Myself and my girlfriend absolutely loved this hotel! The hotel is in such a perfect location. It is within a 5 minute walk to and from the train station - which was fantastic since we arrived into Brussels late, and allowed us to explore other Belgian cities like Ghent and Bruges during our stay and not worry about a long walk back to the hotel! - and it is situated only a short walk from Grand Place and all the restaurants, bars, and the lively parts of the city. In the morning and evening you can hear the various street performers which was a delight as it really made the city feel alive and buzzing! We did not find any of the noise to be an issue at all. The staff were excellent, they made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and our check-in was smooth and easy. I had arranged their romance package to celebrate my partners birthday upon arrival and it was set up beautifully - thank you! The hotel is very safe feeling, once the café closes down the only way to access the hotel is with your key card, and the only way to activate the elevator is to again scan your key card before choosing your floor. The room also has an alarm like buzzer that alerts you if your door does not close all the way which was a great reassurance that we were locked up safe for the night. The room also came with a safe. When we checked out we were also allowed to leave our bags and we received a ticket to collect them when we needed. The bed was so comfy, the shower was perfect, and the room came with A/C. All of which added up to a comfortable stay! If I am ever to stay in Brussels again I will definitely be booking with this hotel. Thank you for an excellent stay!

There was a €50 guarantee that had to be paid upon arrival, I understand this is common but my issue was the fact that it wasn't communicated beforehand which meant I was unprepared to have it taken from my account, however I received it nearly immediately the day after my stay ended.

We actually did not stay at this hotel. We were moved to their sister Hotel, The Alma, the day we arrived. We were told there were experiencing mechanical issues. So, I am rating The Alma, which is a few blocks from the Aris. We got a large room on the top floor, looking across the roof tops to the Grand Plaza. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom is outdated however it was functional and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the train station, two blocks from the Grand Plaza.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, which we really missed. And we would have to say the breakfast was a “miss” for us.

The hotel staff were not only very welcoming and polite but were also exceedingly helpful by providing well recommended restaurants, bars/clubs and even coffee shops! Pablo, Ewa and Eduardo were very helpful during our stay with any questions. As with any hotel pictures may seem too good to be true however, the room we had looked exactly as displayed and it was clean, had a handful of amenities. We didn't have breakfast included but the cafe downstairs will cost you more or less €15 per person either way and it is nice food and convenient! Would highly recommend staying here.

The room was not soundproofed as stated in the description but apart from that we had no complaints!

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I immediately loved every aspect of it, from the welcoming staff to the eclectic coffee shop at the bottom as well as the surroundings. The Location: Easy access from Brussels Midi / Zuid and a short walk from a nearby Metro station. The hotel was literally in the heart of the city - Behind the main square with lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The coffee shop downstairs is absolutely amazing - it has an incredible vibe with excellent all-day brunch, amazing coffee and awesome staff. A literal stone throw away from all the main attractions and shopping streets, this location is unmatched. The Room: It felt like everything was brand new, very thoughtfully designed with nice finishing touches and modern lighting throughout. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Bed was super comfy and overall sound proofing was great. The Staff: Some of the warmest and friendliest individuals you will ever meet, I was truly impressed at the level of service and kindness experienced from all the staff at this hotel. Overall verdict: Having been to Brussels many times, this has got to be my favorite hotel for so many reasons, I highly recommend this place in its entirety - its just the whole package. Stay here, thank me later!

Absolutely nothing, I would stay here again. The room rate may be a little higher than others but the value for money simply cannot be found elsewhere, especially if you appreciate everything being within walking distance. Look no further.

Absolutely everything at this hotel is commendable, from the warm welcome upon arrival to last goodbye when you check out - look no further than this when in Brussels. The Location: this is what dream are made of-you are in the heart of Brussels with excellent restaurant and shopping options on your door-step and close to Centraal and Midi station. This convenience is unmatched. The Room: tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts one would need, even the heating worked exceptionally well. Rooms are modern and clean. The Staff: some of the most wonderful individuals work here- warm personalities who are always willing to assist you regardless of the time of day, the staff here are incredible! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when in Brussels.

Absolutely nothing, this hotel great value for money and once you stay here you’ll understand why, the location can’t be beaten!

The hotel is in an excelent location, litterally a 3 minute walk fromn the central train station. The hotel is only a minutes walk from the Grand Palace and has a number of restaurants / cafes withn a short distance. There are a lot of Museums and attractions within walking distance of the hotel and being close to the train station means you also have easy access to the Metro system. The Lloyds coffee shop which is part of the hotel is a great place just to relax and that's also where you get your choice of breakfast from.

The room we were allocated was on the corner of the building on the main street so you did get noise at night, but it was not too loud to prevent you sleeping.

Very very centrally to all the touristic place of interest. Public transport few metres away...Staff are welcoming....and clean rooms

Well over the weekend a lot of noise from the square...the rubbish bins are close to the alley and especially the glass bin ....the disposing of bottles every few mi uses tend to be a bit of annoyance. Bathrooms need a good attention. The air condition does not meet the temperature desired. The place to take breakfast is all the time packed with young fellows occupying the area. We opt to have breakfast elsewhere...

Here list of the things that I think every traveler is looking for which my mom and I liked: 1. Safety - you can't enter the hotel without your car after 10 pm, and you also need your hotel card to use the elevator. 2. Room - it was very clean, cozy, and modern - we got a king-size bed deluxe. 3. Stuff - the stuff we're very attentive and friendly. We had to leave our luggage to catch a tour and checked in late and they were very helpful with that. We also asked for a late check out 11:30 instead of 11 and they were very nice about it. We also had many questions, so I called often and they were very responsive, if I couldn't reach them, they would call me back. 4. Location - The location is perfect, it is in the middle of everything and a minute walk to the Royal Gallery and the tourist agency. Everything is walkable from the hotel and there are taxi's a minute walk away from the hotel and can be reached by Uber (pick up location is a minute away from the hotel). 5. Price - worth it. 6. Cafe - they have an amazing cafe downstairs, which has delicious cafe and food and amazing exterior design, I was in love with the library kinda theme. 7. Extra details - there were sleepers and robes and coffee, we also had water to welcome us. I've been to many places around the world and this is one of the things that I appreciate from hotels. The extra care.

- The only thing is maybe the bathroom was a bit outdated in comparison to the room.

The hotel is located in the centre of Brussels. Five minutes on foot to the Central Station, three minutes to the Grand Place. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The buffet at breakfast is not very rich, but other than that there are four dishes to choose from, which are very tasty and in large quantities. The room is not very big, but it is perfectly fine. Everything is clean and pleasant.

The view from the room was ugly, but we didn't really go to Brussels to stare out the window.
