Short walk from the B&B to all the action in my he old town. Lots of restaurants, shops, & places full of history and were close by. Hosts were so polite, friendly, & welcoming. Our bed was super comfy! Breakfast was presented beautifully each morning. The B&B is charming, just like the town of Bruges.

Even though the breakfast was delightful, I would have rather chosen my own breakfast items from a sideboard buffet rather than everything being on our table. We felt we wasted a lot of food because we didn’t eat several of the things at our table.

Highly advise whoever would like to stay couple of days at Brugge. Very clean rooms, very nice breakfast, very cheerful and helpful owner, very close to city centre. You can take free city ring minibuses 2 minutes away from the guesthouse. Pieter and his wife is always at your service. They are very well deserved five star.

Narrow and steep stairs may be problematic for old or physical disable customers. Specially penthouse is not good for tall customers due to wooden column supporters for the roof.

lovely old building near to the Markt square. couple were very friendly and even gave me some chocolates on my birthday which was a lovely touch. we were in the duplex room which was big enough for us and had a very comfortable bed. great for a basic budget stay. breakfast was varied and delicious with different extras every day.

just for awareness it’s an old house so you will hear others get up and go to bed which is not a problem if they are fairly quiet. we had a problem with the shower which was in the process of being sorted out. a small note with directions to get it working - turn heating up to high! would have been useful so we didn’t have to keep contacting Pieter.

Our stay could not have been better, Pieter is the best host, attentive and very helpful. We arrived outside the usual check-in hours late in the afternoon, but the host made sure we are greeted and it was no issue at all, I received directions to the hotel a few days before arrival, which was also helpful. The house is beautiful with lots of original features, sweet and lovely and spotlessly clean throughout. I stayed with my daughter, the B&B is just a short walk from the main sights and also it's a nice walk from the train station, everything is so close but you are away from the busy streets. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, each morning varied and nicely presented. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and super fast internet plus a few English cable channels also in the room.

Perfect location at the quiet street close to the main attractions and the bus stop to the train station, clean and cozy room with comfortable bed, tee&coffee zone upstairs, amazing various breakfasts served by owners Pieter and Olesya. These lovely people will do everything to make your holidays awesome. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, hospitality and the feeling that you are staying at a friends house. Everything was great.

An exceptionally beautiful building and room - all decorated with love and attention to details. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, making the stay feel like home. The breakfasts were amazing, served beautifully, and the location was very central but totally calm. Tip for families: there is a lovely park with a great playground just around the corner!

Very friendly & helpful family hosts. Superb breakfast in a beautiful house. Room was delightful & very comfortable. Excellent location.

Room was a little noisy at times, as we had to keep the windows open at night because of the very hot weather, however we slept well.

The location is super nice. Quite street but only 10 minutes walk to the busy touristic center. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. But the main reason to stay here is the hospitality of the owners. If you travel by car, it can be parked for free just outside the city wall (15 min walk).

The mattras was too soft for us.

The hosts were fabulous. The rooms are big, very clean, traditional but modern. The breakfast is amazing and not to be.missed . It is in a good location and easily walkable to the tower, churches, brewery and fab churches. Car parking underground is just around the corner too.

The host was lovely and the services were impeccable. The room was very clean and the house is extremely beautiful. What we got for breakfast changed every morning and was prepared with care by the host, moreso it was a very rich breakfast. The position of the B&B it's also very central, in a 10 minute walk you'll be able to reach basically everything and very close-by there is free parking. A very lovely experience.
