The attention to detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable & memorable was amazing!!! We were able to check in when we arrived, as opposed to 3pm, which was a bonus! The room was spotless. Lots of information about where to go, what to do in Bruges was availble to us in our room. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable. Every day there was a glass of orange juice and a pastry before we set off for the day. And on our return wine glasses with access to a complimentary wine. Fantastic! Bart was very friendly and helpful and carried our cases upstairs, to and from our room. Security was excellent too, felt very safe there. A definite recommendation from me 😉.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived! Bart showed us to our room, which was big, light and airy. The space was very well-designed to accommodate a big shower and a tea/coffee making area as well as plenty of storage space. The location was excellent, with a short and very pleasant walk into the city centre. We really loved the little treats that Bart provides for his guests - the bubbly on our second night was perfect to celebrate our son's new job! We had breakfast on one of our days and it was generous and varied, with delicious bread, cold meat, cheese, pancakes, yogurt etc. We loved our stay here and we'd thoroughly recommend Les Invites.

Nothing - all great!

Large rooms, well-lit by big windows, clean and well furnished. High quality bathroom and large comfortable bed. Accessible at any time of night by a door code. And a friendly, welcoming host who left us treats and advice about the city, carried our bags up the stairs, and let us store them in the building for a few hours after checking out.

Nothing to complain about. If I wanted to nitpick, I could say the view from the windows is uninteresting, and the duvet didn’t seem big enough for the large bed. But those are very minor points, and don’t detract from the overall high quality.

b&b invites was the most enjoyable stay while Brugge. The location is within walking distance to the many interests and restaurants in Brugge. The host Bart, is the best, always surprising his guests with little treats. And I highly recommend his breakfast! Bart is ready to advise on your stay while in Brugge and communicates timely when messaged prior to trip

Our stay had come to an end

We could not fault b&b les invités! The property is close to the city centre, without being right in the hustle and bustle. It is an easy walk from the train station, and the family running the accommodation were so nice! Every day they provided little treats, and you could add on breakfast if you needed.

It was warm in Brugge when we were there, so we did find the room to be a bit warm at times.

Our stay at Les Invités was perfect. Bart was an outstanding host, and the extra touches - pastries and a glass of wine on arrival - were very welcome. Our room was stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast, including delicious eggs cooked to our liking by our host, was fantastic. When we return to Bruges, we won't stay anywhere else!

There was nothing we didn't like.

A warm and comfortable property located close to the train station and tourist areas. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and fabulous hot water system. We were greeted by the owner with a glass of champagne and nibbles and these small token gifts continued during our stay. The owner was very friendly, helpful and has an absolutely gorgeous dog. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to other people.

We loved everything about this property.

We have traveled extensively, and must say that Les Invites is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at. The host, Bart, and his lovely wife Magali are just wonderful people. The breakfasts were superb, the room comfortable and extremely clean, and the location in Bruges was perfect. Bart was quick to answer any questions, and helped us with recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc. Les Invites only has three guest rooms, and they are almost always fully booked. So, do yourself a favor and book now, because if you don't someone else will. Thank you Bart and Magali for a wonderful stay.

Really, it could not have been any better than it was. Everything was perfect.

What did I like? Everything! One of the best BNBs I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a few). Our host was super engaged and created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we got there. I've stayed in nice B&Bs where the host is standoffish at best and it really affects the energy of your stay. The rooms were clean and well supplied with better then average toiletries. The bed....incredible!! The host provided lots of info ahead of time so we knew where to park, best restaurants and stores and gave us some other tips when we got there. The breakfast was SO good with lots to choose from. It's obvious that a lot of thought and love has been put into creating a perfect space for guests.

I can't think of one thing I would improve on.

The location was excellent and Bart’s hospitality went well beyond expectations

Very little to not like the weather during our stay was exceptionally hot so our room was also pretty warm but it was very hot wherever you were in Bruges for these days
