Loved location, have been to Zell am See 7 years ago and stayed nearby at Hotel Tirolerhof. My sister and I enjoyed the large size apartment with the luxury of of a separate bedroom and bathroom each at either end of the apartment.

All pillows were very uncomfortable. Only managed to get hot water once in our one week stay in order to have a bath in the evening which I always enjoy at home. My sister had her usual morning shower with hot water each day of our stay with no problems. Had great difficulty closing the heavy sliding balcony doors. We had some one from reception try and show us how to do so but he said that the mechanism had been damaged by previous guests. We also had to ask for someone to program the television in the lounge so we could listen to it in English. This wasn't an easy straight forward thing which we could have done.

The property is located in a good location and the balcony gives you a good view. Parking provided by the property is a plus point. I would recommend Alpen Parks residence for families.

The fact that you have to collect the keys from the hotel and return it back which is inconvenient although it's close by the apartment. No Air-condition in the apartment which tends to get a bit hot, if you're travelling during summertime. Apartment cleaning service is available at an extra cost which is very expensive. The mattress and pillows looked quite old.

Its strategic proximity to the village center and the serene lake makes it an ideal choice. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff exhibited remarkable cooperation. Furthermore, guests are generously provided with the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. I extend my heartfelt appreciation for this outstanding level of service and wholeheartedly recommend it

In the event of warm weather during your stay, it's worth mentioning that this establishment doesn't feature air conditioning, but rather ceiling fans for ventilation. Furthermore, for travelers in search of accommodations equipped with a bidet, kindly note that this particular place does not provide this amenity

Perfect location. Short 3-5 minute Walk to ski lift, Also located in the center of town for easy access to the beautiful Lake Zell am See, bars, shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the bigger supermarkeds. The staff where you Pick up the apartment key from where so warm and friendly, both to us and to our dog. The apartment was a really good size, 2 very large and comfortable double rooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and an extra toilet, Big Living area/dining area and kitchen. The sofa turns into a sofa bed as Well. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The beds were amazing to sleep in, after a day of skiing, the matras was a god send. The kitchen Well equipped with everything you need. Maybe some extra teatowels, cloths and towels in general Would be a good addition. We Will definently be back.

Very modern apartment clean and comfortable furniture. Very close to the center of the town. Good parking lot underground. 3 toilets with 2 shower areas. I loved the balcony.

No AC, single washing machine for tons of people and the machine went down last day of our stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, and very good location, I would recommend it for a long stay.

We had to check in another place which was around 5 minutes walking, and that made our check in less comfortable.

The location was great. Centrally located and we could walk everywhere we needed including the train station, ski rental, lifts, and buses. Had all the ski amenities with a boot room. We luckily were able to check in early after taking a night train to Zell am See.

Had some maintenance items outstanding, like a broken sink.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. Awesome balcony with chairs and table for the breakfast with beautiful view. Garage parking. Summer card is priceless. Very kind and helpful guy at the reception.

Would be great to get 2 keys and to have smth to wipe the floor in case of spill

Big apartment and every room with toilet and location is good

First staff I talked with hem in the morning in 20 July. Then I saw kid girl. And there is something I don’t like check in time 3-5 pm o’clock and check out 8-10 am 17 hours approximately not one day I think that’s needs review.

Central and convenient location. The 4 bedroom penthouse apartment has exceptional views and very well equipped! Highly recommended!
