, but did not upset the stay.

Very clean and well-organized place. It seems to be run by a family or small business, so they take excellent care of their property and guests. We walked into the room that smelled like a recent cleanup had just been finished. Bed sheets and towels were crystal white, the pool open and accessible, the air conditioning was working fine, and overall the place felt very nice. It is just next to the bus stop with a free CAT bus running to city centre, which was also super convenient. No deposit was asked in addition to the booking payment, which was positive too.

Be aware that they don't serve food except of continental breakfast, so instead get ready to explore multiple food options around the hotel, which they have plenty of recommendations on.

It's convenient if you are doing things in Kings Park, Subiaco, or have appointments at the nearby hospitals especially those of us who live in the country. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed, the bathroom was bright with strong water pressure in the shower.

The neighbours must have been deaf gits cos the television was very loud and we couldn't hear ourselves think. The cleaning staff started a little too early and were making lots of noise with trolley past our room.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was well appointed. Although the place was heavily booked it was quiet. For us the location was perfect.

The only thing that was an issue for us was that the toilet was exceptionally low. Anyone with a knee problem or other medical issue may find this a problem. An elderly person could find this difficult. Parking could also be in short supply at times.
