Location is great

They charged me 15 euros per day for parking, but the parking garage is for free!!! The girl at the reception said that they still have to charge as they pay the owner of the garage. The owner has not fixed the entrance for a long time, so everyone parks for free. So why did I have to pay the hotel for it? If I has said I didn’t have a car, I would not have paid anything. (Not a place to stay if you don’t know really well the person staying in the room with you. The bathroom door is of glass. You can’t see through but it does not give you enough privacy)

Room was very spacious and nice! Unfortunately, one of the shades was broken and so it was rather bright in the night. Hope this will be fixed soon. Breakfast was very good, great choice and always plenty of stuff. Location is super, easy stroll to the old town.

The location is soooo good. Walking distance from the old city, the cable is right across the street, the view from the window is marvelous. The room and the hotel itself both feel very pleasant and make you want to stay more. .Our room had a small personal coffee machine, a fridge and the bath was specious. The staff is very friendly and the bar is nice.

For some reason we had to let the water flow for a few minutes before hot water arrived at the shower. They offered giving us a different room but we decided to stay. It was a minor incommodity. Going to the bathroom could be somewhat uncomfortable as noises are not well isolated.

Great hotel. Location was perfect - close to buses and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Lovely walks along the river outside the hotel and right opposite the cable car station for the Nordkette! Room was clean and spacious with a good bathroom. The welcome card was amazing as well as it provided free transport round the city!

Very very minor but the breakfast was quite expensive. I guess it is an all you can eat buffet and I don’t have much experience with hotel breakfasts but €19 seems steep for a bit of orange juice some toast and fruit. Another minor complaint was on arrival we weren’t told about the Innsbruck welcome card which is a great deal for free transport and cable cars. I only found out after a Google and had to go down and ask about it - others might miss this if not given it on check in!

Exceptional location - if you want to be in a silent, modern environment yet just 7-8 minutes (along the river) walk away from the heart of the town. Modern building, underground parking free of charge. Mostly very good staff.

Some of the staff at the reception and all at the bar are very sharp and friendly; but some of the staff at the reception may not be the right choices - even though trying to help, maybe their training was not sufficient. The breakfast (self-served in a very nice saloon, modern yet with a warm ambience), could have contain a bit more variety and replenishments could have been more timely and relevant. Price is a bit too high for that level of a hotel.

It was a comfortable and clean hotel, good breakfast, excellent location. Right across the street was the cable car upto the mountain, The good part was that it was air-conditioned hence we could sleep well at night.

We didnt appreciate that we had to pay for parking as it was understood that this ought to have been provided free of cost. Parking on the road during that weekend was anyway free, but as we chose to enter the parking lot we left the car there and were charged Euro 15 per night, which was unnecessary as the room rates per night were not cheap.

Great location for the Nordkette, park and only around 10 minutes to the Old Town. Some places were further to walk so you do need to either work out the local transport system, use taxis or be fit and able to walk. Room was large with plenty of space, very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Local views of the mountains were amazing.

Whilst only around 10 minutes by taxi to the train station, with luggage, using local buses would make it tricky. The shower was over the bath, which is pretty standard, but I found it slippery underfoot so had to be careful.

The hotel is located in a really good area. It’s not far from the cable car for Nordkette and the bus to Swarovski Kristallwelt and just a short stroll from the city. The room is quite big. They provided the table for work and another set of sofas. Bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not bad. The staff are nice.

This hotel provides welcome card for those who stay at least two nights so you can travel in the city but the check-in time is 15.00 and I think that it’s a waste of one-day that we could use the transportation.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the city center, the "train" stop is just across the street and it takes you all the way up to the cable car that will bring you up to the highest mountain in Innsbruck. The hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are honestly one of the best ones I've ever had in a hotel, plus the staff is super nice and friendly

It is a great hotel and it allows dogs BUT, when you want to have breakfast there (or lunch or dinner), the dog(s) is not allowed so you either eat in the bar area, and walk into the dinning room for the buffet and then go back out, find some place else or, you leave the dog in the room alone, which is also not allowed (normally) so that was kind of disappointing

Very nice big spacious rooms and Quiet Hotel over all. There was so much space like a parapet around the wash basin to keep all your stuff systematically. I loved this, because this is one of the most important things for me. Very kind helpful staff at the reception. The bath soap had a very nice lemony smell. basically, I loved everything about this hotel and if I am coming here again, I will be checking into the same hotel. There is a Huge Euro Spar Supermarket just next door 🚪, which is always helpful. Nice Mountain 🏔️ view from the room.

Found somebody’s long hair in the bathroom drain hole 🕳️, which didn’t really bother us much, After we had a bath 🧼, it disappeared. Although they come over to empty Garbage 🗑️ and make your bed,after a day, they don’t really change Towels on day 2, unless u ask for a change, which we didn’t, as we again didn’t mind using our own Towels used just once by us.
