Fantastic location, friendly staff - first night - given a room at the back, which was a strange shape, and felt basic - with no pictures on the walls etc, and fire-escape ladders outside up to the window, and no view other than inner courtyard, but told on arrival that we would be moved to a room overlooking La Grande Place for our 2nd night. That room was bigger, had a large picture on the wall behind the beds and had a great view from the windows, as well as large comfortable seats. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean, a good temperature and the shower good.

Breakfast was good and at a restaurant on the other side of La Place. Day 1, sat inside and the staff were rude and there was no choice or explanation - we were brought a set breakfast, of omlette with a side of cheese and ham - without being asked if we were vegetarian. Day 2 - same breakfast, but (different) friendly staff, who asked what we wanted and we sat out in the sunshine - quite a different experience in the same place!

We were given an exceptionally friendly welcome and allowed to use our room well ahead of time. The room was large and airy and had a fabulous view over the square. We loved it. We let ourselves in after hours and that all worked well.

The location could not get any better, we were on the 3rd floor of 4 with a view of the courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and the room adequately spacious. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The hot breakfast was enough to get your day going with a skip in your step. Ask for room 32 for the view.

The hotel decor inside could use a womens touch but who goes to Brussels for the room decor 🤔. No place to put your toiletries in the bathroom, we hung our 2 1 gallon baggies on the inside doorknob after making a hole in them. Breakfast is across the courtyard at an adorable Cafe, what they didn't explain was it is a set breakfast that is included, you get coffee, orange juice, a basket of bread and scrambled eggs with 2 pieces of yummy cheese and ham. If you want to order from the menu you pay. I just thought it was confusing.

1. Location - all stations and attractions are within with walking distance, many great restaurants snd shops around, and the view of the Grand Place just from the windows is unbeatable. 2. Staff at the reception - Said and Lauir were very friendly and helpful and they took care of every guest with a heart. 3. Free breakfast - the food and drinks were very delicious and way much more than my expectation. Staff were also very nice and polite to me. 4. Spacious room with chairs and tables for suitcases and bags etc.

1. Strange occasional noise from the bathroom - not sure of what caused it but it scared me when it happened. 2. Room conditions - many facilities such as the windows, walls, lamps, bath tub and doors need major renovation.

Location perfect: right on (the beautiful) Grand Place, a few minutes walk from the Central station, and lots of restaurants, bars, and attractions a stone's throw away. Location and views from your room overlooking the square naturally contribute to the price, but are worth paying for in my opinion. Management/staff very welcoming and always friendly. Room had decent facilities, and was comfortable and clean.

A little noisy (surprisingly not so bad from the busy square, but from other rooms), and a little hot (although there is a good fan) - probably little that can be done due to the age of the building, etc., and not major issues.

The location is absolutely perfect for the price you pay! And the staff are excellent, multilingual, knowledgeable and very helpful. Big shout out to Laurir who is always so helpful and friendly. This is our third visit to No15 and we will be back!

The decor is a bit tired, and they could do with purchasing some new towels, but I think that is why it is such good value. I hope it never gets taken over by a big chain as that would change everything. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is second to none.

Quirky place to stay. If you have rooms facing the Grand Place / Grote Markt then you have a wonderful view, especially at night. Beds were good, internet as well. The hotel does not have a 24h reception or any other facilities for that matter. Breakfast is served on the other side of Place , for which you get vouchers. That breakfast was excellent by the way. The owner is very friendly.

There was nothing not to like. If you expect a gym and swimming pool or a restaurant and bar in a hotel, this is not the place for you. There are plenty of places around to go to though.

Staying in a hotel right in the middle of Grand Place was very special - such a beautiful area and so central to all Brussel's sights and attractions. The service was second to none - the amazing manager even helped me carry my bags down the stairs of the railway station! A great breakfast at a cafe across Grand Place, a clean room with everything I needed and the opportunity to stay in one of Brussel's beautiful, old buildings - amazing.

I had a few problems finding the hotel - not helped by the rain.

The location is spectacular! The Concierge was also very friendly and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. It is a historic building which sits in the old square and center district of Brussels. Amazing views if you get the right room, and still convenient if not. The elevator is helpful with luggage, and the service up front is the best we have had in Europe. Would choose this property again on future trips.

The toilets were a bit out of adjustment. The TV is not modern and so did not support streaming. a fridge would have been very nice. otherwise a great stay.

Location is perfect. You can see all Grand Place from your window. You can reach to shopping and entertainment areas easily. Taxi leaves closely and you can reach by walking in 5 minutes. It was nice to see Grand Place at night . Room was big and clean. They have cleaned room daily. There was only shower foam and soap. You need to bring your own staff.

They offer breakfast voucher in a close restaurant but I did not like it. Honestly, it is up to your habits. I am Turkish and breakfast is so important for us from a wide selection of food. It is very difficult to please any Turkish visitor for breakfast:) There was no air condition. I have stayed in sept 11-13th but the temperature was high. At night I have opened windows but had to fight with flies.
