Location perfect 👌 staff response perfect 👌

The property owner insist we put up a deposit of €150 using our card 💳. They label booking.com as third party. This is not right. We hv more trust with booking. Com..... And we prefer to pay the deposit in one go when we book the apartment. Can you guys look into this please!

The location cannot be any better. It is a minute walk from the grand place(adjacent to St Huberts Galerie) but in a comparable quiet corner. We arrived on a national holiday and one of the apartment keys did not work. We called and in 15 minutes there was someone to help.

We had two apartments and both had different set of utensils. For example, one had bigger and other had small pots, one had strainer one did not. We were lucky but others might struggle a bit. Few other toiletries would be helpful like showercap, body lotion(the standard set) etc.

1. Location: The location is amazing. It is right next to the Grand place and very close to the Brussels Central station. 2. Rooms: We had taken two rooms - a bigger room with kitchen and a smaller room. Both of them were quite clean, tidy and with comfy beds 3. Staff and communication - the staff were very nice, and there was regular communication from them to ensure we are comfortable

There was a situation for a few hours in one of the mornings when the entire electricity was off, the doors to the staircase were closed and also the doors of the lift were shut. I am not sure if it was a regular maintenance, but it would have been nice if it was communicated.

Finding the aparthotel, the location was excellent, the instructions to get into the building were easy to follow. The room was a good size, but it was tricky boiling water in the kettle as you had to take it over to another part of the room. The bed was big and comfortable

The duvet was awful! It was as though the filling was old and had gathered into clumps, so there were large areas with no filling at all. I was cold. We couldn't get the tv to work. We didn't see any instructions as to how to use the shower, the tv etc. General instructions like this would have been helpful.

The building is in a perfect spot to visit Brussels on foot, just a few meters from the Galleries Royales Saint Hubert (where you’ll find all the best chocolateries) and a few minutes from the Grand Place. In front of the building there’s also a nice boulangerie, very useful to grab a croissant or a pain au chocolat on the go :) Our room had everything we needed for our stay: towels, linens, hair dryer and soap/shampoo.

The apartment was fine and the location excellent

We didn't receive our entry codes until 48 hours before we arrived and we were concerned that our emails weren't being answered.Some other arrivals hadn't received them at all and couldn't access their room key or contact anyone by phone! We couldn't leave baggage in the luggage room after we checked out on sunday morning as the office closed for the weekend at 5pm on friday and we couldn't get a response on the out of hours number. The bathroom door, once closed,couldn't be opened from the outside but there was nobody to whom we could report this!

Great location - just few meters from Saint Hubert Gallery and Wolf food court. Great and quick service (we had problem with check-in safe). Spacey studio with comfortable bed.

Balcony doors (2nd floor) had no barrier (nor balcony). Few tweaks, repairs, painting would be great.

The location is perfect. The room is huge and you can really work and relax. Too close to everything in Brussels center and to the main train station.

My apartment was in the ground floor. This did not help me in order to open windows and clean the air inside. This was a drawback but it really did not cause any problems.

The staff always the staff. Very friendly and focused in solving any problem by presenting good solutions... And of course the location!

This time I do not know why but we did not have hot water in the morning neither late at night.... and during the day they were refurbishing the building, so some noise. But in reality it is something very good as I mentioned on the past.... the premises really needed an upgrade.

Great location, well organised check-in and check - out processes ( very clear instructions were received before our arrival.) Very clean apartment , well equipped and with spacious and soundproof rooms. Great breakfast at nearby cafe -Mokafe in the Galleries ( 2 minutes walking distance ) starting at 7 in the morning. Toiletries were good quality , from Rituals.

We were there during a very hot week-end ( 32*) and the ventilation was not strong enough especially in the living room even if we didn't do any cooking and it was set on the minimum temperature.
