The facilities are incredible, there are several great playgrounds, 2 giant bouncing pillows, a pretty lake and a wide variety of water birds, seeing ducks walking around the cabins is quite common. KWR also.has quite simply the best pool and spa in WA. The giant, heated, so hot, so good all year round, spa, a cold natural pool and the perfect temperature of the lap pool with beach entry and spraying fountains are surrounded on all sides by big comfy beds in small patio like areas, a ton of deck chairs complete with umbrellas, a raised platform with more big comfy beds and toilets less than a meter away, it is simply the best. Great new two storey restaurant open 6 days a week, yet more playgrounds, fairy lights and so many perfect , little streets for all ages of scooter, bike, skates both with and without boards.

Cabins are streamlined and stark to the point of severe. The decor is non-existent and after paying $312.50 a night for two nights I didn't really appreciate the sign in the kitchen saying to wash all plates, dry and leave unit clean- isn't that the service I'm paying for? Also it is very hard to access the pool with the turnpike entrance, impossible to manage pool toys, towels, bags etc squeezing through the tiny metal gap.

Breakfast was reasonably priced & customer service was friendly. Dinner was delicious, large topped pizza & Beef Ragu was a winner. Cabin was fully contained & cozy, the pool area was a winner & had fun jumping on the big Air Pillows. Relaxing bbq area & lake.

The Scrambled eggs were yucky. They should be fluffy & light, unfortunately they were rubbery & presented like a Pancake. Need to sell lollies & chocolate, that would be nice especially with all the kids that visit, and the big kids😅. Unfortunately the Spa was out of order for our whole stay. The power went out & we had to go to reception to find out what was wrong as the phone system was not operational during that time either & we did not see any notices as advised. Unfortunately the Cafe was closed on Monday, again we did not receive any notification.

Excellent pool area, kids playgrounds, cafe , food was great, noise stoped around 10pm each night , which is important that your sleep is not disturbed.

The smell of a dead Rat for a couple of nights, I could not leave the windows open down one side. I reported it and was advised it was under the unit. On leaving today after 8 wonderful nights I saw a RAT go from one unit to another. Not something I was happy seeing . I also noticed their was quite a bit of litter around.

Loved the parks for the kids, and the lights even stayed on till late, lots of toilets around and all great facilities available. The lake was beautiful, and the kids loved the ducks. The pool was great, especially the spa, which also stayed open till late! Our cabin was everything we needed! The sofas were comfy as. The cafe had an awesome meat lovers pizza, and food was so tasty. 10/10 for our 1 night family stay. Definitely will stay again soon 😁

Internet was slow on the 2 smart TV's but not a major problem for us.

Great little stay for family. I traveled with my hubby and our 20 month old. The pool area is amazing. This is the reason we stayed and it was great. It’s heated aswell so was great on the cooler day. I would recommend for the pool.

Our door lock didn’t work, so we kept the door unlocked the whole time we were at the resort. Would be good if the on-site restaurant was open 7 days. A smaller children’s play area would be great. The current one has a big ladder so little people are unable to get on the slides etc. Aircon was only in the living room, so a fan for the bedroom would of been a help. Once we put my little one to bed We had to freeze in the living room so that the bedroom wasn’t boiling.

Great place. The food at the cafe was delicious. Multiple pools and playgrounds meant the kids were always happy too. Would stay again if we came to WA

Having towels for the pool, having a little kiosk onsite to buy milk etc, washing machines at both laundries that accepted card and pegs to be able to hand washing on the line without it blowing away. Also would love a dishwasher in the huge kitchen

More space than our caravan. Would have been good if restaurants was open or we had an oven to cook in. Only let down of our stay and the rain stopped us from doing more. Rain shower was brilliant will have to add one in to the drawing of our house.

No oven and not enough space to open large car doors between buildings need another 30cm each side of the car to get kids in and out.

Friendly staff, convenient to our appt location, restaurant meals tasted good and value for money. Very efficient and friendly staff after my husband had a fall outside and we were moved to the disabled unit as he was not able the manage the step to our cabin any more.

A quite high step to our first accommodation otherwise all good.

We loved the facilities, loved the location, loved the staff. Had great service at the reception and the cafe.

The only thing that annoyed us was the fact that we could not use cash at the cafe. We only had cash on us and no car to get to a bank. We were told that it’s because of covid that they only accept cards… covid is over, cash is still legal tender & all forms of money should be accepted… using cash also helps business reduce their bank fees and keeps money in circulation.

Family friendly place, pool is nice, rooms are good including kitchen and balcony. Kids liked it and they want to go there again in future. Cafe is alright, staffs are good, food is good to.

Reception staffs could be more friendly and nicer, Complementary items like tea, coffee etc could be added according to the length of the stay and number of guests.
