Ramada by Wyndham VetroBlu Scarborough Beach

Our morning flight was cancelled and we were rescheduled for a flight in the evening. All it took was a phone call to the hotel and we were told how to access our room after hours.

I would recommend that the afterhours access information clearly informs patrons which door access to use. Our information said "use lift 3" however this was not clearly defined with signage at the doorway entrance swipe. The beds were very comfortable, however one roller had broken off on the side my husband slept in. It was clear this had happened before - there was evidence of glue. Perhaps this bed should have been replaced? We appreciated the daily room clean, however one day our towels were taken and not replaced. Luckily we noticed this early enough to get towels from reception and so was an easy fix.

Brilliant location with a block to the beach, spacious & clean. Comfortable beds. Liked the reusable bag for groceries 😄

We had requested a cot twice before we arrived and room didn’t have one so we asked again, they brought up within hour and set up however no cot mattress & sheets so luckily had our own sheets. No HK came in for our room but maybe because it was a Sunday. The overhead lights on the beds were broken and didn’t go. When we returned from beach with our hot lunch, our room keycard lock had run out of battery. After testing the cards, they came up and changed the battery in it. Guess it was just unlucky that it ran out on us as never experienced something like that before.

Bed size, bathroom was clean and big. Good toiletries. Great location.

No caffeine free options for tea/coffee (Peppermint would be nice). I asked for a beach view and got put on level 1 so mostly I saw the roof. Check in was confusing with how I was charged (guy said he was only taking out the deposit but then charged me for all of it, which is fine but when I said I already paid the deposit and I'm happy to pay the rest he got confused). TV ledge was a bit broken. Stains on chairs were gross.

The location was great and within walking distance to restuarants, grocery shops, bakeries, excercise facilities, beach, coffee shops so made easy to get around. The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable and nice relaxing space.

Bed was too small don't think double beds are the answer should either be queen minimum or larger or tiwn beds. A little disappointed in the staff and their lack of willingness to help

I’m glad you asked…. Who’s idea was it to not have plastic bags in the bins…. Seriously?? Tampons, nappies and the like, would leave stains all over the bins… totally unhygienic, and frankly quite disgusting. I think you should find better ways to save the planet! Or should I say, find better ways to save money☹️

spacious apartment; large balcony; two bathrooms: perfect for family with three children. Short walk to the beach front. Bus stop immediately at the hotel; Supermarket and Restaurants, Cafés nearby. perfect bus service to Perth City or nearest train station each ~10 minutes during daytime; each 30 minutes later in the evening until midnight.

Location was great. Close and convenient to everything. The view was great, but I wouldn't describe it as a city view as you cannot see the city at all. Everything was clean and at a high standard. Rooms were brilliant.

The only thing that could be better is easier access from the carpark to the main entrance as it was difficult wheeling suitcase on the slanting and uneven footpath.

Great vibes and booked another room for tonight and got looked after as upgraded room and given same price as had through booking.com overall an amazing place to stay and enjoy tike with your partner room service was great food is amazing just a wonderful place to be

The price of drinks and items in mini bar abit over priced but if that's the choice it's the inderviduals choice to purchase things through it so no complaints or dislikes really

really nice apartment. very well set up with lots of outdoor chairs and tables and comfy couch and bed . beautiful view. Great parking and not expensive under the hotel . lovely staff .

quite noisy on balcony near the intersection. cleaning of room during our week long stay wasn’t consistent therefore our rubbish bin overflowed . Yes we could have emptied it but at $1700 for a wk stay we figured thats what we are paying for!!

the apartments are well appointed so I could cook everyday and wash clothes. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach for a swim. Parking was free everyday. If I couldn't park in the free section of the carpark I could easily park on the street.

Would be great to have blackout blinds.
