All the staff were very helpful and professional. Nice clean rooms, Good view from my room too. Good breakfast and great location. Can just walk to the main Perth train station and various buses available about 400m away at main streets. Tea and coffee along with bottled water provided in room. Cups and wine glasses also available. Got a delicious cookie at check-in :-). Good WiFi speeds. Friday night the street were very lively!!

Just a minor thing - they only had freshly brewed black coffee at breakfast, which was a bit too bitter for my taste. If they could have a coffee machine at the breakfast area - so that some other coffee options could be available like latte, cappuccino, etc, it will be a great addition.

It’s in a good location close to walk to train n bus station and city also barrack st jetty. Very nice rooms and I was well looked after and got on top floor which I was happy about.

The Breakfast each morning I had to ask a staff member for maple syrup which should have automatically been put out for the pancakes instead I had cold pancakes each morning by the time they got it to me. Also the restaurant menu is very limited and basic not much to choose from which was the same over a year ago when I stayed seven nights still hasn’t been made better.

The location was superb, close to entertainment venues and restaurants. There was a great selection for breakfast and the staff were friendly. Nice view from the room and the pool is lovely.

No response to initial requests for an early check-in, either via booking.com. or email. Asked again on arriving on an early flight and was told I'd be messaged when my room was available. Went back to hotel to wait in the afternoon and sat in the lobby for an hour and ended up checking in late in the afternoon, which was really frustrating and not really acceptable for such an expensive stay. The room was nice but the reading chair was uncomfortable after about fifteen minutes and the small table not really useful for anything. Little things that just should be done right for the price.

If you want to be in thick of it, this is a perfect location and you can walk everywhere, great full breakfast. Used cafe downstairs for some meetings

Connecting to the free internet was hopeless, many attempts on both phone and lap top (something that is usually pretty straight forward), several visits to the front desk (they were very helpful - but the system was terrible as the goal is to get you to sign up for Hilton Honors Program which I even tried to do but the link it sent me to wouldn't give me an AU state option just US states so couldn't join that way), for the very short periods I did get on, it wouldn't stay on and would get me to do the whole log in process again which failed many times) in the end I had to give up and hot spotted from my phone to get work done using my personal data

Staff is attentive and has good service attitude. Rooms are spacious and kept clean and in good condition. Towels are regularly replaced. Free water bottles are provided on the first two days of our stay. Walk in closet is amazing and could store our luggages comfortably within, hence allowing us to keep the rest of the room clutter free. Lighting switches were also placed conveniently for us to access right from the bed.

- Nil parking facility in the hotel- and parking in the CPP carpark opposite with hotel carpark coupon verification can be abit confusing. - Whilst the location is central, with many food options around, the surroundings of the hotel is not the most family friendly (many adult shops around the area). - Not being able to airplay/share our device videos on to the TV is a bummer.

Breakfast was incredible fresh, enough to sustain for the whole day :) Bella the night staff is an asset to the company as was both concierges that assisted me both mornings , and the manager on duty on the friday 22nd was incredible :) Only drawback which is out of Hiltons Control is the nite people element in the neighborhood of a night, but the staff were amazing at keeping all patrons safe and placed me in a room with minimal night noise :) thankyou greatly appreciated, would highly recommend the hotel

The room was spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom products and no mould in bathroom. The cookie on arrival was delicious. The pool area is lovely and very clean. The food we ordered to the pool was delicious and arrived quickly. The food was reasonably priced compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The view from our room was great and interesting to look down on the city. Overall good value for money.

I would love to have ice available in the room. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was pretty much empty.

We’ll, I actually worked on the property 6 months prior to hand over, and I had been through all the rooms and knew the layout ect

I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a fitted sheet to the mattress, I thought that was pretty pathetic, also the amount of smoke detectors throughout the property, it made me feel uncomfortable and untrusting like I was being watched, also the waver I signed for a $2500 bill if a smoke detector was set off, also my partner had a sore throat for 3 days after from the air conditioning 🤷🏼‍♂️

The view from the room was nice. The staff were mostly all lovely and welcoming. The ability to use the hilton app instead of the card to get into the room and lift was a great touch too.

The room was smaller then thought it was going to be and not what we were expecting for the price paid. The deposit for the room was also a shock when it was not originally stated on anything that was sent in the booking process.

The guy I did the check in with was really nice and helpful - spoke multiple languages he could helped me with all my enquiries , even where to have a good parking for 5$ all night The room was pretty comfy and clean

The girl I booked the breakfast with , was totally lost and could not find my reservation , had to wait to get a table , was pretty annoying as I was on a rush and my partner too , maybe we should have given me a ticket or something for the breakfast that I can just use without any waiting time
