The B&B is a former mansion with beautiful stained glass windows, tall ceilings, and ornate woodwork throughout. The hosts were gracious and helpful. The location was a short walk to the center of town. Walking in Bruges makes you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The city is absolutely beautiful everywhere you go. The people are very friendly to tourists, which is not always the case in cities that have to constantly deal with tourists. I had an incident while here and everyone I dealt with could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend Bruges to everyone, and staying at the B&B De Corenbloem only adds to the experience.

I would really have to nitpick to complain about anything with this stay.

The property is beautiful! Lovely living room and sitting room spaces and the garden is gorgeous with the most amazing greenhouse where you can sit and eat/relax/have a drink. The room was clean, comfortable (including a very comfortable bed, nice shower, and slippers and robes in the room), and very quiet at night. The place is perfectly located on a quiet, quaint block with many restaurants just steps away and a 5 minute walk from the bustling Market square and all the popular sites. Gerritt and Corrina were such kind and welcoming hosts, including making us eggs for breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious (eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, charcuterie, cheese, pastries, tea/coffee, etc.).

Just an FYI- there is no AC or portable fans and Bruges is filled with mosquitos at night, so you can’t sleep with your windows open. Just something to keep in mind if you sleep hot or are going to be there during hotter months. But we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. We hope to be able to stay here again!

This B&B is in a perfect location for a short walk into the central market square (Belltower). The building has an understated Flemish baroque style, tall and elegant rooms with a lovely garden at the rear. We were made very welcome by the hosts Corina and Gerrit, always smiling, helpful and keen to make sure our stay was perfect. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed for five nights and would love to return.

There was nothing we didn't like. Suggested improvements would be in the bathroom where a towel rail would be useful, likewise somewhere for soap/shampoo etc. in both the shower and over the bath.

This place is exceptional! It's absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept, it felt like we stepped in an episode of Bridgerton! The atmosphere is out of this time , just dreamy!! The room was super clean and quiet, the bed was not only stunning but also extremely comfortable. The garden is beautiful and it's perfect for an afternoon drink in the sun. The location is just perfect, a short walk from the main square and bars/restaurants. Our hosts were the kindest , most friendly and attentive people I've met in long time; we were there to celebrate my best friend 50th birthday and I really want to thank them for making our stay so amazing!

If anything , this place is so nice that I was very sad to leave it, shame we only stayed for a weekend! ( I would have gladly stayed for an entire week!)

A few blocks away from the Market Square, B&B De Corenbloem was the perfect, quiet escape. The decor was thoughtful and luxurious. From the canopy bed to claw foot tub, I felt like royalty. Amenities like offered luxury toiletries, daily bottled water and provided breakfast with made-to-order eggs did not disappoint. Hosts Corinna and Geritt were wonderfully accommodating and gracious.The reading room downstairs was the perfect place for a late afternoon siesta, while enjoying a Bruges beer from the honor bar. I loved this B&B. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hosts! They welcome us very warmly and make sure that we would have a perfect stay!! Their accommodation is one best we have ever seen with that kind of decoration and style! Very unique for the average price in brugge! The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed it! Every room has its unique style. We love it every minute of our stay, we loved the bed and the old style bath!! Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend staying to this exceptional property!! You wont regret it

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Nice breakfast. Huge room, with excellent bath and shower. Bruges is a fairly compact city, so the location was great to walk into the centre.

We were overlooking the garden and, as it was warm and the room did not have air conditioning, we had the windows open. Over the 3 nights we stayed, I was very badly bitten by mosquitos and I have a very bad reaction to insect bites, so had a number of swollen, itchy bites all over my body. It didn't spoil our stay a great deal, but suggest you be aware of this!

Our stay at B&B De Corenbloem made our visit to Bruges even more enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable and we felt welcomed from the minute we walked into the house. The house itself is probably one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in, we absolutely loved our room and we even came home earlier than usual in the evening to enjoy the house after a day of exploring. Getting to the main locations in Bruges is also very easy since the house is not even 10 minutes away from the Belfry. Another huge positive was the breakfast that was included in our stay - we visited for Valentine’s day so on the 14th the breakfast tables had heart confetti all over them with special cakes to enjoy - it was an amazing start to the day! At the end of our stay the hosts let us leave our suitcase at the house while we explore Bruges for an extra few hours before our train even though we had checked out, which was very helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at De Corenbloem if you are looking for a memorable experience with wonderful and welcoming hosts.

Everything, From the street the property is quite plain but as soon as George greets you at the front door you realise you’ve stepped into a hidden gem. Immaculate home with a wonderful garden , decor is just lovely as is the comfy bed. The shower had plenty of hot water and an added bonus was the quaint hip bath. Breakfast was perfect with lots of very fresh choices , freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs of your choice plus much more. I loved it as everything was so pristine George and Claudine obviously put alot of love and hardwork into this house and it is much appreciated. 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed.

This Bed and Breakfast was our best accommodation during our 2-week European trip. We were warmly greeted by our hosts, the room decor was spectacular, the bed was extremely comfortable, roomy shower, very quiet property, and the unhurried breakfast was perfect. The B&B is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square, many restaurants, and attractions including the Brugge Madonna. We walked everywhere in Brugge - a very special experience! We will definitely return.
