Perfect location for my conference trip at Curtin University (bus station, super market, and diners were all within 3 minutes' walk). The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was divine! Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Almost nothing to complain about, just one tiny thing: there were some wierd noises (not sure about the source...) from midnight to early morning (3-4AM) since the second day of my stay, which caused sleep deprivation. The hotel staff replied to my message quite quickly and effectively, offering to change the room. Sadly I was too occupied with the tight conference schedule to move, so I decided to stay in the same room till check-out. Apart from that, I had a pretty pleasant time during my stay at the hotel.

I chose Nesuto Curtin because it is conveniently located in the heart of the university where my son is studying. The convenience is great. Room is fairly comfortable. The laundry room being located on the same floor also made it very convenient for guests to do laundry! It was overall a great stay.

Housekeeping is not on a daily basis, only on the 3rd day of the stay. This is unusual practice for a hotel, hence should be made know to guests upfront at the reception during check-in. Option to perhaps clear the rubbish in the room daily or provide more disposal bags should be made because keeping rubbish for 3 days is not hygienic. Additional towels were provided upon request.

The bathroom was super modern and perfect really. The room was great but I got there after dark and left at sun up due to my travel plans. The room was perfect and decor modern. Super nice and very quiet. The staff came out of the building to help me find the entrance to the hotel and were welcoming. A beautiful room for a great nights sleep.

I am not a fan of industrial pipes and concrete look above the bed but I guess that might appeal to others. Industrial. The hotel was difficult to find and parking not obvious but in a nice location on campus. Now I know where it is and where to park so won't be as stressful next time.

The hotel has a great location and parking is free on the weekend. There is undercover parking with a clearance of 2.3 metres and it is not cramped parking. The hotel also has parking bays for customers at an extra cost, but this isn't needed on the weekend. The beds were good but not great, the air conditioning was good and the shower has good pressure and a large enough size to move around a bit, it's all quite new. There is a restaurant nearby as well as an IGA and some other food joints/bars. There is a safe and a fridge, the fridge is quite a decent size. Staff were good when I had to deal with them which was not often besides check in and out.

Be nice if parking was free, but it's not too expensive, at least they have it. Beds were a little firm for me but others might like that.

Alot of effort had clearly gone into designing the rooms in a way that would save money, in all the right places. The bed, for example was extremely comfortable and large, with quality bedding, whereas they'd cleverly saved money on the ceiling/lighting by just keeping bare, polished concrete with basic light bulbs. A really tastefull way of bringing costs down 🤌 The balcony overlooking the rest of Curtin Uni was also awesome for watching the sunset, or having a coffee outside first thing to watch the world go by.

I'd have to nitpick to say that I think the parking situation could've been made clearer online, but it wasn't by any means an issue.

I realy liked the exposed concrete ceiling, ducting and fire suppression system.had a great night time vib ie ;training on the oval ppl playing beach volleyball and the life around the area at night without the traffic noise, will definitely stay again....💯

The only thing was our door would slam shut and was very loud when doing so. It seems to be the actuator needs adjusting. There was a deep pothole leaving the at the entery to the undercover carpark, which did damage my rim,but I do understand that the undercover carpark belongs to Curtin uni..

Great location for those who don't like staying right in the city. Close enough to Fiona Stanley for easy transport to our appointment. We really enjoyed having the campus cafes and IGA close by so we could park and then walk to everything easily. Carpark with a handful of Nesuto parking bays $17.00 through front desk. Breakfast was absolutely excellent with lots of choices and plenty of hot and cold food options. Room itself was comfy and not cramped. Great showerhead in bathroom.

The industrial look ceiling in the room. Not my deco style!

The location was perfect for us. The appointments were modern and appealing. It was quiet. It was vacation time for students but I think it would still have been fine. Parking was adjacent and easy to access. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a small supermarket nearby, access to cafes and bar. Close to Perth. The grounds are lovely.

A microwave would have been handy perhaps but probably unnecessary given the many nearby options. We asked for twin beds and we didn't get that. I would suggest that the hotel does not offer this as a choice if this is difficult to organize. It certainly was not a problem for us and did not influence our thoughts about the property really.

Location is so great , everything on the campus that you could want and all just outside of hotel , balcony is great to watch sports on campus taking place and soak up some afternoon sun , very central location to most places, the city , crown and shopping centres

Other guests can be noisy and can be heard from your room , there is no housekeeping over the weekend , however reception are more than happy to do their best to help with fresh towels or other supplies

This is a hotel within Curtin University. The room is modern, big and comes with a big balcony. We like the feeling of staying at the university area. There are a fews cafe and eateries below the hotel plus a nice IGA across the hotel. We stayed at room 709. This room is great and come with open view. We enjoy having our dinner and watching sunset from our room. According to the hotel's description, the guest can also use the Curtin University's gym facility. The room we booked come with made-to-order breakfast. We liked this made-to-order's option as it reduced food waste compared to full buffet like other big hotels.

When we asked the reception what was the latest time for checked out, he told us twice, "10am". This wasn't sound very professional. I would expect the staff to at least explained to us in a nicer way the reason they could not offered a later checked out time then rejected us straight away by saying 10am twice.
