Shout out to Julia. She does an amazing job. The Air-con in our room wasn’t working and after the maintenance team and other reception staff simply didn’t believe us and disregarded our complaint, Julia finally listened, checked on it herself and managed to move us to a different (even nicer) room. Amazing customer service. Love the water station in the Lobby. Made me buy less bottled water. Breakfast Crew was always extremely friendly. Location, very close to the popular Elizabeth Quay. Easy Check-in and -out.

I would love to see more dairy free alternatives at the Breakfast Buffet. The Gym needs better Airconditioning or additional fans for extra airflow. It is way too hot in there. I didn’t feel save walking alone after dark in the area. Furniture are outdated.

There were noisy guests that came in around 1:30am and were partying until about 2:30am three nights in a row. I was able to get back to sleep but it was annoying. Also, the front desk called me one night around 12:30am because another guest said he had lost his phone in my room. This was a mistaken call and was clearly for the room down the hall that was a party room for several nights. The front desk would have been better to walk the man back up to find the room as he clearly didn't remember the room number.

Room was very clean with very comfortable beds, room service was great quality, good value for money and all was delicious. Good selection at breakfast and check out staff were very helpful and friendly

Check in process was very slow, all guests waiting at check in were saying the same. Reception had no record of our booking, despite it having been booked 4 months prior and booking confirmation being received - thankfully we were able to be accommodated but clearly and issue with the system overall. Check in staff were quite abrupt and not very friendly (although maybe stressed with whatever issue was causing check in for all to be so slow!!)

We arrived back from having dinner in the city and the girl behide the bar said they were finished serving however a couple came in behind us and she then served them for drinks. When we approached her to ask why she didnt serve us she said oh they are regulars which is why I gave them a drink but still refused to serve us even though we were staying in the hotel. We were forced to leave the hotel and go elsewhere for a drink. It was only 10:30 on a saturday night

The room was perfect for a one night stay. Buffet breakfast was very well supplied. Hotel was in a good location. Having pub with entrance direct from hotel was a bonus for wheelchair access.

Tried to phone reception prior to arrival, phone was picked up but not answered on 3 separate tries, eventually contacted through reservation line. Room - Bathroom was good but shower entrance VERY narrow and no rail by toilet as advertised. One chair had partially broken leg. Not even a water bottle in the fridge on arrival. Doorway to room very tight for wheelchair access but plenty of room inside (Junior Suite)

I would have absolutely loved a room with a balcony only because I was nearly killed in Perth last year over a new iPhone (4 x 13 year old indigenous teenage girls attacked me and then came back 3 times to murder me even though I had handed over the phone! I received a broken back in 8 places, a broken neck in 3 places and 5 stab wounds including my throat being slit. So you see I have spend a lot of time in hospital and need a lot of fresh air because of the trauma and breathing difficulties caused by the stab wounds to my lungs.

The service was excellent and nothing was a problem. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The kids loved the bath. It was a great family getaway with no hassle and great location for attractions around Perth.

There needed to be more pillows. The water pressure in the shower was average and the tap in the bathroom sink was leaking brown stuff at the fawcet. The air con was dripping down onto the carpet near the door. The people in the room across from us were very loud and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The staff dealt with this upon complaint immediately, however, and were brilliant, and it was sorted.

Great comfy beds. Excellent location, fab breakfast. 15 min walk to Elizabeth Quay via Swan River walking track. 5 min walk to excellent Indian restaurant "Balti" & also handy to various historic buildings inc WA Governor General Residence, Cathedral Square & also the Perth Concert Building. Great Irish pub with good food downstairs. 20 min walk to Perth Railway Station or Metro and 25 min walk from East Perth Station.

Showers over baths are a blast from the past..need to be refurbished. Coffee plunger with ground coffee or coffee bags would be great.

Breakfast was wonderful with enough selections to experience a new taste each day, if desired. The location was close to free bus services and this led to simple connections with train and bus routes outside the 'free zone'.

I had a couple of unforeseen issues arise but the staff attention to them was prompt, friendly, and successful. A jug or bottle of cold water in the fridge would have been nice.

No problem with anything at all. The only thing I was disappointed with was the shower pressure, but that is due to the watermiser shower head. I don't have one at home so my pressure is good. That is only a minimal issue as everything was excellent.
