As a solo traveler, I made a reservation at this hotel for a single night. I was particularly impressed by the cordial and welcoming demeanor of the staff, notably Ms. Konul and her colleagues. The hotel's location is highly advantageous, and the breakfast provided was exceptional. The room assigned to me offered a captivating view of the Flame Towers, which further enhanced my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would have extended my stay if not for the hotel being fully booked. I intend to return to this hotel during my next visit to Baku.

Excellent location near Nisami street where you have easy access to multiple city attractions. I travelled with two kids and room was excellent and quite spacious. Staff was really helpful to ensure comfortable stay.

Choice for breakfast for indians were strange like Rice and Dal Makhani....Ha Ha Ha.... Could have better choices like Chhole Bhature, Puri Bhaji...... Ha Ha Ha Jokes apart.... Breakfast could have been little better however I believe the hotel is trying their best to meet the expectations of guests from different countries.

Staff, Xonal i think was her name who checked us in. She was very friendly and patient to check and enter all our details. we had booked 5 rooms. she even upgraded our rooms to spacious ones for the children. I hope these staff will remain when movenpick takes over. i saw some works going on. Ali also helped us with the luggage. The supervisor nigar also was in touch by watsap for any questions.

Location perfect near to NAZAMI street just few minutes walk and room very neat & clean breakfast good specially the person preparing egg omelette he amazing person always smile.

the location is very good. The hotel is very close to Nizami Street and the promenade. Ten minutes walk.

The problem is not in the hotel but in the surrounding escalators that are not that accessible for walking. But this problem repeats itself throughout the city

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the view was great. The location of the hotel was great given that it is really close to the city center and everything you may need will be near you. All in all would comeback again and book the same hotel

This property is valued to money because of its location. Secondly, their customer support is exceptional i highly recommend this property with family or friends.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Had a great time during my stay. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the Caspian sea and the Baku city area.

Near nizami street around 5 mnts walking. very good staff. at the reception desk there is note saying " 40 manat per visitor " but no one charge me during my stay.
