The property was well located; easy to find; beds were comfortable; room was reasonably sized and very clean; front desk staff very helpful and welcoming.

Unfortunately the restaurant/wait staff were not so great, friendly but sadly not very attentive to providing good service. We had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time for staff to finish a personal conversation before we were able to be seated and then waited 15 minutes for just our coffees to get to the table - understandable if it was busy but there were only 6 other people in the restaurant at the time…

Location is ideal for the Regal theatre and Subiaco main strip and train station. Hotel rooms are very quiet with corner rooms having a separate door to reduce lift noise. Reception is very welcoming and helpful. Underground car parking is reasonably priced at $15/night and convenient to get back into the hotel. A lot of small cafes in the vicinity doing breakfast and lunches.

The cafe in the lobby unfortunately did not run to reliable hours to pick up a convenient coffee, frequently shuts early before lunchtime and no sign to let you know. Staff direct to external cafes which is worked out but you then see other staff members use the machine to serve themselves.

Amazing location, - Far enough away from the big city yet close to it (3 stops by train) - 2 Min away by foot from Subiaco Stn - 20 min away by foot from Kings Park Great rooms, - relatively low prices (for a European) - spacious rooms - amazing bathroom design

- The Gym is only 1 treadmill and 2 gym bikes. - The checkout is at 11AM (there is also a late checkout option, however idk if its free or not so I didn’t risk it) - Restaurant is a tad expensive (AUD39 where as other places around are AUD20-25) - Cleaner comes at around 10AM so make sure to put the Do Not Disturb sign. - You get ur deposit back in a week (or so I’ve been told. Its been 4 days and I still didn't receive it)

Location was excellent. Very close to Subiaco station. Staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable and there were charging points on both bedside tables. Was dark and quiet. Could cast to the TV.

Had to go out and buy mugs because there were only tiny teacups; extra charge for unlimited wifi coverage; dining room did not operate on Sunday or Monday; although there was a king size bed, there was only one comfortable chair and one desk chair, which seemed odd for two people.

Location is excellent. Everything you need is a short walk away including the excellent public transport train station. Good restaurants all nearby. Very nice, safe, neighbourhood.

The restaurant menu is most peculiar with some odd choices. When we returned for a second stay our room did not have a coffee machine. We asked for one and this was refused on the basis that our previous room was a suite. Both rooms absolutely identical in every way bar the coffee maker. We thought it petty and mean not to comply with our request.

Staff at check-in were charming and welcoming. It was very easy. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful views. The location is convenient for car or train travel with some good restaurants nearby.

I requested a car park at booking, but unfortunately, it's first in, first parked. Not very good for people driving in from the regions. We parked in the side street that had free parking outside of paid hours.

We used the restaurant for Breakfast each day and dinner on the Saturday night and found it excellent all round, staff were very pleasant and attentive, the meals and choices were superb and the views were outstanding. It would be so nice to utilise the outside area for pre dinner drinks in the warmer weather, but it was too cold on the nights we were there. The pre-booked underground carpark was good value, with lift access direct into the hotel.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was if someone else picked up the tab.

We found our room to be very clean! The staff were exceptional and so friendly. Our bar man last night (29/4) was so attentive and made the best cocktail! We found the parking very affordable and easy to access. Its the perfect location to attend an event in Subiaco or the train station was so close your options are endless. Coming from down south it was so easy to navigate and get to rather than heading into the city.

The parking was just a bit confusing I think there needs to be better signs to show the Vibe parking access. We originally parked on one level but then found out our car needed to go down another level.

Awesome location right in the centre of Subi. Really close to the city (CBD) as well as Kings Park and Subi city centre where all the good restaurants and shops are. Heaps of nice cafes and restaurants around for exploring. Also it’s only a 20ish min drive to the airport which was nice. This hotel was actually a lot nicer than I expected. The room was beautiful, modern, clean and cozy. Had a king size bed and nice bathroom. The bed was comfy and huge. They have a really nice restaurant on the top level, as well as a gym and pool and the view of the city from there is awesome. Sunset vibes from the restaurant or pool are on point. The staff were really lovely and friendly, very professional and made staying there a breeze. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Perth in a couple months. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean. Really nice shower head. Relaxed vibe. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Nice native garden with labelled plants. It's within walking distance to a (not too popular) beach that also has a cafe - great for a morning swim and breakfast.

I didn't look into this place very carefully and thought it was more of a hotel resort. It's more like a hostel. No air-conditioning in the room but we didn't need it. I'd stay here again though.
