The location was perfect and the building was really easy to find. The apartment was very big and cosy and staff were very friendly.

The nespresso machine wasn't working and the tv wouldn't connect for Netflix, just kept freezing. Not huge issues for a short stay but a bit inconvenient. The windows are also very thin so a lot of noise from the Christmas market right outside, but it thankfully got quieter around 11pm. The bathroom door only has sliding partially frosted glass. It was fine for me travelling on my own, but for others sharing, it could be a bit awkward.

Everything is great, quick check-in, without long waiting and registration, there is an elevator. Location in the city center, on the square, among wonderful historical buildings and numerous cafes and shops. Excellent clean bed, pillows, mattresses. It was very comfortable to sleep.

The biggest problem is the noise from the windows in the morning. if you want to sleep with the windows open, be prepared that the cleaning machine on the square will wake you up at 5:30😂, then it is very noisy from the trucks that bring products to the hotels. If you want quiet in the morning, book apartments facing the other side, these are odd numbered rooms: 9, 7, 5, but they are more expensive. we were in room 8 on the top floor.

It was so clean and right in the heart of the old town. We could not have been happier with the location. Of course, with all the restaurants there, there were a lot of people smoking so that was a bit annoying since we had to have windows open. We missed having a washer since traveling light with 4 children means doing laundry. But, otherwise, it was very clean and functional and beautiful. The location and view were great. We were not in the unit shown in the photos but we enjoyed it very much, still. We absolutely would stay here again and recommend it. The second “bedroom” is an interesting room and had almost no ventilation so our children in that room were a little warm even with the door open and a fan on. But it’s the summer time…we enjoyed our time in innsbruck all the same. And it was around a 15-20min from the train station so doable and the location was just great

It got a little stuffy in the summer heat but it’s to be expected. A washer in the bathroom would have been nice for families but not a big deal either. Otherwise, it was fabulous

The location is incredible right in old town which has Christmas market right outside the apartment along with several shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed all the basics.

We couldn’t drive to the property as there is no driving in old town. This was hard for us as a family of 5 with 3 small children. It was also lightly snowing when we arrived straight from our international flight to Munich so we were very tired trying to figure out how to check in, bring our bags in, and get settled.

It was like home for our family 🤗 Very cosy place with pleasant decor. Beds were comfortable that gave us very good sleep. Staff were very friendly and even gave us complimentary towels. Location is central and perfect that you can see the golden roof at different times of the day. It was just great to stay within the old town and near the colourful houses and River Inn. Our family had a wonderful time during our eight nights in the apartment ❤️

The place was big with a nice home layout. The kitchen was big and bathroom was nice. The towels and bed sheets were clean and nice. Pillows were also very comfy. The location is great. Everything is very nearby from the appartment. You can see the mountains from the window, although not directly you have look on the right for them.

1. Kitchen had less pans. 2. Even though it said free toiletries, there was just one soap, same for both hand wash and for bathing. Toiletries should include toothpaste, brush, hand wash, body wash and a shopping. 2. I would expect every appartment to have basic cooking things like butter/oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. It only had salt. I'm on vacation, I don't want to go to supermarket to get even the basic stuff and throw it in the end. Also you have a coffee machine but no coffee?? 3. It is always appreciated to have a bag storage facility or able to leave the bags before check-in time.

Fantastic location right in the city center of Innsbruck. Apartments were very clean, modern, with lots of good pots and pans in the kitchens so you could make anything you wanted. Reception guys were super nice. Beds were comfy.

One of our friends arrived the night after and we realised they hadn't given us any bedding for him, and the reception wasclosed for the night. Bit annoying. Also, on Sunday morning at like 7am there were people cleaning the restaurant bathrooms (we think they were at least), which were across the hall from Apartment Number 1. They were chatting and laughing pretty loudly, which echoed in the stairwell. Wasn't a huge problem, but really strange thing that early in the morning on a Sunday. Only other small thing is that the knives in the kitchen were good quality but dull. Would be good to have a sharpening steel to sharpen them myself. Made making dinner a bit annoying. Other than those small bits, very satisfied, would definitely stay there again!

The space and location was excellent. Steps away from the old Town and Golden Roof. Rooms were spacious and updated. Once location was located, it was very easy and quick to get keys and easy access to apartments. Had dish soap and a pad to wash dishes by hand if desired which is more than some places provide. We did not use the kitchen other than regular dishes.

The back room had a plant holder secured down in the middle of the space left of the bed. You could hear the other tenants/ apartments; not super loud but not that soundproof either. Initial directions Bookings gave was to the Golden Roof entrance instead of the Kaiser Max location.

the location is absolutely incredible! right in the old town and looking out over the Christmas tree and golden roof! stunning! loved the back snug bedroom for my two young children as it felt safe and was quiet. The best part for us though was the dining nook in the bay window!

Due to the fab location it can mean noisy in the morning as there are bin men etc but it was about 7am which wasn’t an issue for us. and anyone in the back bedroom didn’t hear any of it. similarly at night but died down between9-10pm. To improve the apartments just slightly would be to make sure the TVs have Netflix (for those with kids mostly) and just to maybe have basic couple things in the cupboard like salt pepper and sugar.

The room was excellent. The room was relatively new and it had a lift to all floors-a big help! Great location easy to get to. People on reception to meet us.

The big problem was NO air-conditioning for the 3 nights, extremely hot in the room. The owners placed a small portable Air conditioner in the room but if failed to cool the room. At least they tried to address the issue. With each day above 30Degrees celcius an air con was required.
