Lovely location by the river. Good shopping and cafes walking distance

Most staff very helpful. Reception ok but wouldn't hurt for staff to engage. Tried hard to get a smile each time when dealing with one person. helpful but had a disinterested attitude.

The staff were so lovely, kind and helpful. What a fantastic location! Beautiful grassed area straight across the road on the waterfront that overlooks the city. 2min walk to the ferry, 10min walk to the zoo. Perfect for our little family to be able to visit both the museum and zoo for our daughter's birthday. So many food options nearby, but booking dinner ahead of time is a must on the weekend because it is a popular area. The double bed was comfortable and plenty of seating in the living area.

The 2 room apartment has a smaller kitchen with less bench space so it was a bit squishy to prepare food. But my parents and in-laws had single room apartments and they had plenty of bench space.

The location is the biggest advantage this propery offers. There are many restaurants, facilities (ferry, bus), and a small beach nearby. You can see Perth CBD as soon as you step outside of the reception building. If you‘re renting a car, you‘re going to avail of free parking. There are plenty of parking spaces, so we didn‘t have to worry about not finding an empty parking space.

The facilities are slightly worn down. Both the rooms, and the hallways would require serious refurbishing. Our room looked like a dodgy motel room. The Wi-fi was also a big minus; it was slow, and very unreliable. We were using our phones as hotspot most of the time.

We loved the location and the friendliness of the front desk. The fact that there are washer and drier (coin operated). The property is quiet even if there are several apartments.

We were disappointed that from the descriptions and fotos in Bokking one would expect a balkony with a view of the forshore. But we booked the family rooms and those have no view at all, not even a balcony. that should have een made clearer from Booking, because it was really deceiving. It's not the property fault, I feel. When I asked for an upgrade with a view they told me that none of the family rooms have a view or a balcony.

Sue was so welcoming when we arrived (holding onto our bags when we arrived super early from interstate, then calling to let us know as soon as our room was available so we could check in a bit early) and incredibly helpful when an issue arose for us during our stay. She and other staff were excellent at communicating and checking to make sure we were comfortable and able to relax. Our family of four had a wonderful few days in Perth. The location is perfect - right by the jetty - with a quick ferry ride across to the city and all the fabulous spring time activities in Perth. Also wonderful is the 24 hour IGA supermarket 2 mins around the footpath along with a number of good coffee spots and dinner venues.

We enjoyed everything.. it was clean & well looked after. Everything was comfortable.

Parking was an issue as the bays are very small. And no camara to watch over vehicles infront of the reception. Because these vehicles are hired if someone knocks a door or something the acesss fee was going to be $5000 with the rental company.. so please I would ask to have bigger bays or at least have some camera's to watch all vehicles because it's alot of money to pay. It would make us more confident knowing our vehicles are monitored for any kind of damage.

Location was great - lovely walks and restaurants nearby and beautiful views of the city.

We arrived after a 5hr plane trip from Brisbane and were 15 minutes before check-in time. Even though we were given a place to put our luggage, we were given no other information as to where we could go while waiting, even though we noticed later that there was a lounge area nearby. We have booked many times through booking.com before and have never been left waiting when we have been that close to check-in time. That was a bit disappointing, but the room was worth it when we finally got in.

Location is perfect, close to the CBD with noise.

One of the female receptionist was extremely rude, I received her call at 11 am and told her I just wake up, she told me that she only can give me 15 min to check out although I informed her I just wake up. I requested early check in when I booked at 13:00, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived, I got the key at 15:30 which was exceed the the normal check in time 14:00. The called I received destroyed my day, I won’t recommend my friends come to this appartments. They won’t let you check in on time but knit you out on time! I never ever had this horrible experience in my whole life !

The location of the apartments is outstanding - close to great restaurants, cafe's, a small upmarket supermarket, shops & the ferry to the city. There are beautiful harbourside walks at the front. I was in room 15 which had a courtyard and although it was very nice there was little sun into the apartment & none into the courtyard which was disappointing. However it was very comfortable with all amenities I needed for a few days.

There was one aspect that really annoyed me and that is that the bed had a quilt with no separate top sheet which meant that in the beautiful warm autumn weather, you had the option of the quilt or nothing unless you did what I did and that was to completely dismantle the quilt arrangement. There was a blanket in the cupboard which had been put in plastic when wet and hence was unusable until I asked that it be changed the next day. The bed making is something that can easily be rectified and I hope that it does happen because there are so many great things about this establishment and I would certainly stay there again.

The location is fantastic can walk to eateries and shopping Nice and quiet Very clean Self contained so we could make our own food Lots of little extras such as kitchen utensils, extension cords, fan, extra blankets etc The bed was so comfortable Great little private courtyard Secure complex Complimentary parking Would definitely stay again you can tell they put alot of work into presenting the property well from cleanliness to the well maintained gardens

Couldn't fault the place we were very impressed
