The location was perfect, near the river, and the center of historic Innsbruck. The breakfast was great (they had the best gluten free bread of any hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable

the expansion of the hotel made directions around the room areas confusing, but certainly not a deal breaker. The adults only spa, wasn't clear that it was nude only. I am OK with that, but my adult children were not. The family pool area was beautiful, I would have loved if there was an actual hot tub, that is hot; however, the heated pool, sauna, and atmosphere were great.

The Finnish sauna was awesome! We are from Finland and the sauna experience we had at the panorama spa was exceptional. The sauna fully corresponded to Finnish sauna. We also decided to stay for another night and therefore asked the staff if we could keep our room. The hotel was however fully booked and there were only a few more expensive rooms available at that time. The receptionist gave us a superior room for a reduced price that was similar to the price on our previous room, so we could extend our stay. I have never received such good service anywhere in my life. We will for sure be back as soon as possible and will recommend your hotel to everyone who visits Innsbruck!

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center. Everything was beautifully displayed and well taken care of. Cosy and comfy flair throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and well arranged with everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable with pillow options. All the amenities were excellent and well thought of: bathrobe, enough towels, soap, hairdryer, tea, coffee. They offer a big fridge on every floor level if you'd want to keep your food cool and safe charging stations for your phone in case of emergencies. The spa area was beautiful with pool, sauna, reading nooks, seating areas, all arranged with fresh fruits and freshly infused waters and tea. Breakfast was delicious with a great amount of options + vegan options to choose from. Highly recommend!

+ Room is very spacious and comfortable with a number of extra pillows to choose from (deluxe doubleroom Tyrol). + Wellness centre is excellent. Very quiet. We only used the Panorama one and did not visit the Golden wellness area. Biggest Finnish sauna room I have ever been too. + Staff were really friendly and helpful. + In-house garage is available, which was super helpful for us. In-house restaurant is so-so in terms of both food and service. We only ate in-house as I was suffering from some mobility issues. It did not affect our sleep or stay but room door could use with more noise isolation.

- We informed the staff at check-out - Guests tend to visit the wellness area upon arrival (still full clothed with shoes and all). They even open the door to the sauna room to take a peek with me sitting inside. That was unnecessary. Happened to both myself and my partner on different occasions.

Perfect location right on the edge of Old Town Innsbruck. Terrific breakfast and food services staff is wonderful!

Parking is off-site and extremely tricky. Rethink this location if you have a car that is larger than a compact! Desk staff, unintentionally, provides misinformation on a number of subjects important to visitors. We were informed via an email the day before our arrival, that he property was being renovated and had been for a few weeks prior to our arrival. By that time, all other lodging options in Innsbruck were gone! After having to ask, the desk agent begrudgingly provided a reasonable discount of 20%.

This hotel certainly lived up to expectations as we wanted somewhere a little special for this part of our European trip. The hotel seems to be a well established city centre hotel but has been extensively modernised, with works to the rooftop spa still ongoing. On check-in the staff were friendly and professional. The view from our room offered an incredible panorama of the mountains and River Inns. Internally our triple room was spacious and nicely detailed, beds were comfy with great quality bedding. We loved the golden pool and basement spa which were spotless and the hen party were very well behaved! The breakfast was excellent too. We are also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out which was really helpful.

It would be difficult to fault this place to be honest. The hotel is maintained to a high standard with nice attention to detail. It wasn't apparent that modernisation works were being undertaken to the rooftop spa area. I was perhaps a bit surprised that the mini bar fridge in the room no longer seemed to be in use, with no complimentary water but this was a minor issue.

All the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly, efficient & professional. House-keeping was excellent. We stayed 3 nights and every morning (not on check-out day), the room was cleaned to perfection by the time we returned to the room after breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with serving staff who took hot drink & other special orders.

The room could have been slightly larger, as it was difficult to pass by if one of us was sitting at the writing desk. The room was quite far from the elevator and the corridors fairly dimly lit.

After bad weather in the mountains, Hotel Innsbruck was the best highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, walking distance to the city center. The spacious room contained a soft and comfortable bed, big enough to fit two adults. The breakfast had everything one could wish for, served with coffee and tea. Last, but definitely not least, the spa area was the main reason we chose this Hotel, and it did not disappoint. Large variety of saunas on the top floor with a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The downstairs pool and sauna were mainly empty and perfect for a swim and to warm up. I would gladly stay in this hotel next time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck. Thank you!

Nothing.

Amazing place! The best staff, cute hotel, 5 mins from the train station, 5 mins walk from the main rail / cable car up the mountain and to the Alpine zoo, 30 seconds walk to the main City centre (the Old Town). My daughter is coelaic (gluten free) which can be difficult but they brought her fresh-baked gluten free rolls every morning for breakfast and were so kind with her. The downstairs pool is lovely, it's indoor, heated, with sun beds and underground so very peaceful. We had a double bed with a double sofa bed for the kids and there was plenty of room

Nothing to dislike really!

Every single staff member were amazing so friendly, helpfull and great knowledge of the tourist attractions. The staff made this hotel exceptional from the front staff to the waitresses all were so happy and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to leave our luggage after checkout. The hotel was in the perfect location in Innsbruck in old town!! The family room was a great size, the bath was amazing and big so good to relax after a big day of sightseeing.!! A high powered hair dryer!!👌 Love the pool. Breakfast was great variety fantastic. l will definately return to this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for making our holiday trip from Australia exceptional❣Dec 2022

No fridge in room for drinks, but was offered free tea coffee anytime free from bar. Also scrambled eggs a bit dry could make a bit creamier. Minor suggestion.
