The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Location was very nice everything is near, market, restaurants, metro you can access very easily. Breakfast was very nice, there is enough selection food . Staff are very nice specially Asif from front office he was very helpful for us. He is very polite and whenever you ask him something he will do it very actively also there was a one girl in front office I forgot her name she was very friendly as well.

Unfortunately if your room get warm you can’t make it cold because there is AC it will Make your room warm only, again you have windows since room is hot you can open windows to make your room cold but there so much noise from the road which will disturb your sleep. I think they should keep both options in the room to make warm and cold as well.

Best hotel stay ever in BAKU

Everything was great - they just need to upgrade their facility - IT IS GRAND HOTEL :) they need to make it more GRAND :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms and washrooms were impressively clean and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a central park, offering a pleasant outdoor space right at your doorstep

However, there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall impression. Firstly, the absence of a main entrance was inconvenient and made the arrival experience less welcoming. While the rooms were spacious, the overall layout of the hotel felt cramped, especially the lobby and corridors, which impacted the overall comfort. Another issue was the late start of breakfast at 8 AM; an earlier time, preferably 7 AM, would have been more suitable for guests with early schedules.

The hotel is excellent! Spent two days in July 2023 with a child. Beds are super-comfortable, everything is clean and fresh, staff very helpful and polite. Good location. Especially loved their terrace - so calm and beautiful, great place to relax. Ah, yes, food 😍. My daughter said this was the best food she ever had in a hotel (and she's been to many hotels haha) and I echo that, food is amazing!

Just one little thing - internet. We couldn't connect to WiFi from our room, on any of four devices. If you go to reception, the connection is excellent, as soon as you get back to the room, connection is lost and doesn't reconnect. It wasn't a big problem for us as it was a short stay and anything I needed to do which required internet I either did while sitting on the terrace or simply used mobile internet, but if you're planning a long stay and need stable connection in your room, this could be an issue.

Hotel was very clean, staff were accomodating and the rooms were a fantastic size. The value for money was far better than what was on offer closer to the sea and Formula 1 track. We were 10mins walk from the walls of Icheri Sheher which is the Old city and incredibly pretty to walk around. We ate breakfast at the hotel 3 times during our stay and it was great each time. The only thing you have to pay for is latte/cappucino vs grabbing a free black coffee from the hot container. But these were very reasonably priced so no issue with that!

The only thing that could have been improved was staying in the same room. Due to a change in travel plans I made two reservations, one for 1 night and another for the remaining 5. We had to move rooms after night 1 but this was easy and not really an issue given we were travelling light. This is my only criticism and it isn't a big one!

1. Hotel: Brand New Hotel, opened less than a month ago, on the main street yet very quite and excellent for families. 2. Location: Located in a perfect place, near by the center [Nizami Street], restaurants and supermarkets. 2. Hotel Management and staff: all are extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us and guide us on everything we were looking for including but not limited to [Tourist locations, arrangements, restaurants, stores.. etc]. 3. Transportation: The hotel provided us with the best price [private car and driver] for our trips outside Baku. they also helped us with the Baku city transportation at the most affordable prices. 4. Water Splash [Shattaf - شطاف], was also available, and they provided us with every thing else we needed like, plugs, blankets and extra beds. 5. Rooms Size and View: Very spacious, modern and beautiful rooms and view from all sides of the hotel. 6. Bed sizes: very big and comfortable. 7. Cleanness: Rooms and the entire facility is very clean. 8. Breakfast: is served at excellent timing, with a variety that suits all tastes and nationalities. 9. Free WIFI available 10. We requested for rooms next to each other and they arranged for it. Since there was limited number of reviews on this hotel, we were conscious about it, so we booked only for one night. However, we were flattered with the hotel and staff treatment. everything went perfectly well...initialy we checked in late so they gave us small room (due to over booking) and next day changed the room to the best one availabe with nice view of Baku...had 3 night stay and it was a pleasant experience

Someone at the reception promised breakfast (as take away)in the morning as we had flight to catch, but no such thing arrived...and we too forgot to ask for the same...maybe our fault!!!
