We stayed there with a baby. The room was a little small but we should not complain about it in a place like Bruges. The location is great - neither in between tourist hotspots where you can not sleep because of noise, nor very far away from the main tourist attractions. I would love to stay there again. Walking distance from the train station and other main spots. Do consider cobblestone roads every where if you are walking with heavy luggage! The staff were very friendly and very polite. I really appreciate their support on almost all the topics. Basic amenities were provided - electric kettle, basic toiletries, towels, small fridge, locker etc. Pretty nice spread for breakfast with an open area - options for both veg and non-veg! Cleanliness can be improved, especially the floor carpet. A small pool area was there but we didn't use it. Overall, it's a kid-friendly place with a lot of open space and an indoor play area also.

One thing which I did not like was No air conditioning in the whole building - with the outside temperature touching 20C, the room was very suffocating. Only 1 window in the room, that too could not be opened fully for security reasons - was not helping the situation. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided us with a table fan and, for 3 days, it did the job! Also, some basic cutlery should be provided in the room by default - just a suggestion!

Hotel was in a good location. short walk about 10 minutes from train station, and close to main attractions. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. good housekeeping team

Hotel is closing end of august 2023 for a refurb, so it was a little tired in places, but obviously this will be remedied. the air conditioning wasn't working so rooms were very hot and window would only open a little. (However we were aware before we went that there was no air con) Again, hopefully this will be sorted during refurb. The shower was located over the bath. Which is not a problem for able bodied, but I have a knee replacement and awaiting another. and it was very difficult getting into and out of the bath for a shower.

Nice room, comfortable bed and pillows. A small fridge for drinks or your own breakfast (we bought our own at the supermarket right across the street). The room had tea/coffee facilities in it. Perfect location right on a street full of cafés and small shops. Restaurants about 5 mins away. Close to all of Brugges main attractions. The staff at the hotel were supernice, made us feel welcom. Nice pool area outside with a pingpong table and a playground for the kids. Parking garage just next to the hotel.

A bit overpriced since our roomrate did not include breakfast but we know that when we booked our stay

We were happily surprised to see how clean and comfortable our room and the hotel were. It is true the hotel needs a make over but it is pristine and the location is great. It is probably not the most glamorous and charming hotel in Bruges but for the price it had everything we needed. We liked the toilet separated from the bathroom, the second door passed the entryway in order to insulate from hallway noise, the quiet little refrigerator, the safe, the fan, air conditioning, the fact that it is dog friendly, the comfortable sofa bed, good mattresses and pillows.

The breakfast is the best in Brugge. Amazingly good. Every choice imaginable and a waffle maker for huge fresh Belgian waffles. Hotel is in a perfect location in the town and steps away from a public parking underground garage for 15euros a day. The pool is wonderful. So lovely to take a break from sightseeing and relax. It felt like a resort with good quality loungers. Staff super helpful.

So this is am amazing hotel but the rooms do look a little dated. But there’s a safe and a fridge and doors to shut out hallway noise and there was a fan in the room as a bonus.

Location was perfect for visiting the city. Within 10 minutes the downtown was reachable on foot. The rooms are very spacious and large enough to stall out all clothes. The bathroom has a bath and shower so there is option to choose which relaxation to prefer. The hotelroom was supurbly clean and there was always activity during the day for cleaning service. The front desk staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The view from the room was also amazing, because it showed a good picture on one of the church towers of the city of Brugge.

For a late night snack there was not a lot of option to choose from in the vending machines.

The hotel is so well located right in the centre of Brugge old town. There is easy parking at the parking garage right next door. Breakfast was very good and the hotel pool was heated so the kids were happy. They were very welcoming to the dog, even setting aside space for us to eat breakfast near the restaurant so the dog could be with us. It felt like good value for what we paid.

Beds were okay but could be more comfortable. The rooms are starting to be a bit worn - but it was good value for money.

A lovely hotel perfect for families right in the centre of Bruges conveniently located near all the famous landmarks which are easily reachable on foot. The swimming pool was great to cool down in after a hot day and the breakfast selection was second to none. Making our own Belgian waffles was a breakfast highlight. The room had a fridge and safe and although there was no A/C, a fan was provided. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great location clean comfortable room really friendly and helpful staff from the moment I checked in even the day we left there was nothing to much….

Parking was a problem there is a underground car park next door but when you drive a 4 x 4 with a roof box on top you can never get in… All these car parks max 2m car with roof box 2.4m But the lady when we checked in guided us to a car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel SO BIG THANKS TO YOU

I find the hotel very welcoming and very close to all you can sight view in Brugge. The room was spatios and clean, bed very confortable. I also enjoyed the view outside the window, because I love all these old building and their vintage look. The small playground was also good for my boy. We gad a great time there!

There won t be much to say here, just that the breakfast wasn t very good, too many sweets for our taste and not many options to give to your kids if you stay many days there. But we managed. :)
