Teresa was a wonderful host and very friendly. The place was homely and comfortable and we didn't expect the delicious breakfasts that Teresa cooked for us. The shower was great and the shower recess was huge which meant no water sprayed out on to the bathroom floor and all was fresh and clean. The swimming pool was so welcome in the 39 degree C temperature and was sparkling clean also. There was also a good sized shopping centre within easy walking distance.

The only thing was that the pillows were a little too firm for us so maybe there could be a couple of extras that are a bit softer to give a choice but that is just an individual thing. We still managed fine.

Each room had its own private bathroom unlike other B&B's where guests have to use a shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Room had a Microwave, Kettle, Fridge and TV plus Cups with Tea and coffee. Water for shower was nice and hot.

There was no cutlery or crockery other cups and a teaspoon. If you cooked a microwave meal, there was not any knives and forks with which to eat the meal. Having a couple of plates to put on a heated up take away meal would also have been handy plus some detergent to wash up.

The accommodation is situated close to a shopping centre (short walk), ideal for shopping, restaurants and take-aways. Trains and buses were easily accessible, making it ideal for using a 'base' when exploring. The owner Teresa is a terrific host, very hospitable, who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Would visit again.

Can't think of antyhing worth noting

Very friendly informative host Teresa welcomed us warmly. Continental breakfast included with something hot each morning- egg one morning, ham/cheese toastie, raisin toast. Very clean and comfy beds. Mismatched furniture so not a stylistic choice but everything you need.

Maybe some new fluffier towels

Host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was provided each day, and always really nice. Close to shopping centre and central to Perth and beaches by car. Train station close by 10min to Perth cbd.

We booked a room for 3 nights. We had a good rest. The room was nice and comfortable. Theresa is very warm, helpful and interested in her guests. She prepared good breakfasts for us and shared with us good places to visit in the area. The shops are a 2 minute walk away and Wawrick station is 20 minutes away. Super friendly host! Very good lactation - close to the Warwick station, bus stop and shopping mall with restaurants and convenience store. Tasty breakfast and comfortable room with aircon, microwave and kettle.

Theresa was very friendly and helped us make room for our car and camper trailer. Much appreciated as it is always difficult to find accommodation which can accommodate both. Affordable room, quiet at night. The bed was very comfy. We had a microwave, toaster and mini fridge in the room. Rubbish bin in room was emptied daily. Accommodation was close to shopping centre and some take away restaurants. Around 1.5km walk to Warwick Station. Breakfast was different every day. Always choice between instant coffee or tea and cereal bar. One day we had 2 slices of toast with butter, jam and a boiled egg. Another ham and cheese toasties. And once raisin toast with butter and jam. Every day a surprise.

Room 1 was a bit crowded with couch, Queen bed table and 3 chairs, which didn't leave much room for anything else. Corners of room and bathroom and window sills in need of a clean. However bed sheets and towels were clean, so not a problem for us.

Great place, all we needed, Teresa the host, was very friendly and always suggested places to visit. Pool was great always clean and so refreshing after a day out in the Perth heat.

Teresa was very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast with toasted ham & cheese. We were in room 1 which is at the front door and street. Although it was noisy during the afternoon, the street was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, room had Wifi, tea & coffee, microwave, fridge & toaster if needed. Had very hot water and clean. The room was a bit crowded having a Queen and single beds, plus lounge and desk in it. We stayed 1 night for a meeting in the area. Near shopping centre.

Noisy street in the afternoon and could hear people coming and going as room was by the front door but quiet at night, Everything else was great.
