We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was perfect and very clean and the beds were comfy. Most of all I appreciated the staff and their fantastic support, Miloš at the reception was so kind to lend me a jacket since my coat was stolen on New Year's Eve and, thanks to his kind gesture, I could enjoy the night out with my family. We will be back for sure when visiting Vienna again for a longer stay.

Really is a very nice hotel located in a great neighbourhood of Vienna. Good public transport connections - although the hotel is within walking distance of most of the major attractions of the historical town centre so you only really need the public transport to get to and from main station or to visit sites a little further out. Plenty of good cafes and dining options also within walking distance. The theatre next door is lovely and I took the opportunity to go see a play there. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. I also liked the theatre-themed decoration and furnishings of the room. I was super happy the whole time - really felt at home during my week there and I will aim to book here again for my next stay in Vienna.

The staff everywhere, but especially at the reception were always extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like we are at a friend's home. Our room was warm and cozy, clean, spacious, renovated. The location is really good, close to the main Christmas market (Rathausplatz), and the Hofburg and main museums, yet in a cute traditional neighborhood that makes you feel a local. Bonus round? The pool table near the lobby :-)

Nothing was to our dislike. Even a couple of things that could be offered by the hotel, you know them beforehand, and the location offers solutions. For example there is no stocked mini bar, but next door you have a super market. Or no restaurant, but breakfast is good and next door is a pizza take away place and a magnificent and really traditional restaurant.

Check-in was easy. The room was quaint, clean and accommodating. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was outstanding. The Philippine lady tending to the breakfast buffet never stopped cleaning and restocking and was most friendly. Nearby transportation by the Viennese tram is very convenient. The best way to use the tram is by downloading the WienMobil app and prepaying.

Parking is a brisk 10 minute walk from the hotel. The place may be understaffed since the breakfast lady was non-stop attempting to have everything restocked and cleaning used tables while attending to the additional wishes of the guests. The elevators were extremely slow.

Historic structure next to the city prose theater recently renovated in a style similar to the rooms of the theater (hference the name). We had a cozy family room with modern amenities. Good international style breakfast. Beautiful indoor gym with top equipment. Location not very central but very well served by public transport (the tram passes in front) and restaurants in the area of all kinds. Safe city area also for evening walks.

Air conditioners inside the room a bit noisy. Parking nearby but for a fee 32 €/day

Within walking distance of the historical centre and very close to the lively Neubau area. We had a large suite with a living room and separate bathroom. Friendly staff. The number 2 tram stops about 200 meters from the door.

The only electrical plugs in the bedroom were used for the two bedside lamps. So it was a choice between cosy lighting OR charging your phone. The shower screen didn't fully close so we needed to roll up a towel at the foot of the shower to absorb leaking water to avoid flooding the bathroom.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk to the rathaus, and about 10mins walk from the historic centre or the museum's quarter. There is a tram stop just 1 minute away and trams pass every few minutes. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy, we were upgraded to a superior standard room. There was a lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were super helpful.

There seemed to be a problem with the heating and more importantly the hot water in the shower. We could never get the heating to work as it should (it would switch off on its own but maybe we just don't know how to use it.) And In the shower there was only enough hot water for 1 person (5mins max shower) and then it would go cold. Also house keeping didn't replenish our coffee in the room, which I believe should be refilled if it is being used.

The hotel was extremely clean and location is perfect! The staff was amazing especialy the Serbian receptions who was very helpful and kind.
