Thé large character fédération home, filled with many artworks and collectables from European travels. The home is one house back from Lake Monger affording easy access to lakeside activities/walks and 15 minutes Walk to Oxford Street eateries and convenience store. Also very peaceful considering proximity to busy roads. Very impressive home offering access to comfortable lounge room, family dining area, outside seating and beautiful gardens and swimming pool! Bedroom very attractive and in keeping with the era of the building with very high ceilings with traditional mouldings etc and interesting artworks. These features more than compensated for the shared bathroom facilities just down the hallway, which were most adequate. These comprise separate powder room and a laundry/shower/vanity basin with soaps and shampoos etc provided. Breakfast was nice choice fruit from a fruit bowl, cereals and yoghurt, teas and coffees in room.

No croissant or toast available

The breakfast was simple but suitable for all people except (only a Personal Preference with the understanding as to Why) would have loved some toast....but have since realised had I asked I would have received as they where great host

The opening of bedroom window...esp for hot conditions...once again personal preference... fresh air over air conditioning. Managed...as also realise the difficulty of changing a heritage building ...but definitely NOT a major complaint

Elegant older style property in beautiful area close to beautiful lake walks & easy access to the freeway. Buzzing cafe & restaurant strip just a short drive away. The owners were very friendly & helpful. It felt like we were staying with friends.

Limited parking on the property & outside verge but plenty around the corner less than 25m away.

A very beautiful and nice place. The House is very nice an welcoming. Great host. Thank you very much to make our last day in Perth so special. We definately recomend this place. Nice to go for a walk around lake Monger. Leederville (Oxfordstreet, with its cool restaurants and bars) is very close and worth visit.

Beautiful house with lovely garden and pool, comfortable decks for enjoying the outside. Big room, comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and pub as well as a local movie theater.

Shared bathroom was further away from room then would have liked.

The room was smaller than we expected. Shower & wc off the kitchen & shared with other guests.

Beautiful house in good location and convenient for an overnight stay for airport. Made to feel welcome and host provided useful info re local coffee shop. Room was comfy, if small. If not having ensuite toilet/ shower is an issue then perhaps not for some.

The hosts were very welcoming into their home…and what an elegant, grand, heritage home it was!😍 The bedroom had a fireplace, Royal Albert tea settings, fresh posy of wildflowers, brocade bedding… such attention to quality details!

The bed, while luxurious, was almost too soft. A very, very minor issue though. 9.9/10

IF I HAD TO SAY ONE THING IT WOULD BE THE SPIDERR WEBS, I HATE SPIDERS !!! BUT OVERALL AN EXCELLENT PROPERTY

The breakfast is continental and very satisfactory with options to choose from. You can use the main kitchen as well if needed. Bathroom and toilet clean and good shower. Hosts are really helpful and friendly

Could of used an oscillating fan as the room was a little warm. I should of asked the host but didn't think of it as it was late evening.
