1. espresso and cappuccino for extra payment for breakfast! From regular automatic coffee machine. Unusual for expensive hotel; 2. no toothbrush, no bathrobes, no shaving kit in rooms; 3. reception does not work 24 hours. Be aware when you are planning to check in at night time.

1. Friendly and very helpful staff especially Richard and Sabine. 2. Location is not in the center but has a very good view from up. Also it is very quiet and busses available every around 40 minutes. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. They upgraded our room to panorama which was very comfortable and has a balcony, 2 TV nicely furnished. 5. There is a sauna which opens from 3 to 7 pm. 6. Once I arrived late night to the hotel and found main door closed then tried my room key and it worked.

Last bus around 18:00 from city to Hotel, 1,6 km walk uphill to get back in the evening or take a taxi

Cozy and comfy, with an easy access to the piste and 71 bus stop. Brilliant food and exceptionally kind staff, willing to go to great lengths to accommodate your special needs and make you feel at home.

The patio faces directly the ski room, a heavy traffic area in the morning and late afternoon. Curtains and windows shield you from gazes but not noises.

Excellent room, although we had paid a bit more for the larger space so this was as expected. Lovely breakfast and varied, healthy evening meals. Wine quite expensive. Location good for the ski lift, we did get the bus (1 stop) up in the morning but could ski back very close to hotel. Not much in the way of shops or restaurants nearby, not an issue for us as on half board, but consider this if expecting to eat elsewhere in the evenings

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Maybe this is an English thing, I would have brought travel kettle if I had realised about this.

I liked the location which is near the cable car. There is a bus taking you down to the city and up again to the hotel. Parking is available and free. Breakfast was included with varieties and so good food. The hotel gave us free summer tickets that allowed us to enter many activities for free, this is a great saving. Staff are awesome specially the young lady Sabina, she always welcome guests with smile and solutions. The hotel is excellent on all ways, I would go there again.

Everything was OK

Room was very clean but it would be better not to have shared balcony. Food, especially dinner was excellent, we enjoyed. Staff was friendly. It is not ski in/out as advertised. The hotel has common room for ski and ski boot storage but unlocked and w/o the hotel liability. Since it is cca 150m far away from the ski lifts we used ski depot on the ski lift station. Despite that wrong information about ski in/out we recommend such nice small hotel.

I liked the location, the view to the lake is amazing, very calm and quite, close by the skiing locations. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. breakfast is full of variety and satisfying for all. highly recommended for all most everyone. the staff who is handling the breakfast are very professional

nothing to dislike, all perfect

A beautiful hotel with lots of history in a picturesque town. There was a festival going on while we were there and music went on into the night but we could only hear it from our room if we opened the window. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good. Well worth a visit.

I loved the beautiful view of the hotel.

First, the flies in the dining hall were harmful. Secondly, it is preferable to have different types of fresh fruits.
