Perfect location and room was very amazing it was a one bedroom apartment that was given to me a a upgrade by quest 👌 it was supplied with everything and more that u need will definitely be back in future trips 😀

If I could say anything on the negative side it was the both air conditioning in lounge and bedroom had a bad smell to them when they were running but that's minor issue everything else was great experience probably one of the best yet I've stayed at.

Excellent team on the reception. Super clean and cozy room. We enjoyed our stay and in fact extended our stay by a day while exploring Perth.

No safe parking place for hotel check in. I parked on a paid public parking before walking in for check in despite having booked parking place for the day we were booked. I was advised by the receptionist to park on the pavement on the entrance to offload the luggage. I could not have known that prior to check in. Moreover, same had to be repeated to load my luggage on my car while check out. Parking does not have lift access. That's not good for people with more luggage.

New facility. Everything appears fresh, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Our room was a good size. Large TV with internet connection to watch streaming services. Small kitchen facilities with sink, fridge, stovetop and microwave. Plenty of bench space if you needed to cook. Probably more, I only stayed the one night so I didn’t notice much more.

There is no drop off area for vehicles (Ubers/taxi etc) to stand to drop off or pick up guests at the front of the hotel. We ended up pulling up onto the sidewalk and quickly hustled our gear out of the car and into the hotel. (Really more of a minor inconvenience).

Great location to bus services and walking distance to the local shopping mall, CBD only a few stops on the train, scarboro beach only 30min on the bus and Frankton only 1hr by train with 1 change over which was really easy. Staff were beyond great (Molly deserves a shout out for being so helpful) T4 opposite the hotel was good for a nice cold drink.

Price was a little steep which takes away from overall experience. For us personally the bed was not very comfortable (2 twins pushed together on wheels)

Very Spacious and well appointed apartment. Washing machine and dryer supplied in the apartment. Well equipped and also a TV in the bedroom. The apartment was clean with a couch, table and chairs with a good desk for computers and charging equipment.

We were only supplied with 1 swipe card which needed to stay in the holder within apartment which allowed power to the apartment, to operate lighting, power and air conditioning. You needed the card to access lifts, and carpark. Would recommend that if there are 2 guests that 2 swipe cards are provided.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom- bathroom was super clean and handy that there were toiletries for use.

Walls are paper thin- couldn't have a sleep in as I can hear cleaners and guest walking up and down the hallway. There was a food stain in the bed when I first arrived and when using the cutlery a few of them had grease and grim on them. There was dish soap under the sink but water had been added to it so it didnt clean the dishes very well.

it’s like a one bedroom apartment. it has everything you need and everything is modern and new. The TV has Netflix available and the aircon is good it’s a mounted one with a controller not some dodgy old button some hotels have. the staff are really friendly and the whole place is just modern and awesome. You can park in the suburb adjacent for free. Deliveroo is easily done and there is a Woolworths and other shops very close by

Inaloo is boring in my opinion and a little far from civilisation. The bed was fine but not the best night sleeps I’ve ever had

Loved the location, cleanliness, great staff and gorgeous rooms. First time staying here and definitely won't be our last. Places to eat very close by and recommend going to Ikea on a Friday night as it wasn't busy at all. We paid for the secure parking which was very easy to get to from our room via the lift. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

Location , clean rooms, helpful staff and nice coffee

Housekeeping can be improved, they didn't replace towels and bedsheets .I also found cigarette someone left in the cupboard that maybe inconspicuous to pick up. Details are required to do a good housekeeping. By the way, we only requested for 1 day house cleaning during our 8 days stay , to ease the staff load. Overall the staff is freindly and helpful

I loved the fully functioning kitchen with everything I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the note left when I asked not to be disturbed.

The only thing of note was that I could hear the room next doors TV, this made me a little conscious if mine was to loud and if I was disturbing them
